They came out on a Friday and found the issue and tried to correct it as best they could to save me money. Unfortunately the leak in my coil could not be repaired. They came out on a weekend before hurricane Ida and went above and beyond to find a new unit and replace it all within a few hrs had us up and running with a brand new unit. I could not be more pleased and appreciate of what they did for me. You can’t find service like this now days! Customer/friend for life! Professional, prompt, honest ! I could go on and on! Highly recommend!!!
The initial service technician was very professional. Even though they misdiagnosed my issue, they came back to correct it. After that it was all down hill. They never completed the next steps to have my home warranty resolve the main issue. I called them every week for 6 weeks. Left messages that were never returned. They started to blame my warranty company. The home warranty company had records that they tried to reach Montz every 3 days for 7 weeks. I even told Montz the process they needed to take. It is the middle of the summer and it seemed like they didnt care. My home warranty company sent out another company who is taking care of the issue.
Very prompt and professional. Talked me through his job to let me know what he was doing. Explained the differnces in the thermostat so i could choose the one I wanted. Will use this business again if needed.
They arrived when scheduled, promptly and professionally completed the work. They gladly answered any questions that I had.
This company was referred by my elderly parents home warranty company. American Home Shield. They gave me the phone number to reach out to The Montz Company to set up an appt. For 3 days I have called over and over to make the appt. NOTHING. Every phone number for this company goes to an Operator/Customer Service center and not directly to The Montz Company. They are useless. Each time they take the same info (name, number) and promise that this time I OR my parents will get a call back. 3 days later and no call back. 8 phone calls and explaining they have health issues (asthma and heart related issued) and I am told that the request is escalated or put as an emergency. Today I was told the request/info is going right to the Owner and still nothing. So either they dont care or we are being lied to. I am so disappointed and I dont understand the lack of customer service. I understand busy but I dont understand ignoring people. 😡 The customer service and this company are HORRIBLE.

Montz Co. was everything our home warranty company was not--quick to respond, thorough on following up with parts, superb customer service, sympathetic to our plight of NO AC for 5 days and worked hard to help us remedy and expedite the fix. Every person we worked with provided excellent customer service.

They have tirelessly worked with my pain of a home warranty company and have recently put in a new condenser unit. My family and I are very grateful for all of their help.

This is truly a fantastic company and group of people. They are incredibly reliable, trustworthy and cost-effective. Most companies would say you need to replace your entire system/unit, but these guys take the time to fix what is actually broken. I would recommend this company to anyone.

These are super folks. After five visits from another company, they were able to fix the problem with our central a/c-heat. They have also fixed our problems in the past. Each time, they were very professional, thorough and personable. I would highly recommend this company.

Worst service, unprofessional & lacking knowledge. Didn’t check all components of the A.C. Big time waste.When asked does he even care about customers, he gave a half smirk and a condescending attitude. Don’t recommend, will never use again,
I had extremely high hopes for this company. I’ve been calling eight days in a row for a call back. I’ve left messages with their answering service, and even sent an email from their website; not so much as an acknowledgment. Very disheartening.
The company came to work on my AC on a home warranty call, replaced a component and 2 weeks later the AC wasnt working. I called them back and three days later after being without AC in 98 degree heat I was told they dont work on the type AC unit that I had even though they had done so 2 weeks before. Another company came and repaired the wire that short circuited on the part they replaced. I have called to complain to the company and was told the manager would call me back which to date he has not. Not very client oriented based on my experience.
The Montz Company had an appointment scheduled in between 1pm-5pm and never showed for the appointment. The companys office did not return my phone calls and I never heard back from the company.
