Do NOT use this company. They had a Bad Boy electric buggie of mine for over a year and did NOT fix it. Gave me the run around about people being sick and mechanics on vacation etc etc...The last time I saw it they had at least put the new ignition switch on and they even took that back off..It took me a few months to pick it up after he said he would give me a refund. He claims now he don’t have any money because he’s “robbing Peter to pay Paul”Do NOT drop any “Toy” off here.

Always fast and cheap

Tried to tell me a honda rancher 350 4x4 has a fully automatic transmission. Those only have 5 speed transmissions on them and also it from them saying the motors top end was rebuilt to them saying the whole motor was swapped instead. On top of all that, there office worker, clearly not a mechanic, tried saying he did the work for the rancher after one of other workers told me it was him messaging me.

Took 4 hours to change our bike dront tire trying to buy set of jet skis they have but i cant get my bike home to go get my truck to come back up here becuase they want to close at 4pm. The owner of this place should hire new employees that move quicker. Lost my 4k i was about to spend here.

UPDATE TODAY IS OCT 2 I STILL HAVE NOT GOT MY SCOOTER BACK. STILL WAITING ON TUBE. ??? I FEEL SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THIS EXCUSE. MAYBE MY SCOOTER WAS STOLEN AND HE WANT TELL ME. I JUST CALLED NOW THERE IS NO ANSWER. THEY HAVE A UHAUL SERVICE MAYBE THAT IS HIS BUSINESS. I WOULD NOT TAKE MY SCOOTER THERE FOR REPAIR A MONTH FOR A FLAT TIRE IS RIDICULOUS. I took my scooter there 3 weeks ago for them to fix a flat on my back tire today is Sept 23 2018. Every time I call he tells me he is waiting on the tube that it should be there any day. I called again today and he said it was not there. I told him you have had my scooter for 3 weeks what is taking so long then he goes into this big spill about well once it is ordered it takes 7 to 8 days to arrive. Three weeks ??? I told him Walmart has them I could go pick one up at Walmart and bring it he said he doesnt buy his parts from Walmart. But I just looked online and Walmart is an authorized dealer. He is mostly in the Uhaul business. I do not know why razor even puts them on their list as a repair shop. I could of ordered 10 tubes by now.

Took my sons bike to get tub they told me a price 50 for tub 25 for labor .now two weeks passed I get a call this morning 365 for things I didnt ask for oil change, new battery, spark plug which everything was fine just needed a tub
