Wow....What great service we received from Ashton Wiggins. After 5 years of struggling with a Brizo rain head from another supplier Ashton helped us find a new one that has perfect pressure. Ashton at Triton was super friendly, patient and helpful as she worked with us to pick out finishes for an upcoming kitchen and bathroom renovation. My wife and I were walk-ins and initially just stopped by to see some Quartz slabs, but Ashton ended up working with us for more than an hour to compare and pick out everything from countertops, backsplash, flooring, cabinet hardware and plumbing fixtures. Walking in, we didnt even know they carried all of that, so this is a good one-stop shop to look at options and put together a cohesive look. Ashton showed us pictures of actual installs, and wasnt afraid to give her honest opinion. We would be happy to work with her and Triton again!

We had a great experience at Triton Stone! After searching several other granite yards and being disappointed with the selection we went to Triton where we found a beautiful slab of Quartzite. Michael was incredibly helpful with not only picking the slabs but also helping us finish the look by choosing a sink and backsplash options. We made an appointment with Katherine to go over granite/counter top options. She left for lunch after we arrived on time (knowing that we were there). We waited for another 45 minutes and asked the front desk ladies if she were back. We kept being told that she knows you are here but is either busy or she is taking a smoke break. No one else offered to help and just kept making excuses for her. We finally were able to get Katherines attention and explained that my husband took off of work for this appointment. She then makes excuses and says that she will need us to come back when we had a budget. I explained that we had it in our binder and had everything we needed with us. She agreed to go over it with us but walked away, again. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting and being ignored we just left. They were so rude and unprofessional which is a shame because they have a nice selection and we were ready to buy.

I would recommend this place to everyone! Kimberly helped me, and I would tell everyone to go ask for her when you visit. I never once felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. I thought it was going to be like buying a car, with a salesperson breathing down my neck, but Kimberly was so polite, and patient with us! 5 stars all the way!

This business lacks customer service, treats you with no respect, and straight up ignores you. Overall, they are very rude and put you last. I left them and will never go back to them. Right down the road, I found all I needed, all the respect, and the best costumer service at MDS stone. They have a lot to chose from.

Triton Stone Group in Baton Rouge is a return visit type store. Meaning, when we purchased our granite countertop there a few years ago, the service and quality of the material was so good, we immediately remembered and decided to go back to Triton for a backsplash for the kitchen.Our return visit, the salesperson, Michael Bertrand greeted us with a smile and lots of respect. I was helped by Donte. I was in and out in about 20 minutes or so. He knew the yard very well and I was able to pick out my slab quickly and get on with my day. If you ever go, here ask for Donte hes not a sales person but, hes awesome. Hes friendly, hes helpful, what more could you ask. I wish he worked for me. Hmmmm... I might work on that.

They have good selection only thing I dont like the zib code thing, just let people find there own fabrecator I live in Zackhary but I want use a fabricator in east Baton Rouge they want show like they in control and make u feel if u dont use there recommended lest u will be miserable for the rest of ur life

Very bad experience here. Had to go three times before someone could spare the time to actually help us out. Then, once we finally were able to get a slab selected, they never delivered it to our fabricator when the said it would be delivered, leaving that for us to find out a week later. When I called to ask about it, the lady on the phone was rude, unapologetic and had no interest in helping us get it resolved.I guess with a flood in town, and plenty of business to be had, theres no need to care about customer service.
