I wanted to love this business. I love supporting local businesses and ordered a hat off their website with their logo on it to give to a friend of mine who is a Legend Skater to wear. This would have been an amazing branding opportunity for this company. However, I can not ask that of a friend if the company can not perform a simple task of a single hat online order. No confirmation was ever sent except from paypal saying I bough the item, nothing from the company. After a week I called them. They said they had an issue and they would throw in an extra hat. I said sounds good cant wait. After he hung up I thought, he never even asked me my name or address to verify who was calling. He had no idea who I was so how could he fill the order I was talking about? I had to open a complaint with paypal to get my money back as I still have NEVER heard from this company about my order. I have emailed them and nothing. What a true let down. I hope they figure out their online system because in todays world it is very important!

Terrible service. I’d give 0 stars if that was an option. Waited over 2 months for an email back. After the first 6 weeks I called and was basically told that I was forgotten about and that I would get an email the next day regarding my order. Never got an email. Waited another 2 weeks, still no response so I sent an email to cancel my order. Never received any kind of courtesy call or email through that entire time.

Unique hats pre-made and custom hats available. Erick (Owner) made sure to make me feel welcomed and valued. The service I received is why I keep shopping small businesses like this one. A real gem in the Baytown community. Will definitely shop here again. Thanks again for the great service.

Super creative! I needed a logo for my business I was starting and didnt have anything in mind. I just told home about my company Lone Star State Home Buyers and within a few minutes he created a logo and thats what I use.
