What’s the point of setting an appointment if you have to sit for over a hour. Then no one acknowledged us while we sat and waited. Not to sing an old song but I watched every white person get serviced after being there just 5 min or so after I’ve been waiting for a small fix. Apple will never see me again Best Buy has the best employees and they’re more prompt and better customer service.
Basically had to beg for the iPhone I wanted. The sales rep the day before accidentally reserved the wrong one. The Apple Team member today told me that I had to purchase the one that I reserved the day before. Then refund it. Then they would give me the one I needed. I am tired of the poor service. I have to beg and bend to the will of the Apple employees. Also they wouldn’t look at my other phone for a trade in unless I made an appointment for another day. So you want me to come to the store 3 different days in a row instead of doing it all in one transaction. How does that make any business sense. Finally got to buy the phone I needed.
Turned me away for not wearing a mask, even after the mandate was lifted. They arent doctors and have no authority to force me to wear a covering.
My Apple ID is locked out on one of my phones. I forgot the password, no one in there could help.I contacted apple about it of course got no answer.Terrible service. I just purchased an IPhone 12, biggest mistake of my life.I do not recommend apple or even visiting this store.Stay with Android.
I was very surprised to learn you need an appointment to see a salesperson. I went in this place with money in had to make purchase well over $1000 and was sent to the corner to wait for an available salesperson. After 10 minutes of waiting I was told the item I wanted to purchase was out of stock BUT they just so happened to have a more expensive model of what I went in for (UP-SALE). I turned down the attempted up-sale then left the store.I drove over to Best Buy and made a purchase, they were willing to help me find the item I wanted without the up-sale.
Love this store! The staff is super friendly and helpful
Went and got an iPhone 12 Pro Max. It was a fast visit and the staff was friendly and they were quick to make sure everything was ready for me.
Literally the worst. If you aren’t Purchasing something they will not help at all. There were 30 sales associates standing around but no one could help. Ridiculous. They need to hire more “genius” helpers and way less useless helpers.
The staff was genuinely great to talk to when I was looking at a new pad to use. I was looking for two things: earbuds and new work place for my art, documents, etc. The employee that assist me helped me out with that and shown me the capabilities it can offer. I thank you kindly for the aid. I will return to get the Pro in time
Very good service. Aaron was extremely knowledgable & patient.Didnt get the name of the young lady that helped us at first, but the same goes for her. Very nice experience.
Went in to pick up an order. Store was extremely busy, but they had their procedures down to a science for keeping people socially distanced and safe. The wait was a slight bit longer than I would have liked, but given the current circumstances it was more than understandable. Once I got in, the associate who helped me got my order quickly and I was on my way. If you plan on visiting this store, I highly recommend setting up an appointment for the Genius Bar in advance, or pre-ordering your items online.
EXCELLENT customer service. Kinda blew my mind as to how fast and professional these employees were! I looked around in the store and saw ALL the employees working above and beyond what I consider the standard. In and out and totally satisfied with the Apple Store at The Mall of Louisiana!
Dakota was SO helpful! He helped not only to diagnose my computer troubles, but helped me get all the products I needed. Extremely kind and went out of his way to help.
Absolutely the worst possible customer service. We went in to buy three new phones that cost about $4k.From our perspective, it was the goal of the sales person to get our money and get us out of the store as quickly as possible. We asked for assistance in transferring from our old to our new phone. No help whatsoever. We were told to go to our carrier (AT&T) for help.AT&T graciously helped us.At Apple, we asked how to get an appointment for technical assistance in the event there was a problem setting up and syncing our new phone to our existing watches. Mr. Speedy Salesperson told me where to set up an appointment, but it turned out to be an online rather than in person appointment.I didn’t realize what had transpired until I showed up at the store. Even though there were plenty of available “geniuses” standing around looking smart, I was told to just leave because I had an online appointment.Years ago, when Microsoft was know for their miserable customer service, they were head and shoulders above Apple.
Don’t like to wait a long time for a order I made online and reserved a time slot to pick it up but this was during the new iPhone launch so I’ll give them a break.
The genius scheduling is annoying. But Aaron, our genius when we finally got a spot the next day, was excellent.
Best service I’ve ever gotten from a store. I went there about the sound of my phone. Not only did they fix the sound to where it sounds brand new but they went up and beyond and gave me a new phone screen. And my phone screen was fine. Service was amazing they were friendly. I was in and out even with a long line in less then 20 minutes.
There was a slight problem with service at first. The staff went out of there way to correct the matter and resolve our concerns.
It’s a shame you give these people two thousand dollars and when it comes time to get the space bar fixed you can’t do it when you have time you have to do it when they want to do it. And don’t show up early either. What a waste of money
Great stores, great people. Excellent prices
An average mall suffering the same slow death most malls are facing. Its nice enough, but the pandemic really dealt it a blow.
I enjoyed shopping at the apple mall.
When my family arrived to the queue we were informed that we needed to know EXACTLY what we needed to purchase before entering the store. The security told us we weren’t allowed to ask any questions regarding our intended purchase, after waiting 10 minutes outside in the freezing cold to enter the store. We were then informed since we didn’t have an “appointment” we weren’t top priority anymore. The whole time we were top priority many people left the store allowing us to meet the COVID standards and entered, but people who arrived after us without an appointment were being pushed in... very embarrassing and humiliating experience.Meanwhile we were able to see through the front of the store, where there were parties with multitudes of people taking their time and asking questions. Needless to say this apple store has lost our business
Helped me out with both devices i brought in. Great customer service!
Very bad costumer experience(02.05 at 1:45), I checked on the phone if able to pick up the AirPods I bought online 45 min earlier then my “ window “ because I’m traveling through Baton Rouge and the lady said sure if nobody in line..,I paid I got there and the employee on the first right side desk and the lady manager with short hair( maybe in her 40s) were very dismissive and condescending towards me, i explained it will be days before I’m back in BR because I’m just traveling through and they just wouldn’t want to hand me the AirPods I paid for and had proof.I wouldn’t hire these two to work for a gas station.. not apple.Sorry Apple HR you have to do better.
Had a great time at the mall I needed earpods I was in and out of the store customer service is awesome
The apple store in the mall of LOUISIANA is one of the only places for this apple product
My airpods were taking way to long to charge. I booked an appointment with apple so they can fix this issue. Drove 1 hour just to tell me thats how it is. They didn’t even offer to fix it or offer an exchange. Will not go to this Apple store again :(
Worst customer service experience I have ever received. I brought in an iPhone X to get the screen replaced. The store did not contact me in the time frame that it was supposed to be ready. I went in and asked for an update, after waiting, they brought my phone out and told me it had been tampered with and a screw was stripped and it was not their fault. I have never had this phone worked on by anyone before. The store manger told me I had to pay to replace it. Before checking the screws, the Apple store glued a plastic screen to the touch screen that rendered it useless. The phone is broken and no longer works. UPDATE: After waiting 2 days for a callback, I called the store Manager and he agreed to replace the phone for the price of the screen replacement. Upgraded to 3 stars.
I scheduled an appointment to exchange my current iPhone because it won’t keep a charger. When I got into the store the customer service guy said they had me scheduled to buy a phone so they couldn’t assist and I had to reschedule an appointment for the Genius Bar........The time it took him to schedule the appointment my phone could’ve been replaced. It literally took him 15 minutes to schedule me an appointment for tomorrow. This is very inconvenient........I’m also having trouble with my AirPods and told him they need to be checked as well his response was to call the 800 number because they may not be able to check my AirPods 😡....Really?! Both are under a year old. When it’s time to replace I don’t think Apple will be my top choice.
They have a knack for canceling appointments without any warning, literally no phone calls or anything. They decided to not open on the day of my appointment that I waited a week and a half for. They did not try to help me reschedule a new appointment, but instead told me to schedule to wait for another week and a half. Their customer service representatives are not welcoming and helpful, except when they are insisting that you schedule an appointment. The second appointment I scheduled was cancelled because I was “over 10 minutes late,” so I was replaced by a walk-in to a place that only accepts appointments... The whole time, I only needed to drop my phone off for a repair.
BEST APPLE STORE EVER! Helped me with my iPhones and theyre super nice! Very pleased with their service!
I took my laptop in and two days later I was called to pick it up. Upon arriving at the store at 3pm CST, I requested my cell phone be serviced during this visit. The rep made an appointment for 4pm CST. I checked in, was led to the back table, and was given my laptop by an employee and asked to sign for it. A software reset had been performed on it and it had been cleared of all data (factory reset). I sat at the table and opened the laptop working to sign-on, choose settings, and restore my applications to ensure it was working properly. At 3:50pm CST another employee asked me to leave the store and stated that I could not complete this process while in the store due to COVID precautions. I explained that I had been there for 40 mins already trying to load information back onto my laptop to ensure the performed reset had been successful. I shared that I wasnt tech savvy so it was taking some time, but I had another appointment in 10 mins for my phone and had just done a check-in with another employee who said I was fine and he would try to get someone over to me sooner. She informed me that I was misinformed and needed to leave the store. I asked to speak to the manager and Store Lead, Steve Simon, came over and stated that this was store policy and that I needed to go outside and sit on a bench for the remaining 8 minutes.Steve Simon showed me to the door and asked that I sit on a bench outside the store. He returned 2 minutes later at 3:55pm CST and told me I could re-enter for my 4pm CST appointment. The initial escort out already created a scene as did my being escorted back in by Steve. I shared with him that the entire ordeal was illogical, especially given the turnaround time. If that was the store policy, to not test my equipment inside (who would do that...sign for something to get fixed and then leave before confirming it was actually working) I should have been informed of this at the outset.I was handed off to another technician who began servicing my phone. He ran two diagnostic tests on it, provided me with a SIM card and explained that my battery was degraded. He then stated that he wanted to complete an update on it that came out two days prior and clean my speaker and mic. While the phone was updating a colleague showed him an IPAD message, that essentially said I had been in the store for 30 minutes and he needed to move on to two new customers. Granted the nights prior, I was there over an hour with my laptop. The tech shared that he would need to bring in another customer at the table beside me while the update finished. I concurred. Shortly after, Steve Simon came to my table and said, youre done now...you can leave, do you have everything that you need? I explained that I was waiting on a download to finish and for it to be cleaned. I wasnt sure if the phone was working or not, because it was still installing the update.Steve Simon proceeded to take my phone off the charger, hand it to me, and asked me to leave, because I had been there long enough and they needed space for other customers. He let the tech clean the speakers and ushered me out a second time. Never checked to see if the wifi issue was fixed nor did he confirm the update was properly installed. He essentially said good-bye and when I told him I would file a complaint he smiled, shared his last name and position, and told me to have a nice day. This is by far the most sexist, misogynist show of leadership I have yet to encounter. Steve Simon was acting in a retaliatory manner based on my disdain for how he forced me out of the store the first time (for two minutes). As a corporate manager, this is not acceptable behavior. I am sure the University of Phoenix would expect more of their graduates as would Apple. I ask that this matter be addressed timely. Customers do not spend $1000s of dollars on Apple products or Apple stock to be treated like two cents.
Representative treated me like a child. Instructed me in insulting detail on everything including telling me when I could leave. Do you have a support appointment? Prepare yourself.
Really a great day to spend time with my sons and husband
Awesome visit is always lots of pretty girls walking around on this beautiful Saturday .
Just had the word experience ever with Apple for honoring a simple iPhone warranty.A multi billion dollar company put a longtime customer through the ringer for something that should have been simple and efficient, but instead was a boondoggle of complete incompetence.
I’ve always had a good experience here. Fairly quick and easy to resolve issues with.
It was disgusting and Im leaving yall
Very professional love the store love the people
Love the Apple store.
Get a IPhone at a great price!
This is more for the Lofton Staffing that these guys hire as security guards but they are unprofessional, unhelpful and just rude. The Apple scheduling policy is understandable but there should be a way to make appointments in person as if your device is not in operating order it seems not possible to make an appointment that way. Even calling applecare requires device authentication which, again, is impossible without a working device.I work in the mall and often have guests complain that they drove here to be turned away without help or any guidance. The apple store policy seems to be if you dont know all the rules and how/when/who to make appointments with then we simply cant help you so deal with it.
Great job social distancing, very pleasant to deal with despite a fairly long wait.
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever encountered at any Apple location nationwide.1st issue - Lofton Staffing Security Personnel told me that my 10 yr old daughter could either wait outside or she could go look around until I was done. This was not an option - I proceeded into the store with my daughter (yes - both of us in masks) against the wishes of the lofton staffing security personnel - note the Apple personnel told me that as long as she was under 14 she was welcomed to accompany me into the location - Apple and Lofton Staffing personnel need to be on the same page.2nd issue - interacted with a Apple Employee named Briley. He was a young man with tattoos down his entire right arm (this description is to simply explain who I dealt with in detail so there is no confusion). He informed me that he no longer had the battery in stock to replace in my phone today - which I replied someone from this location called me yesterday to let me know that I needed to be on time for my appointment and the items needed were in stock. He then replied to me and told me that that is the way it is. I asked to speak to a supervisor who also offered no solution.Note - I do not want anything from Apple - all I want to do is share with you as a potential customer - find someone else to service your Apple Products. The Apple Store at the Mall of Louisiana lacks; professionalism, lacks adequate leadership and does not empower their “supervisors” to do anything to help anyone.
Very nice and clean safe place to shop
Great customer service
Everything in one place.
Drove 3 hours for the rep to not even try to help me so not pleased I would give it a 0 if I could all it took was a phone call to help farther assist me come to find out
Huge mall has everything you need.Has to be 5 square miles.
No appointment, wont be seen. Also, only 1 person can go to the window so if you need to be there with your child it wont happen.
I didnt get a chance to go in... I am so sad
Very modern feel to it kind of store. They had every Apple product you could think of! The employees were friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I loved it! Next time Im in the market for an Apple product, Ill definitely be going here thanks to the amazing service provided. 10/10 experience, fantastic location!
Was greeted at the door, was asked how they could help. The store was full and he told me I can help you if you dont mind me greeting customers in between. He was so nice and helpful.
My husbands iphone was not charging and we thought he needed a new phone or at the very least, a new battery for his current phone. I walked in and the store was packed with customers, so I signed in and sat down to wait. I thought I would have to wait a long time, but the wait was short, and the employee that helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was in and out in no time. I am so grateful for the speedy and knowledgeable service!
Worst Experience of my life. So I purchased an apple watch for $399 and I changed my mind and went to return it the next day. When I returned it, it came to realization that they had made a mistake and had given me the $499 watch instead. They apologized many times and since Im honest, I didnt mind. After returning the watch, the employe tells me 2 times that if I purchase a Laptop I was looking into, she would give me a $100 discount on it. I looked at the Laptop and waved her over to tell her I want this one. She then says to me that I will not receive any discount today. I confronted her and asked her why she lied to me. She continued to deny saying what she did to me. She continued to constantly lie to me over and over again. To my face. I called the manager over and explained everything to her. She apologized to me. I could of stayed there and continued to create a scene. But I am not that type of person and I left. Apple of Mall of Louisiana, PLEASE teach your employees not to lie. Not to give false information to customers about discounts. I went to Best Buy and bought a Laptop on which I am typing right now. It was actually cheaper at Best Buy. In conclusion, next time please record your interaction with the employees if they offer you a discount or something of that sort.
I am lucky to live in a city that has an Apple Store. I’ve been dozens of times and it’s always for free service/help with my phone, I almost always buy online or used for bargains. The service is exceptional nearly every time. Anyone giving a 1 Star rating either had unreasonable expectations or bought something they couldn’t afford or have the skills to operate.
Plenty of staff, Covid-19 preventive measures, knowledgeable staff
The only thing that I dont like is that you have to make appointment
Seems like ever since Steve Jobs passed, customer support and Apple Care have been regressing. They literally removed the “Genius Bar”. After being a loyal Apple customer for 15 years I’m done. If you visit Apple for any kind of support or repair, expect to wait at least an hour, to accomplish nothing. Very sad..but the prices have gone down as well...and there are no other options
Love
Is I could give negative stars I would!! I am so upset! My phone has been acting up to where it shuts off, so I took it in, I waited for 20 mins for an appointment, the girl who works there explained it was the display, me knowing nothing about phones thought she knew what she was talking about and thought they’d fix the problem, so I had to wait a hour and a half, probably more, and my phone came out. I thought it was fixed, paid 163. I walked out the store and my phone shut off immediately. I went back asked for a refund since it wasn’t fixed, they said no. But they said restoring my phone would fix it, so I did, i lost a lot of stuff, but I thought it’d work, the minute I walked out, my phone cut off. I just gave up and didn’t worry about it, i was already mad. Never going here again. I don’t care how far I gotta drive to go to another one, but I’m not going here again.
Unorganized chaos! If you don’t already have anxiety, go to this store and you will. There has to be a better way. Appointment times don’t matter here, they will see you whenever. I won’t be going here again!
Absolutely terrible customer service. After driving an hour and a half for pickup, I get a text saying the product is ready for pickup. When I get to the store, the rep who I spoke to outside the store told me that the store is closed for another twenty minutes. I showed him I got a text notifying me to pickup the product. He said doesnt matter pickup is ready but you need to wait for the store to open. I asked why I cant just take the pickup and go if its ready, as I didnt need anything else from the store. Doesnt matter, just like any other store we dont serve you until the store opens. Absolutely terrible answer, no apologies for confusion caused by their service notification.
Like the 🍎 store
Pretty expensive but their items are very good with good quality and there service is really good
This place is a joke now. Seems like ever since Steve Jobs passed, customer support and Apple Care died with him. They literally removed the “Genius Bar”. After being a loyal Apple customer for 15 years I’m done. If you visit Apple for any kind of support or repair, expect to wait at least an hour, to accomplish nothing. Very sad
All around excellence!!!
Clean and very Apple in presentation, but not fast. There is almost always a line, since it feels like it is the only store in the state or surrounding area. Everyone goes there and travels for the experience half the time. Make appointments.Apple would do good to open another location elsewhere in close proximity.
Great customer service and their knowledge of their products made it easy for me to make a purchase!
Great place clean
Arrived and waited 40 minutes while others received assistance before me. Instead of having so many employees to sell, maybe itll be better to tend to those waiting for repair options or to teach them how to repair a screen. If I had to wait 40 minutes, I shouldve came back within the hour or when you all text me instead of sitting on a hard bench! Will never return!
They have been repairing my phone for almost two weeks after telling me it would take 5-7 days. They are never available when I try to call them to see what is going on. When I went to the store originally, they were extremely helpful and assured me it would only take a few days. Now, I guess I will have to go back into the store to get an answer out of them. I am extremely unsatisfied with the service of the store.
Arrived, waited at a decent amount of time. When I was serviced I was told what was wrong with my phone. A few pixels were out. But the lady told me they could not fix it only get me to buy a new one? Seriously. At least they sent me a link with a home tech that could handle their job efficiently!
Made appointment for iPhone 6 battery replacement like the rest of the world and drove 70 miles to hear they were out of batteries and would let me know when they got more. The most technologically advanced company can’t even notify loyal customers to reschedule when the have batteries to save a trip. Not very green for customers to burn all that fuel and time for what an email could have prevented! Even my local auto dealer contacted me to say they were out of a recall part to save me the trip. Very dissatisfied and looking for a replacement.
The Apple representatives name was Stephen or Steven. But he was absolutely wonderful. If all who worked there were half as sweet knowledgeable and willing to go to any lengths to solve our problems as Steven was the whole city would go to the Apple store for all phone Tech. BusinessWe love you Stephen!!!!!
To start off, I am a customer experience manager with a focus on branding. Our company needed to purchase 3 Apple watches on a company card. Below is our in-store experience1. Asked to buy 3 Apple watches and was told that’s fine and that we could show the drivers license and card for the person and we would be good to go (after waiting for 15 minutes we were switched between sales persons)2. The second sales member who was wearing a android watch then told us this was not possible so we had to order it online and could grab them from the back for us. While we were filling out the online order we noticed he had an Android Watch. We asked why he chose android in which he risky replied “unlike some people I like to save my money” we placed the order then he said he would check back with us... he never spoke to us again.3. Now the 3rd representative we asked to check the order he just said that it was not ready and walked off before we could ask “why” since the first representative said he would just grab it from the back.4. Now the 4th person we have talked to has said all of the above solutions were inaccurate and the only way we can pick them up is Apple Pay.Over all we have been here since 10:30 am and it is now 1:30 pm. We have still not received Apple watches and at this point have left for Best Buy and have had an amazing experience here with a sales rep named Arron!Word of advice either follow the advice of the 2 nd Apple representative and get a android watch or go to Best Buy.We have contacted apple’s corporate office and have filed a complaint.
My husband and I came to upgrade our iPhones at 8pm before they closed. They stayed to help us set up our new phones, played with our son while we waited because it was past his bedtime, AND, when we were about to walk out the doors, it started raining hard. We did not have umbrellas with us, so one employee went all the way to the back to get us an umbrella!!! They took care of us without hesitation. We will 100% continue to use their services and recommend others!!
Another fun experience, just being there. But I always buy something.
I took a picture in front of the fountain. I hate apple products
Never know how much you miss something’s until you can’t visit anymore. Pray that everyone is ok in these times.
I was having a problem with my AirPod charging case. Called Apple tech support. Spent 15 minutes on phone and they scheduled an appointment for me. Arrived 20 min early and was seen at exactly my scheduled appointment time. They replaced case under warranty. No real complaints.
Arrived 5 minutes after 7 pm the store hours posted online said they were open until 9. I was meet by a angry (person in charge)employee who was arguing with a customer that they were wrong about online posting of hours. She suggested that they should update times online His response was that they were listed correctly online and she was wrong. I understand that during the holidays employees are over worked but still no excuse to treat others poorly. Wonder why AAPL stock is down 30%!!!
I would give them less than 1 star if I could. I went into the store and purchased a new cellphone as well as sought to get my older one replaced due to a hardware issue with the phone (6Plus). I purchased another 6 Plus in the store at that time (to give to my daughter) and brought it home to use. When I tried to use it at home (3 hours later), the phone did not work. Essentially the same reason I had to purchase a new phone (8 Plus) was happening with the new 6 Plus I had purchased for my daughter. When I called the store they told me to bring it back and they would replace it. So off I go on the 40 mile trek back to Baton Rouge to replace a new phone I had purchased hours earlier. When I got there they indicated that the new 6 Plus that they had just given me was flagged and they could not simply replace it; it had to be sent off for diagnostic review and they would mail it back to me within 3 business days. Well I didnt understand why the new phone they had given to me merely hours earlier had to be sent off instead of replaced; but I stomped away to await the 3 days. Its now been over a week they have been repairing my phone after telling me it would take 3 days. They are never available when I try to call them to see what is going on. When I went to the store originally, they were extremely helpful and assured me it would only take a few days. Now, I guess I will have to go back into the store to get an answer out of them. I am extremely unsatisfied with the service of the store. I would not go to this store if I were you. Honestly, I only want my money back at this time and my old phone and will go to another apple store for the time being. Later I will change out our apple phones and move to Android because this is ridiculous.
Fast customer service..
I bought a iPad generation 7. Love it
Unfortunately I have been on hold for 36:51 minutes; and this is the second call in. First call into the local store successfully landed me a human being who went to check on the status of my computer repair; but, I was then mysteriously disconnected! I then called the local store back and cannot get a human on the phone . . . any advice would be greatly appreciated! Customer service needs significant improvements!!
Went to main event only 250 people can go in at a time. Social distance
Worst experience ever. I wish I could figure out an Android phone. Every time I go in there someone is rude and argues with me. All I wanted was a charging case because apples battery sucks. Had to argue with the lady that I just bought one and my phone got stolen. Finally she looked and said oh ok. Seriously?
Awesome service just bought a laptop great employees I was in and out within an hour
Very crowded but the wait was only a few short minutes. We were serviced quickly and problem resolved by friendly staff.
Customer service is terrible. The employees are very rude including the manager (Melanie). I went in with a phone issue and was told a replacement device would be order and received within 3-5 business days. Its now been 7 business days and still no device. I went in on the fifth business day and the incompetent staff could not give me an update on the status of the order. If you can tell a person itll be in in 3-5 business days, the why is it that you cannot provide a status update? I was lied to and the rude and incompetent staff was not helpful at all so Im without a phone for 10 days now over an issue that is a flaw of the device that I own. I called today after attempting to reach the store for three days and was told the device is still not in. When asked why I was told 3-5 days? Oh well thats how long it normally takes but in this case......Well if you knew there were instances where there could be a delay, then why quote a 3-5 day turn around? Lies....I cannot imagine a company of Apples magnitude not having any way of checking the status of an order.
The two times I’ve been there, staff acted as if they were doing you a favor for assisting you with the purchase.
On point, dot k ow what else to say. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Hard to beat this experience.
I will never go back to that store, I will never own a apple product (for fear of having to go to this store), and my boyfriend will probably get rid of his apple products (until yesterday he was a apple product man). We went to find him a pair of wireless ear buds. We walked in and were met by the door person, she only pointed to where the headphones and ear buds are, but didnt ask if we needed help. When we got to the headphones we were amelessly looking while 2, count em 2 associates were standing behind us playing with tablets. Literally, playing with them. One of them was a girl who had her arm and head laying on the table while she was drawing a frog on her tablet. They never spoke to any other customers so I know they were just sitting there doing NOTHING. Apple needs to bring there apple geniuses back down to size. They are just customer service associates. Nothing special. They should be more concerned with helping customers and not playing with products.
Well this place sucks!! I had an appointment showed up a little earlier than my time and checked in. Still waiting 1 1/2 hours later. Apple needs to hire more employees to move the line quicker or open another store. This is my last apple product due to customer sevice!! STILL WAITING! Only reason it gets 1 star is because that is as low as it will let you rate it I give it -5 *
Nobody knew how to help out my icloud issues. I spoke to the manager who was the tall bald man, and when I mentioned that I have an appointment with their customer service wall, he responded with then what do you need me for? Great customer service and help guys. Also there were sighs as I explained to numerous people my issue and genius wall registration. I will no longer be an apple customer. -5 stars in my opinion.
These guys are always a step above the rest. Very helpful, for myself and others I know. Great Work! When we buy expensive products we expect the service to be perfection. These guys are exactly that!
