First day, nice friendly staff ready to help. Decided to take our vehicle for the repairs after an auto accident, because of the great reviews. That was a mistake, my car was there for over a month. I had to return my rental and my car was still not ready. I had to call to get updates, no one was ever available to take my calls. It was the worst experience ever. There were a lot of empty promises. There was a lady that would take my calls, dont remember her name. I understand everyone has different experiences, ours was a bad one....

My repair was back in August. I wanted to wait to see if there was any chipping before I posted a review. Four months later and it still looks amazing. My rep was Anyssa Lopez, she explained the whole process in detail and kept me updated along the way. My car was ready three days earlier than predicted.

Wow! These guys are amazing, courteous and know their stuff. Needed an alignment pretty bad, well had been needing one for awhile and they got me fixed up in less than an hour. Beware of Luceano, johnny and Dustin they refuse to say who is the owner.. After they were negligent and did deceptive practices to my vehicle that Geico sent to them for an estimate only.This place dismantled my vehicle and refuse to reassemble it . they did not return all the parts of the vehicle and screws. They stripped the wheel studs and the lock nut. They kept the hood latch barThey forced open a locked camper and took a Jack chrome lug wrench & Jack box.They will not return calls or emails and they will order you off their property...if you call police they will lie to the police. They are a shabby and unprofessional place. They try to get you to rent a car from enterprises or Hart rent a car....The only thing left is take them to court. The court says you have to have the owner name to file court papers because regular workers may quit and leave town and its not their own business they are just a worker..Be aware of these insurance and repair shop scams that consumers face when trying to do honest business with these places....Reporting them to the commission does nothing they tell you get a lawyer. A lawyer wants up front money.So where does that leave consumers? It means you have to spend more money and time because of the scams these businesses are running on defenseless consumers.These businesses take major advantage of consumers....

Service King offers some of the greatest customer service Ive ever witnessed. They really take great care of their customers from moment of arrival until after you drive off. Honestly Service King is the Chick Fil A of collision repair. Alex took care of me all the way through and always kept me up to date with the repairs and status of my 2015 Mustang and made sure I got my car back looking better than it did when it first got there, from the collision repair all the way till the paint job and buffing of my car.

On Friday, I had to take in my vehicle to be repaired at service king and from the moment I walked in I was greeted immediately by all the staff. I had an appointment and was talking to the insurance adjuster and Service King advisor Dustin Cole at my schedule time. Dustin went over the whole repair process in a timely manner and explained it in simple basic terms. I was really pleased with the customer service and the time it took to get me in and out in a rental vehicle. It was a one stop shop.On Saturday morning I realized that I needed something from my vehicle, my advisor was not in but Alex Villa went above and beyond to help me. Alex help me make sure my door was closed correctly, that was a great relief considering the rain we have been having lalely.Great Customer Service!!!!

Well, the service started a little sketchy. In the beginning there was very little communication. But I visited with them and expressed that I would like better communication. After that Mike was awesome. He kept me updated regularly. He even sent me pictures of my car during the repair process.I was a little disappointed in the speed of repairs. But that being said, my car is barely a year old and had extensive damage. It took 75 days to repair. Not only that, they have been very accommodating with repairing the minor things Im finding.Would I recommend them? Absolutely. I would just remind you to be patient. Doing it right sometimes takes time.

Took 3 MONTHS for my vehicle to be finished. No sense of urgency. I never received any calls to update me on my status, I always had to call. Never using Serviceking again.

The company was very professional, from the receptionist all the way to the shop manager. this is a one stop shop, Geico insurance, car rental pick-up and repair. the repair was amazing. the shop estimated time of repair was 22 working days, I picked the truck up 9 working days after drop-off. they kept me well informed about the progress of the repair. They were very informative.

Calls to tell me i didnt show up for an appointment and dont have a drop off date.1) I was 15 minutes early to that appointment 2)all of your systems were down 3)I scheduled a drop off and gave a clerk my name and number 4)you called me 3 days after my appointment to say this and didnt even call the correct phone number.So far the service here is quite poor

I was waiting for them to finish the work on my vehicle before I submitted a review, but it looks like the work will never be complete. The work started in January 2017. The evening I picked up my vehicle the ABS light was on and the traction control light came on when I pulled out if the parking lot. I called and was told I could bring the vehicle back in the morning, however I had to be at school at 8am the next morning. Upon pickup I informed that I would be contacted when the pin strips for my vehicles​ quarter panel came in. Weeks later after never receiving a call, so I contacted them again. They never put the order in for the stripes. This game has gone on for months and with a few different managers. I am also still waiting for a resolution for the ABS light being on. I am highly dissatisfied and would recommend going anywhere else if you want your vehicle repaired completely.

Dustin took charge of my wrecked vehicle. I expected an SUV rental, which they did not provide. Instead, they let me borrow a brand new F-150 that I did not want to return. As far as repairs go, they made my vehicle look brand new. They also went above and beyond and detailed my vehicle. The entire process was smooth. I would definitely recommend them.

Maybe thats the next man but the negative reviews dont apply to me. They got my truck done when they said they would, kept me constantly updated on its progress, and really have went above and beyond what they needed to do. At this time I have to say Im very pleased with the way things have happened.

Very unprofessional when talking to the manager. I drove to this place looking got a quote and their drive way was not clean. I ran over a bolt in their parking area and they were not worried about it nor showed any concern when I brought it up to the manager. I would say that this place has no customer service and it seems that by looking at the reviews on here Im not the only one that feels this way..i will never give these people my business.

I have been dealing with Craig Laine at the Baytown Service center and everything has gone great so far. I like the Daily updates from him and his quick response. Everything has been handled professional and timely. This is the 2nd vehicle that we have used Service king with, I will use SK for all of our repairs in the future. Keep up the great work Guys.

My son went to Service King to release his car and gather items out of his car . However, they didn’t make a note of it in the system . Liberty mutual agent 3 way called them and I had to give permission to release my sons car again . I received an email from claims stating called Service King 1/18/19 to have my sons car released ... a 4th time. . Someone dropped the ball with communication!

Geico and Service King have a partnership. Alex Villa with Service King refused to help me unless I signed complete Power of Attorney over to them for all decision making and communications with Geico. I asked to be kept in the loop on decisions, and he told me they would not. I did not leave my vehicle.

Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had. They had my vehicle for 58 days and repeatedly promised it would be ready tomorrow. They told me my car was in paint for the last four weeks. We are incredibly frustrated and will never use this business again. Go anywhere else - literally anywhere would be better.

I had a collission and I chose Service King to make the repairs, for a previous good experience. Once the repairs were approved by the insurance, one representative from Service King called me to set a date to drop my vehicle. When I arrived, I was cordialled greeted by the front desk personnel and got in bussiness inmediatelly.Miss Lopez explained me all the process in a very professional and understandable way.She took a look at the vehicle and gladly received my instructions about saving the license plate holder ( sentimental value for me). She kept me informed during all the time that my truck was under repairs. Once the repairs were completed, she called me to go and pick up my truck.It looked better than new, inmaculate clean and with my beloved license plate holder in place.Thank you Service King

I was in my rental car for 32 days, while these buffoons scrambled to get my car repaired quickly and efficiently. They were very sneaky and not upfront about how long my car would take to get repaired, and did not keep me updated the entire time my car was being repaired (even after I hounded them SEVERAL times for updates). The Geico rep. was even more rude; he never let me finish a sentence, and would cut me off every time I spoke with him. He was VERY unprofessional, and I would change insurances just based off his attitude. As for the auto repair shop part, the estimate of how much the entire thing would cost was off, and had to be adjusted twice. Then, the idiots ordered the wrong parts the first time around, and THEN FORGOT to get other parts the second time around. Needless to say, I tried speaking with the manager of the location, as well as a superior to the Geico rep., and no one ever called me back. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this Service King, not even to my worst enemies. Please save yourself the headaches.

I took my G8 to get it fix everyone was very friendly and awsome staff my advisor was Alex Villa and they took 1 week and the car turn out awsome they made sure i was satisfied with the job on the car...thank you!!

**Updated**Painted parts had large noticable flaws (they did repaint after I pointed it out), parts were not re-attached correctly(they fixed it after I refused to accept the poor assembly), and they did not address all check engine codes( I noticed later and had it addressed at my dealership). They completely missed a vacuum leak in the fuel system(I found out they forgot to install a part they ordered), that I would not have noticed if they didnt forget to reattach my positive battery wire clamp, causing my battery to die revealing the check engine light when I jumped it. Also while my dealership was installing the vaccum system parts Service King forgot to install they noticed a very poor seam sealer job that forced me to take my car back to Service King. Im convinced this shop has no quality controls in place at all. This resulted in sending the car back in the shop several times and prolonging my car repair time an extra MONTH now. They continuously made excuses to get me to accept the poor quality repairs(while parts were sitting on their shelf they forgot to install). If you take your vehicle here make sure you get your repairs thourhougly inspected by your insurance adjuster and a third party such as your dealership or local mechanic.
