Nice clean store with friendly employees and a great selection of clothes, jewelry and home goods. Handicap accessible parking outside of store. This location is highly maintained and the staff is also very knowledgeable and courteous. Prices are always fair and products are great quality. All of their services are top notch. I would highly recommended this location if you and in the area and In need of a good store, you will not be disappointed.

Large inventory of clothing at discount prices! Marked down items as well sale items for men, women and kids! Went shopping on $100 budget, applied for the JCP card and saved an additional 15% added to the 25% already on sale! Great bargain!

My visit was to make a payment on a credit card account. The first service area had a long line. I went to the department where I had made the purchase. That service area had a short line and I was able to complete the payment within a few minutes.

I usually love JCP, but the last time I went there, I found that their signage was misleading. Others felt that way also when we got to the register and found out the dresses that were marked on sale were actually certain sizes. The employee said it was written in fine print under the sale price. Next time I shop there, I will read all the writing on the sale sign. I look forward to things improving in this area.

Shirt shopping. Found shak o Neils big and tall in the corner upstairs and bought 2 shirts. Checkout person was rude. Employees masked. Handicapped parking was too far from the entrance for me.

Hair salon advertises as closing at 6 p.m., however when I arrived at 5:30 p.m., one stylist had already left, and the other was closing out the register and said they were closed. Brought it to the store managers attention, and to her credit, she tried to work it out with the remaining stylist. However, the stylist told the manager she is only trained to cut womens hair. So which is it? Is the register closed or does she only does mens hair. I think she wanted to bolt early. Shame, shame!

This company is not what it wasI ordered 3 matching outfits online had to ship items to the store to get free shipping after two weeks was told that 2 of the outfits had arrived but the third was no longer available. I called to cancel the order because i needed all three and was told that I could not cancel because i had i items ship to the store. I now have to go to the store pick up two items then go to return desk and return them. will no longer be using JC Penney

I like the clothing that I can find there. However, there is ALWAYS a long line and only 2 registers open. If I just need to pick up one item, Ill leave instead of waiting.

JC Penney employee was terrific and went over and beyond in helping select a wedding band for my husband.

Got a good deal on student suit day, I liked what I saw even though usually buy from thrift store. Not totally sold yet, but may be coming back. Got all kinds of discount, especially signing up for JC Penney card. But I suspect they may be running up prices and then giving deals to make you feel better. Not familiar enough with new clothes market to know.

Horrible experience. My husband bought the lifetime warranty for my engagement ring and once my ring was broken they were unable to fix it and only gave me back some of the money he paid onto a gift card. Would not recommend at all. Horrible customer service and they do NOT honor their lifetime warranty plan. Very disappointed.

Order gift online picked next day,no hassle. While I was there found 2 great gifts for grandson by one get 50%off 2nd toy. Saved 50dollarsIt was a great experience. Clerks helpful. Prices were great.

Hair salon guy terrible. Told us to make appointment and when we tried he told us just to come back. Had problems with wife years ago at this salon....seems nothing has changed.

Went there for a specific item. Received exceptional service from sales staff locating the item. Check out was quick. Sales staff were very friendly.

Ive shopped at JC for longer than I can remember as well as my mom and grandma. Used to be a go to, and was always the most affordable of the dept stores. However, as of the past 8 years Ive felt like everything has become less of a selection, targets the same crowd, and the prices are so high with a lack of major sales. They have good text coupons of $15 off $25, but thats if you find enough affordable or a style thats fits your personality. With that said they do have decent athletic wear and mens clothes, but its not how it used to be to me.

Really enjoy going to the mall of Louisiana and to JC Penney. Why? I have no idea. They have nice sales, good mens shirts, and a friendly staff. This is by far my favorite JCP. More so then Houston, Orlando, Melbourne, and Merritt Island.

Shopped Sephora. Megan was so professional and helped a great deal. Knew her products and how to match with customers. An enjoyable experience for me.

I havent been able to see the store since then. It was just browsing for time. Nothing bought but glasses. Nothing ordered.
