These guys found the problem I had been having for several years. Another prominent BR company told me I needed a whole new unit. I called BR Heating and Air and they determined that the drain pipe wasnt capped, which was causing the blower motor to burn up repeatedly. They re-ran the pipe, capped it and saved me a substantial amount of money and time!

I would NOT recommend this company to anybody. They serviced my a/c unit on May 13 and their substandard work did not hold up 10 days. I called them to report the issue and they refused to come back out without wanting to charge another trip. Horrible customer service. Never again. They don’t stand behind their work, no warranty, no nothing without them wanting more money.

The biggest frauds in the air conditioning repair business. Would i recommend this company to anyone. Definitely not. I was giving a estimate of $750 total for a so called burnt air conditioning board and that wasnt even the problem. Being without air in the middle of a crisis overcharging people hundreds on dollars you all should be ashamed of yourselves. Dont go to this company for work save your money and go somewhere else.

I have used Baton Rouge Heat and Air for many years and they have come to my rescue many times. Today, we were out of town and the pan over flowed. They sent a tech out quickly and fixed the problem all with out me being there. Once the a/c was working again, they called me to give me all the details.

Baton Rouge Air Conditioning recently repaired my AC at 1/20th the cost the other AC company wanted to charge to replace my AC The manager at the company told me when I called them they come from a time when we used to fix things, not just replace them. Josh was the AC tech and was very friendly and customer service oriented. I would recommend.

As I was pulling out of my neighborhood onto Frenchtown Rd this AM (out of a dead end neighborhood no less) (this man pictures below) drove up on me so quickly with his high beams on, FOR NO REASON. Then he proceeded to tail me the entire drive on Frenchtown Rd all the way to Central throughway. Then when he realized I was able to take pictures, he stopped tailing me, stopped flipping me off, and I slowed down to grab these. I have light sensitive eyes and his lights not only caused me to see dots while I was driving but he also had me shaking, afraid, nervous, etc for absolutely no reason. I was going well over the speed limit to try keeping him off of me. Is this how you allow your drivers to treat other drivers? We live in a SMALL neighborhood, I am very uncomfortable with this individual driving around it especially after todays actions. I called to report him, the woman who answered had no interest in what was happening. She cut me off and said I just take the calls I dont do anything else but if you want Ill take a message for you. No one has responded to my message she supposedly jot down or my email.Is this how you all treat individuals? I read you are Mom and Pop company but any such company I have ever heard of call themselves that doesnt have people like this tailing people at 6:50am.

I wish I could give them 6 stars! Our AC was out, and within 30-45 minutes of me calling a technician was knocking on our door. Al, the tech, found the problem right off the bat, and fixed it at a reasonable price in an hour and a half. Great business! Ill be recommending them.

Horrible Service!! ? Started calling at 6:30 a.m. on a holiday. Got a call from one technician who told us he was going off duty and to call back at 7:30 and get back on the list. We did that and got a call back from Jason. Told us we were second on his list and would be arriving around 9 to 9:30, so we didnt call anyone else. We called him around 9:30 and found out he had moved us way back on his list so he could help some people that were closer to him. We are right in the middle of BR, not in some out of the way area. Had to call another company and by then everyones schedule was filling up. Have used this company for years. No loyalty to their repeat customers. Dont use them!!

Thanks to Jeremy, Paul(?), and Al, they were able to show me that I didnt need a brand new unit I just needed to change a a part and have a cleaning done. I appreciate people that look out for the customer the way this company does. I will continue to form a Relationship with This company in the future.

Tried to sell me a new AC unit when the old unit could be repaired. The old unit was purchased from Baton Rouge AC and Heating yet I wasnt ever given a quote to repair unit ...needless to say purchased from another company. Post flood era- buyers be deligient!

I bought a house and a week after I moved in my air conditioner went out. I called one place and he came out to replace two parts for almost $400 and it lasted a day. It came to the point where it was no longer fixable and had to be replaced. I called around to so many places and spoke to so many people and this was the only place that warranted a review. Jeremy went above and beyond the call of duty and did everything in his power to help me and offer alternatives. He sent out a tech for free to get a second opinion when everyone else wanted to charge at least $90 for a service call. He sincerely cared about my situation and wasnt trying to be pushy about selling me a new unit or anything else. He just cared and wanted to help. I am so thankful for his kindness and compassion towards myself and others.

I started with them 18 months ago when my prior ac service started falling down on service. A four year old ac unit, which I bought from them, wore out to poor service by themWe hired BRAC which recommended a Trane. What a great ac it is!BRAC does a thorough job of maintenance. They put more time and effort into it than any company ever has

Very pleased as the service technician, Jermon Harris, went above and beyond (traveling to Lafayette) to pick up our Trane air conditioning unit and to further install it on July 4!! He was very conscientious in securing the unit we desired. All was done in a reasonable amount of time and we very much appreciate his efforts. Mike was extremely helpful in coordinating the service call.
