Our AC stopped working today mid-day on a Saturday. We called Central Heating & Air and a technician returned our call immediately and came out well within an hour and repaired the problem. We’ve kept a maintenance agreement with Central Heating and Air for years which saves us money when a weekend call like today happens, and they have always provided quick and excellent service. We’ve always been impressed by the knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness of every one of their techs we’ve ever encountered. We had them replace my husbands mother’s AC and heating unit in Ascension recently and they did a great job at a great price. We recommend them every chance we get and when it comes time to replace our unit, they are who we will call.

Ronnie runs a tight ship at Central Heating and AC. Calvin and Chad are the usual field service technicians who come out and we have been using Central H&AC for over ten years. They are always so professional and do a great job from installing a new unit to maintaining the older unit. Don’t bother calling anyone else. Ronnie and his team are the best in the area and you will not be disappointed. When the time comes to remodel and add on to this house, we will not shop around for the HVAC system. We will only buy from Central H&AC!!

Our ac went out suddenly and they were out super quick and it took him no time at all to find the problem and fix it without costing me a fortune. If I could give more than 5 stars I would and we will for sure be using them in the future for any thing we need.

This company performed a new install in home we had built. Responded to issues quickly and have followed up. Have a recent issue with a leak in coil— I will post update if there is an issue. Gilbert (employee) is top notch A/C guy!

After talking with the lady who answers the phone and telling them my 8 month pregnant wife and I came home to a 80+ degree hot house and that I would pay extra if your guys can make it tonight. The technician Calls back an hour later to tell me that I’m not an already existing customer and they aren’t putting on new customers. It wouldn’t be fair for already existing customers to have to wait if their a/c units broke? Their a/c’s aren’t broke tonight, sounded like he was in his bed turning over so he didn’t wake his wife. I have been having issues with this new unit since the install back in 2018. It is a defect with the drain pan which keeps cracking. Central Heating and Air have been working with me on this issue and have gone above and beyond to rectify this issue. They are the best. Well after all of the intense winter ❄️ weather gotten an pretty fair warm day, decided to cool 😎 the house off a little bit. Soon as I turned a/c on there was an old musty smell coming through ducts, what I thought 💭 was gas. So I reached out to central air with question & concern, after speaking with technician thoroughly explained the factors of running just heat and first time using air that it usually puts out an musty type of odor, and too closely monitor system and how glad they’ll be to come out for servicing. We received a list of items that needed to be fixed from another company and called Central Heat and Air for a second opinion. Not only were they honest in their assessment of what needed to be done, but they had much better prices.

I always get fast, good service from Central. My furnace went off in the middle of the night. I called and got a representative at 2:00 a.m.! And someone called me back at 6:00 a.m. and were here and had it fixed by 7:00. Just wonderful service all the way!

Very pleased with the service and professional demeanor of all the staff I came in contact with from planning service to resolution. The ability to initiate communication via online Sunday night, with an option to actually speak with someone, then get a call back immediately Monday morning, said a lot for customer service from the start. On Monday morning, and in the middle of the winter storm, I received a call to schedule my service, unfortunately my power was out as a result of the weather. On Tuesday morning, bright an early, I received a call asking if my power was back on and ready to schedule the repair of my heater. Shortly afterwards, a service technician called and was there within 10 minutes. The repair of a broken wire was explained to me, and later to my wife as she paid for the service very conveniently using a bank card.We have stored the company’s number in both our phones and consider the company our HVAC provider in the future.

Joseph came out to give me an estimate and also my options. He went into my attic and checked my system out thoroughly including the ductwork. He was so nice and answered all of my questions and was very patient with me.

We have used Central for some time; they installed our new HVAC system several years ago. We recently had a problem and Jeff was dispatched. We were highly impressed with him. I had a couple general questions about batteries and our system, which he took time to answer on my understanding level. Weve also had issues with rooms at different temperatures, which weve had with other Central technicians. Jeff understood what we were talking about, went back upstairs, adjusted our dampers --- problem solved. He also fixed the current problem, and changed a thermostat at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Central Air, and if hes available, I also recommend you ask for Jeff.

It was after hours on Friday evening when I came home to no AC. Called Central Heating and Air and they came out in less than an hour and had it fixed about 30 minutes after that. Recommended.

The team at Central do business with integrity and always work to do the right thing for the customer. We ran into some unexpected issues with my home’s needs in the past two years but I’ve learned to count on Central to handle it appropriately.

We were without power for over 2 days after an ice storm. Once power was returned, the geo HVAC wasn’t heating due to frozen geo lines. Technician thawed the lines and got it back working in about an hour!

The service is friendly and helpful. He founded the problem quickly and checked the air conditioning unit for any other issues.

My AC went out and I called another company first. The other company tried to tell me that I needed $1000s of repairs. I called Central for a second opinion and they found only a minor problem. They also told me that the unit was still under warranty and the parts to repair were covered. They were professional and prompt. I will never call another HVAC again. They earned my business for life.
