My daughter and the girls have their services along with my grandson

Was literally shunned, the personnel working didnt even bother to get up and offer any assistance when trying to sell their products. Was trying to port over and I felt like I was the one making any effort to make it happen. Very unprofessional.

Went to check the upgrades the lady was very knowledgeable and showing me the different phones to upgrade and I love it the young lady very professional

Mixed emotions cuz it cost me $3 to pay $20 on a bill they cost a total of $64. Had I the $64 to pay the entire bill, makes me Ill to ponder how much it would have actually cost me just to pay $64 which was the amount of my bill?
