Very nice and professional!! Staff was excellent, helped me get my mom in with her wheelchair, they saw me come to the door and jumped up and came and held the door. Dr Hisks was very thorough and explained everything to my Mom, she didnt rush her at all, told her to take her time very pleasant!! Will be going there every time. Would highly recommend them.

Dr. Hicks is the best. She gets you in an out and answers all questions you might have about eye care. The staff is also friendly and helpful. What used to feel like a chore is now a nice yearly experience with this office.Coming here when I moved to Baytown was one the best decisions I ever made. As long as she practices here I will sing Dr. Hicks praises and will gladly be a patient of hers.

Shocking that the easily frustrated obese lady is a doctor. Could not come close to focusing my eyes in then got frustrated and dilated my eyes before she knew what I needed. Thank you supposed Dr. Child for wasting my Saturday. I would not even go to the bathroom there with three ladies sitting at the counter doing nothing.

Saturday was my first time to go to Mann Eye on Baytown for glasses, contacts and exam. Dr. Hicks was absolutely amazing. She took her time to explain everything to me in terms I could understand. I would definitely recommend them.

I love the eye doctor. She takes her time and explains everything that she will do and is doing. She makes you feel comfortable and you dont feel rushed at all. The lady that helps you pick out your frames is GREAT. All you have to do is ask her for her input or suggestion and she will be happy to help. All around from front to back GREAT SERVICE.

Great Service! Recently went in for an eye exam, new glasses, new contacts, the whole ball of wax. Dr Hicks was great in explaining all my options and the whole staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this office!

There for eye exam. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The doctor is amazingly patient and thorough. All in all one of the best experiences I have had with an eye doctor. When I say we will always travel to where Dr Hicks is, we came all the way from Tennessee to see her. And will again. I wont trust anyone else with my eyes or the eyes of my family. She is the best.

First visit and everything was good, explained in laymens terms, if you are looking for a good optician you cant go wrong here.

Dr. Tammie Hicks and her entire staff are wonderful. My 16 yr old was upset that he couldn’t get the contacts in (they let him try for an hr). They were all so patient with him. After convincing him to get glasses Mrs. Jennifer worked her magic. He wasn’t happy and was being difficult. She kept the conversation light in an attempt to get him more comfortable. After she finally convinced him to pick a pair, she told him “I bet you will end up loving them.” She was so right. He loves his glasses. These ladies made the process painless even after dealing with a difficult teenager. They all deserve medals!!! I can’t thank them enough!

I absolutely love all the staff and doctors at the Baytown Mann’s Eye clinic!!! They care kind and caring. I love the way the doctor not only speak to me but also inform my child of what’s going on.

I had an issue with my eye and went to see Dr Tammie Hicks, she checked on my eye. She found the issue, treated it, and got it fixed. She stayed on top of it until it was totally healed up. I really like going here and I send my Family there as well.

The team here is extremely professional and friendly. They take the time needed to make sure everything is perfect for the customer. Dr. Hicks goes through all options at a pace giving the customer the time needed to make an informed decision (and I have been wearing corrective lenses for 41 years). I highly recommend this team!Those who have given a bad review just want something for free.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Tammy is great and could answer all of my questions and I love my new computer glasses! She recommended the Blue Light lens because I stare at computer screens all day and I LOVE THEM! no more dry eye and no more headaches!

I was highly satisfied with Dr. Hicks and her staff. Dr. Hicks made me feel very comfortable especially with the lens options where they said one or two? That can sometimes be difficult but Dr. Hicks assured me it was no problem to switch back as many times as I needed. The staff was also very helpful when I was selecting my glasses frame. There was also no wait time. I definitely recommend Dr. Hicks and her practice.

I love Dr. Hicks! She super friendly and patient with you when figuring out your prescription. This is my 3rd time seeing her in office and each time I left feeling happy with my experience and my prescription. Also when I like that youre able to make an appointment online now and the visit usually dose not take longer than 30mins. It should be noted that I try to go in the morning hour when making an appoint and also I am a contact lens wearer.

Great location and experience! The process was quick and easy and I got a lot of information about my options for contacts vs glasses and for payment. I had to make an appointment online since their phone system was down at the time, but it was also quick and easy.

My Husband and I went here for the first time and enjoyed the experience. Daisy Harris and the Manager Jennifer were very polite and easy to work with . I truly appreciate that . Thank you so much .Dr. Hicks was fantastic as well .

This place was recommended to me so I go online and schedule an appointment... A short time later I was contacted to confirm my appointment at 2:30 pm, gather my information, insurance and so on... At this time I am impressed with their customer service until an hour later I receive a call to reschedule my appointment..they have a unscheduled meeting from 11 to 2:30 and will be unavailable for my appointment... Really...Okay, I am confused my appointment is at 2:30 and now you cant see me until Saturday...What a waste of time!

These ladies were fantastic. My first pair of glasses to get, they help explain everything so well and were very patient with me. Anyone going anywhere else would be a fool. I would recommend them to everyone.

They took too long to get me to order my contacts, and kept giving trials, to where it rolled into the new year, so I totally lost my benefits. They wont admit their staff was wrong, and they wont even make it right to where I can still get glasses. NOT COMING BACK EVER. Eye doctor is super sweet, but manager Christy is so cold and doesnt even care about the mistakes made in the office.

Dr. Hicks was extremely friendly and well-versed with knowledge and information regarding all things eyes! It was my first eye exam in nearly six years and I couldnt be happier to find out that my eyesight was getting so bad!

Horrible! They act like its beyond them to actually help you, they didnt give me a free trial of contacts and they said I have to order some instead first or wouldnt give me a trial. I wasnt sure if Id like the contact they gave me. The doctor doesnt care about you acts as if shes just in a rush the whole visit and takes no time to hear concerns. Never will I go here or recommend to anyone. I want to feel comfortable when I go somewhere.

We needed to see the eye doctor on Saturday and our regular doctors office was closed so Mann Eye Clinic in Baytown was a great solution. There was no wait time and everyone in the office was so friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor treated my eye, suggested treatments to use at home and we were on our way in less than an hour. Sure beats an Emergency Room visit!

Awesome experience with some of the most friendly staff Ive ever dealt with. They went above and beyone to take care of us. Could not be more happy with my experience.

Make sure you call your insurance and see what they cover yourselves. This place says insurance will cover before and after your appointment and does not. I was told I would not be getting charge or billed for just talking to the doctor over my sons stye. Here comes a month later and a bill. They dont take fault and try to make it seem like it was the insurance fault why theres a balance. It wouldnt be the insurances fault if you say your not getting charged for the beginning... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! NEVER COMING BACK HERE!

I went to first ever appointment at Mann Eye 2 in Baytown and I absolutely loved it! The doctor there is very informative and beyond nice. She explained everything she was going to me and went in depth into possible lasik surgery. The ladies in the front were also sweet and helpful and made my entire visit go smoothly. I’ve been wearing glasses and contacts for many many years now and I can honestly say this has been the best experience with both staff and the doctor. I highly recommend coming here!Update! I have now made my second yearly visit to Mann Eye 2 with Dr.Hicks and I absolutely recommend them. Thanks to her and her friendly staff I am now set up to have LASIK surgery in a few weeks. Because of my pleasant experience with them, they now take care of most of my family’s eye needs.

Everyone was very friendly, very knowledgeable, I really liked the Doctor, she was very thorough and made sure that all of my questions were answered. The facility here in Baytown, does not have a lab, so I ended up driving to Pearland, where the lab is. (rather than wait 4 days)The store in Baytown had given a heads up, so that I would be able to get my glasses same day. In less than two hours, I had 2 new pairs

Iv been going to Vision Max for 10 years now, and I love the friendly and patient staff and awesome doctors. Iv only had one problem with contacts being the wrong prescription, but they exchanged them for the correct ones without problem. sometimes it has taken a little longer for my glasses, and other times I got them right away. But I wouldent go anywere else!! they even took the time to help me pick out a pair of glasses that looked good on me. I keep both glasses and contacts.
