Bought 3 boxes of FreeMax coils and they turned out to be counterfeit. Half didnt work and the few that did didnt taste right. Had to throw them out. Keep a sharp eye on the coils you get from there.

They sell extremely low quality products. I bought a $40 grinder and the thing got stuck closed after the second grind. I had to use a heavy duty rubber lid opener to get my product out. Got stuck again soon after, so it’s effectively junk. On an earlier occasion I bought a pipe that ended up tasting nasty after I smoked from it. Only thing I would get here is the rolling paper or lighters - stay away from everything else unless you want to self-inflict bodily harm.

Best place to buy roll youre own tobacco and tubes. Only thing Ill complain about is the entrance to parking lot is messed up. Pipes, glass, bongs, grinders, any types of paraphernalia, cigars, 5 lb bags of tobacco, fake pee, electric cigarette roller, vape pens, e-cigarettes, rolling papers. Huge selection of roll your own tobacco, not just Gambler brands like most of the other places in town. Cigarette packs, Newports, Marlboro, Camel, etc.

Would not recommend. I got asked what i wanted to exchange on the phone before being handed off to someone else and told there was no exchange or returns.

Great selection on all kinds of smoking devices and tools. The friendly staff was able to help me with what I needed quickly and they all were very friendly. will be back before to long to see what else I they have that I would like or could use. picked up a Randys path smoking devices. Worked well yet, it is a tech and things tend to break. The manager Sheldon was more then kind to help me trouble shoot the issue and replace it once it was found to have issues that was not a fault of mine. will be going back for sure, thanks again to the staff during these times for staying so friendly and helpful.

I called to ask if they had a certain model Vape. They had no idea what I was talking about. They tried to direct me to another product that was not what i asked for saying it worked the same way. Which it did not. Not even close. I asked a question about how it worked and they told me yes to the question. The real answer is no, as what I asked only applies to squonk style tanks. When I called back to ask if they had any squonk style tanks, he then got rude and said that other customers had a priority over me and that he couldnt talk to me anymore. He did not understand how the vape worked and should have just said that he is not familiar with the product Im asking for and that they obviously do not sell that line instead of making things up and trying to direct me to something that was not at all close to what Im looking for.

Bought a torch with a life time replacements and have just been refused to have it replaced. One of the only reasons I came to this trash store and they cant even hold up their end on things they sell.

This place will be the only shop I go to from now on! The service was excellent, the employees were super knowledgeable and really friendly. I went in needing several things and having had lots of issues with my previous device. They were patient and actually took the time to educate me on the products I was buying. So refreshing!

So I come here so much I feel like I should leave a review. I get all of my beautiful pieces from here and I have a wide collection because they arent even that expensive. They are super helpful and amazing! So much to choose from too Im normally there for a hour looking at all the bongs and bowls which they get new ones all the time. You wont see a lot of the same pieces. I will go here over every other shop no doubt

Bad customer service from all employees. This is a vape shop and they Can never find what coil im looking for or just give me the wrong one and throw it at me. Seems like people there arent trained on their job and dont have manners for the customers. I recommend going somewhere else.

Ive been here once or twice and it has a decent selection and friendly staff but it also says opens at 8 I was there at 8 and signs where on lights were not so i sat outside for 20 or 30 minutes and still no one to be seen so I left thats a bit ridiculous if you ask me

Edit from 5 stars: the long haired employee that refers to himself as Jesus is untrustworthy and rude. I had just bought a torch there, for specific medical reasons I picked a bit more expensive one and the woman who helped me pick it out is so nice and helpful. Anyway it wouldnt fill (it was just spraying butane all over me) and i wanted to make sure it was the lighter and not the can of butane I bought, so I could email the company about the warranty if need be. Well, he proceeded to use 3 different cans to fill the lighter, use it, fill it again, use it at full blast, fill and then over fill it, and use it again. All in a matter of 2 minutes. If anyone knows anything about torches, YOU CANNOT DO THIS!!!! (It needs to cool and the gas has to settle and you have to bleed the tank before EACH fill) Not to mention the entire time it was spraying butane ALL OVER HIM and he never excused himself to wash his hands. He then said I had overfilled it and that is supposed to spray everywhere when you fill it. I HAD? I BLED THE TANK BEFORE I ARRIVED THOUGH. and didnt fill it. He also laughed at how much I spent, at his own work place! He went to all this trouble to try and prove me wrong, and for what? I was asking for help, NOT a refund. Literally, a gaslighter.Thanks for nothing jerk.I bought a large Roor bong here last year, and its the best bong Ive had. It isnt a fancy design, but it is very well made thick glass and extremely durable and sturdy. It cost me less than $30. Will come back often 😉

I have been shopping here since before it moved to the location it is currently at now. I have Never has any issues until they changed Management. Now every time you drive by & look at the store windows facing Columbia, you can barely see the Beautiful Glass pieces as the Windows are so Cloudy & Dirty! Those Specific windows are facing a Main Road & the Glass display is Ment to be seen by the Passing Cars as a Draw for business. Not staying on top of the cleanliness obviously takes away from trying to achieve that!!*Also - Since Management has changed, the professionalism & general appearance of the staff went from being an A+ to a D.Instead of walking in & seeing a neat professional appearance, tucked in shirts, nice pants, over all clean look, You now see, sweats, saggy shirts & grungy hair. One girl, Tall Skinny Blond honestly looked like she just crawled out of bed, Baggy sweats, Baggy shirt, Hair Messy up in a bun. I thought to my self “ This is just getting worse each time I come in.*One time I came in & there were actual customers just walking behind the counter & no one was saying a word. Literally ALL the staff standing in front of the counter all watching TV & Vaping like there is no tomorrow talking amongst themselves like there was no one else in there.The owner really needs to replace the management & bring in someone who can bring that place back to what it once was!!

Management is terrible here. They sell cheap thin glass and when it cracks they do not stand behind their products. Even when the down stem cracks and youve only had the piece for a few days. Dont waste your money here there are much better glass stores in town.....

Been a customer for years. Bought a $50 dollar vape. It didnt work. Has contact issues within. I brought back next day and stood around like an idiot for 30 minutes just to get told they cant do nothing about it. Lol. 24 hours go by and i get no refund no replacement. They didnt have another to even see if it worked. They were more worried about the pizza they ordered than helping me. Then they tried giving me a couple cheap vape pen batteries to keep me quiet. Got home after second trip Battle Creek and a piece is missing to the liquid tank, cant be used without it. I seen the worker remove it, must not have put it back. Oh well. They wont see another dime of my money. Or my families money. 🖕

I walked in and explained to a young lady about how I had burned a coil and my replacement coil was still burnt. She took the time to tell me what happened and replaced my replacement coil for free. Thank you so much!

Was selling Freekshow RDAs claiming they are authentic and turned out it is 100% a clone, was told they dont sell clones but that is a pure lie cant trust purchasing any vape gear from a store claiming its authentic when its a clone, very sad when the prices are very nice one some of the products but now shows why some of the prices are very cheap.

There is a large selection of glass pipes and water pipes. The vapor side is also very large and there is a cigar humidor as well. Anything you want is here and if not, with the hard working and overachieving staff and management team, all you have to do is ask and you shall receive.
