The owners go above and beyond to provide an efficient and friendly experience. I have called in and picked up special orders and its always a breeze. The counter service is always quick and the servers are so friendly - I look forward to going in and saying hello and catching-up. The store is always clean and neat and I love that they cater to those with gluten allergies. Great place for a fun treat!
Its an ice cream shop... Its always service with a smile!!! They keep up on stocking the Carvel staples (🛸Flying Saucers🛸, 🍒Cherry Bonnets🍒, Chocolate Bonnets, Multiple versions of Ice Cream Cake). Clean facility. Quick service. Good Staff. All CoVid guidelines followed.
I mean, come on, its ice cream! 🍦🍨 This shop is always great. Friendly owners and employees, great service, and its always clean. They also always have a great selection of cakes, premade sundaes, and other frozen treats readily available.
Stopped here to pick up 2 delivery orders . Place is severely understaffed and have no knowledge of handling 3rd party tablets. I stood along with 3 other delivery drivers waiting and about 10 other customers . I’ll avoid this place from now on. 1 extra star for the friendly lady behind the counter, and minus 1 for the mope gentleman. Walked out.

Carrels is a great place it has great flavors my favorite is chocolate volcano and have great shakes like there hocus locus shake so I would say it is a great place.
They make the best ice creams cakes and Ive had a lot of carvel cakes throughout my life. Fast quick service. Im there on a wkly basis. But I do recommend

Ice cream was delicious but one of the girls working there preferred to talk and flirt with another girls customer than pay attention to my order. I told her twice what I wanted and she still got it wrong. Once she gave me my ice cream I told her it was not what I ordered so she made another one and still messed up. All I ordered was strawberry and vanilla soft serve with red cherries and rainbow sprinkles, should not be that difficult.
Every time i give this place a chance they fail miserably. Their soft ice cream is watered down to the point that the ice cream in the cones collapses downward immediately and you can taste ice crystals in it. been like this for years so i avoid this place by all means and its the closest one to my house

Horrible lady working at bayshore carvel! Super rude to my mom and I went to use a free cone coupon and i looked at it and I told her I wanted to go while I was home and then it said coupon can’t be seen to many viewed times. I simply used to love going to carvel but I hate carvel and will never go there again thanks to that lady.
