I rented a uhaul with my mother in law we drive 30 minutes to her storage unit and on the way we get flagged down. One of the back tires is blown out. So we call and tell them we are returning it right away as we have movers/help waiting.There wasn’t another uhaul waiting to make it convenient for us. I’m pretty sure they should check there tires as a safety check before they rent a vehicle that will be hauling stuff.Anyways just not polite at all!I asked how long it would take as we now have had help at the storage unit for 45 minutes.The owner says however long it takes. LolNot what you would expect when being inconvenienced while spending money at a business in these hard times!!!The owner and wife both need people skills or I hope they close down!!No way to run a business with customers.

Dj has always been straight forward and honest. They really dont make honest mechanics like this anymore lifetime customer here for sure
