Had a belt to match my boots perfectly just didnt have my size. Selection of high-end belt was very limited.

Everyone is helpful in asking if you need assistance.We bought a pair of boots here and a few days later the shaft split at the seam.They replaced the boots no questions asked and spent a reasonable amount of time looking for a pair the same size.Overall great experience over 4 trips.

My only gripe would have to be that the workboots I saw online I wanted to purchase in store were out of stock. So i would like to know why Bootbarn stores sell same exact item as they sell online but in store its 40-50$ more? Isnt it the same store? I showed the manager the online price and she gave me a hard time to match it coming that its the bootbarn website price.. and on top of her matching the price online i have my zachry employee 20% discount.. she said i could only pick one.. how? If im showing you the original online bootbarn price and on top im suppose to get my 20% off but noooo the store price was 50$ more for the exact item and then want to give me 20% off of that what am i really saving.. pay attention guys anytime you go to bootbarn store always look up the item you like before you go .. you will be suprised at the price difference

I am appalled at the lack of professionalism the managers have. You would think they would lead by example as they are in a position of authority but they do not. I overheard a manager harass an employee about not helping a customer. the employee attempted to question and was yelled at saying because i said. when i asked for help, she rolled her eyes. At that point i refuse to give them my hard earned money. As I was leaving they called her STEPHANIE. Horrible customer service from STEPHANIE, a manager.

I love boot barn. I go monthly. Every month I ask for 4x clothing and they never have it. Granted, no one does really. I wouldnt go there to be told to go home and order it. It would be nice to see the clothes and they assist with the ordering. I dont mind going pick it up. It is one of my favorite places to shop for myself.

Had an issue with the soles of my boots. Had my receipt and they exchanged them, no questions asked. Always great service.

This is one of,if not THE BEST, Boot Barns in South East Texas. Great selection, friendly helpful staff, willing to do their jobs, and go above and beyond (unlike the Liberty store). If you are going shopping for work boots, Western Wear, or FRCs, I highly recommend this store.

Always an issue here whether I need to return something I purchased online or price match to online prices. In both cases I had to wait over 15 min for a manager to show up.

It could be better if the employee I asked for assistance have better manners when someone is speaking to her. From the first moment I start talking to her she ran out to a table with some jeans instead of paying attention to me and help out in what we needed. Store wasnt too full of clients for this employee to have this behavior. It seems she was trying to avoid something or someone. A

Lots and Lots of stuff! Makes me wish I were a cowgirl! They do have FR clothing and a generous selection for those that work in the industry. Wide selection of boots, not just cowboy boots but work boots with or without steel toe. The staff is friendly and helpful, they dont hover over you but are close enough if you do need help. Reasonable return policy.

She was very knowledgeable of all the boots in stock, and understood all my needs in a work boot. I was in and out with a great quality boot at great prices. If ever I need anything else pertaining to work or play I would return to this store, and I would highly recommend it to others.

Called this store in Baytown a few days ago to verify they had a work boot I was looking for. Gave the young lady on the phone Boot Barns item # as well as Ariats item # and the size I believed I would need. Ten minutes later she returned to the phone and said they have the boot in stock but did not have the size I asked for. She informed me they had the size above and the size below but she could order the size I asked for. I wanted to make sure the size I asked for would fit so I told her I would come in and try the larger and smaller size they had in stock first and then order the one they were out of if the sizes they had were too large/small.Today I drove an hour to the store only to find out that not only did they not have the sizes they told me they had, they didnt even have the boot. When I asked the sales girl on the floor if she could check the item number for me since someone else had told me they had it and it was why I drove across town she said she could but if it wasnt on the floor they didnt have it. I was quite upset that I had driven across town and now the sales person said she could look up the item number but didnt. She offered to order the boot but again the reason I drove to the store was to try the sizes that they told me they had in stock.Nice looking store but after that experience Im not sure I could recommend shopping there.

Great selection of boots, but the boots I was buying in a specific size did not come with the protective leather piece because someone pulled it off and boot barn Was not willing too pull them off another boot or offer a discount, I found that disappointing, $200 boots and I didn’t even get a box.

Had to special order my jeans. They told me 7-10 days and never received a call the lady was very rude and said it could take up to 30 days. Of course they dont tell you that when you pay for them.

Visited boot barn last week looking for jeans For my girlfriend. Store was busy, was also adequately staffed but unfortunately the staff was more busy talking with one another. Have to go looking for someone to unlock the dressing rooms . Once we arrived with the cashier, she was absolutely fantasticAnd made sure that we found everything that we needed. I didnt catch her name but she was from the islands .

The worst customer service. I had a simple question. I wanted to make sure that the boot I was buying was all leather and what oil should I purchase. Not one but three female associates laughed and were of no help. I highly doubt I will ever shop this store again.

Everything is not in order on shelves and are stuffed in and wrinkled up. Nothing ever seems to be in stock. Belt racks look like a tornado hit them. They offer online ordering in store that doesnt seem to work or the salespeople cant operate it. They dont even have a leather punch. I will be going to Cavenders from now on.
