I’ve worked with both Mike and Tony at M N M. Mike was always great in our transactions, honest and upfront about vehicles and their condition. Tony has handled the last few, and he’s gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs. He stayed late, helped bridge communication, helped us figure out and understand what we were buying. When something was not a great fit, he said so instead of pressuring. And then he’d help us find what we needed. Awesome service. I’ll be back.

We have purchased 2 of our bucket trucks from M&M and they have always been good quality and value. Their small team of people are friendly, caring and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond in many ways. Very competitive in their pricing! Will be purchasing from them in the future!

I didnt receive truck until 35 days after they took payment. I was told they needed the capital in order to perform the repairs to vehicle. I requested to them that I did not receive the truck with only two weeks before first payment. They insured me I would not. They were correct because they didnt get it to me until 10 days before first payment. Their mechanic rebuilt motor but never pulled the crank. Pistons grenaded 300 miles after receiving. I incurred an $8000.00 expense putting another motor in at a local repair facility and 2 weeks of downtime. Wrong size tire on left front destroyed both tires from wear by the time it got delivered to NY. Had to take courier to the airport. I was required to pay delivery service of their courier for my truck but I was expected to take their courier to the airport for free. When I requested money to drive career to airport I was told I was be given $100. That in fact was a lie and I was given $50. It was an hour drive one way. I called and I spoke with Mike the salesman and I was told I was on my own its my problem. The truck made delivery which yes by the contracts I signed is so. But when the truck cant even make it 300 miles thats a little absurd. They stood behind nothing and they took their money and I was left o breezeIm a single owner independent operator so one truck is really all I need. I thought this would be a good purchase I bought a 75-ft elevator unit. They in no way helped my business whatsoever. I would never never and I cant express this enough never buy anything from this company.

I bought a flatbed car hauler trailer from Tony and am pretty pleased with it. Jim helped my dad and I get it set up and ready to go. It pulls very well, tracks nice and straight. It looks like its going to be exactly what is needed.

My sales representative was Tony,he was very polite and shown us that a willing to go the extra mile, offered us cold water on a hot day.we had 6 vehicles to choose from if your in need of a good vehical tony and his crew has got you covered, I will buy from there again A+ guys

Hmm too busy to test equipment before they sell it. Some might have good luck with some equipment that they sell. They will tell you all the right things but in reality its just words. I just needed them to be truthful with me and now I got what I got and have to deal with the issues on my end cause they made the sale and they are done haha yeah. Great luck to anyone who gets anything from here. I am most upset with Tony he really had many chances to do the right thing but he decided to just get the sale done. 😔

Very unprofessional and misleading. Was told we were getting a truck that was ready to work before they even went through it. Had bill of sale for well over a month and truck wasnt ready. When you show up to this business its nothing but pointing fingers and confusion. Any five star reviews on this company is an employee or family/friend with no true experience with them. DO NOT WASTE your time or money with these hacks.

An associate of mine purchased a truck from them so i was referred and they didnt disappoint. Friendly, informative, easy to work with, not pushy, quality trucks and honest prices.Mike and Matt have my business for the future thats for sure.

Bought my tree service truck from them and it operates perfectly! The team at M&M did a great job!

We purchased a truck from them. It took 2 1/2 months, 4 cancelled Flights, weeks with no communication, more excuses than I count before our truck was delivered at midnight. Then our truck broke down the very next day. After the truck broke down on day one he admitted there was a transmission issue before the truck was delivered. After making contact with M&M to explain the situation, have them pay for the repairs they have refused contact via phone, text or email.

Cars at that lot is no good brought a car from there 2 days later i needed a engine i wouldnt send a dog there

Dont buy from this so called company they do not inspect the vehicles they sell and have no clue what they are doing they lie to you on whats wrong with the vehicles and are only in it for the money they are scammers and i will make sure everyone is aware!
