Dwight and crew did a great job. Despite some early trouble with schedules and my door they stuck it out and made sure I was happy. Recommended.

These guys have been in business for 80 years and I can see why. I went in to see if there was anything they could do to replace three small glass panels for my decorative garage lights and I half expected theyd blow me off for such a small job. I was wrong, J.J. was very pleasant and extremely helpful and he got the job done the next day, he even threw in a forth panel for free because he said it would have just been wasted anyhow. My total was $17.01 (a minuscule sale) but I was treated extremely well and made to feel as important as any other customer. I didnt catch the name of the front desk lady or the other gentleman I spoke with but they both seemed friendly as well. Thanks J.J., you guys earned my future business!

Quality of service has become non existent since Glen retired. I cant get a call back from anyone. Do yourself a favor and call a company that actually cares about their clients.

Battle Creek Glass was a pleasure to work with on our project. The architect and general contractor screwed things up but BCG went the extra mile to ensure that we were satisfied customers.

Worst experience dealing with a glass company. Terrible workmanship, no pride in their work, broke two window frames and left them broken. Also, who assumes its okay to stampede through a customers home with your work boots on. I have white carpet and it was raining that day. Never once did either of them ask if they should take their boots off or put booties over them. Even for Comcast thats a standard. If all of this wasnt enough, they didnt even have the decency to pick up after themselves. As a business owner myself, I would be ashamed.
