The ignore you at the pharmacy counter until they are good and ready to help you. Not even a nod of acknowledgement. They also let hillbillies run around in the store without masks, even though it is clearly posted on the front doors that masks are required. Murica!

They continued to refill my prescriptions three months at a time and I continually told them one month at a time. They said it was a computer override. I told them to get the computer to pay for it. The pharmacy drive through opens anywhere from 9 AM to 9:20.

They are horrible And they leave you on hold for a very long time like 45 minutes. Then come back on the line so that you can be on hold much longer. If patients are reading this. Please go to the one on Garth so much better than Alexander Walgreens. They don’t apologize for treating you bad and can’t get my medication prescription refilled here anymore

Pharmacy is very rude every month when I try to fill my sons prescription they give me issues and its getting worse.

So I have been goingbto this Walgreens since it opened. The last couple of time they have been lacking in common politeness. I was in the drive thru the very nice young lady always friendly. I asked a question she just walked off for 20 minutes. I can see the line behind me so I ring the call bell 2x and NOONE would come. Finely the young lady came back and said that these a problem and I need to come in. Well the problem was the code was being entered worng new employee. Ok explain that so people are not wasting time. I cant wait a week for my meds. So when I show up at the agreed time to get my meds amaging my surprise when they told my next Tuesday. I guess the font need or want my business

Went to pick up my moms prescription and the line was out of this world. I do not blame them for the line but I blame the for the slow service I experienced. When I drove up no one came to the window for almost 5 mins and almost 7 mins after I signed for them to give me the actual prescription. It should not take me 40 mins (time included in the line) to pick up 2 prescriptions.

Excellent customer service!! Also, I always go to this Walgreens to print my photos and talk to the curly haired older woman that works there.

Awesome staff !!! Great pharmacist always willing to go the extra mile in helping out with anything you need!! I love this Walgreens even the techs are all so courteous and will do anything to make my dealings stress less unlike most pharmacies! Especially the Walgreens on Garth that’s a damn zoo with rude techs and a pharmacist that seems to busy to talk are explain much. Of course they have different pharmacist so maybe that one particular was having a rough day. But this one on Alexander the entire staff is great!!

I always love going there for some Arizona drinks or birthday gift cards for people that I know

Drop script off at 11 said it be ready by 2:30 came to retrieve meds at 4:30 and it still wasnt done how long does it take to fill a antibiotic this place needs to hire newstaff after all the walgreens they have shut down in past five maybe this one should of been first on the list not a happy customer

Horrible. We had to send in an emergency Rx for a patient that was in our care. He needed Vancomycin and this was the only pharmacy in Baytown that had it in stock. We called the pharmacy to tell them we were aware they closed at nine but we were on the way. Mind you, a tornado warning was in effect because the rain was so bad. Naturally, we arrived at 9:05 and the pharmacist had already left disregarding what we had said. The front desk clerk said they clocked out at 9:02 and walked out with her gallon of milk. I understand that asking the Pharmacist to stay a few minutes late was asking a lot but in an emergency situation it should have not been a problem. Because of this, patient care was delayed and on top of that the Pharmacist had already filled the medication and billed the insurance before he left so we were unable to use a 24 hour pharmacy to fill the medication.

Went to pick up my medication only to find they had LOST my prescription. Normally I wouldnt be upset because mistakes happen, but the manager was very rude and refused to take the blame or apologize for the inconvenience. She insisted that I mustve accidentally gone to the CVS across the street instead. (I only use Walgreens pharmacy) Im so frustrated.

Lost my wife’s meds and we got skipped on the drive thru window twice
