Claire was very pleasant from the moment she greeted us at the door. I brought in multiple watches for repair and she was patient and kind in what turned out to be a tedious process. She also serviced my wifes ring and helped her find a pair of earrings that she absolutely loves. She also assisted me on another watch I was hesitant on but convinced me to buy and Ive received multiple compliments on. On top of that we were finalizing our transactions just before closing and all of a sudden it started storming and we were stuck. Not once did they try to rush us out of the store. We just hung out and talked till it was clear enough to make it to our vehicle. She was such a delight that when my watches were ready for pickup I purchased another watch from her I liked. Her customer service was spectacular and she gave us an overall amazing experience. Thanks again Claire.

I was running late i wasnt sure if i was going to make it to the store in time before they closed, I gave the store a call they were nice enough to agree to wait for me if I didnt make in time. (I made it 10 minutes before they closed lol) But i Love the customer service! The 2 young ladys working in there have some of the best customer service Ive ever come in contact with! I really wish I wouldve wrote their names down.

Zales in Baytown has the best costumer service that I have seen in a long time. They are always so helpful in my many purchases I have had with them. The associates are always so nice and patient with me when I am looking for certain jewelry. I will always buy my jewelry and recommend anyone that is looking for something special to buy at Zales Baytown.

Always have an issue with jewelry being sent off for repairs, some employees including the manager aren’t very pleasant. I have witnessed on multiple occasions where they are very kind and attentive IF you are there to buy something but if you’re in to just browse around or send jewelry off for repair they are arrogant and rude. Constantly have bad customer service when inside this location.

I’m never one to leave reviews or even complain but I know how upset this was for me and my fiancé and we wouldn’t want anyone else to deal with it.Had to return my ring 😭 After sending it off and waiting 2 weeks to get sized (after they refused for him to send it off prior to the proposal) it came back in not so great condition. The moment I got it back I had honestly though a few of the diamonds fell out,but they were just tilted and covered with new metal that was added. Also it was extremely rough and the underside was scratched and smushed looking. When they showed it to me under the microscope the employee herself said it looked broken,(she was very helpful and sweet) it was really rocky looking rather than smooth prongs. She then went and asked the manager and she briefly turned her head away from the computer and said it can be buffed out. The employee mentioned that if it come back and it’s not any better or I’m not happy with it, they will do and exchange and send a brand new one off to get resized. I then asked why can’t I do that now you yourself said it looked broken?.... no flat out answer as to why. I was told it would be sent off for another week Then after sending it back my fiancé got a call that if was back and I got excited... but it was still “rough” The first thing that was said by the manager was I’m sorry I haven’t been here in the time y’all purchased and brought it back (she was the one the employee showed the ring to) and that she understood our concern. She then tried to act like a new ring has the same roughness ... yeah ok. She showed me mine side by side with a brand new one and the difference was clear.I will admit it looked a tad better but there still looked like something was missing, and the underside was still scratched and smooshed. I told my fiancé after maybe the diamonds around were just covered with metal still in that spot but the light didn’t hit that area the same. We were offered to get a new one for and exchange and we asked about a refund she said he purchased the ring February 27th and the ring returned to the store March 26th to the store for sizing so... as if refund wasn’t and option not thinking because I was so frustrated and upset .Then later got a moment to ourselves and i and my fiancé decided we no longer wanted to give them our business, we were worried what if this ring gets messed up or years to come we get a repair done and it gets ruined just like the original. I mean the manager flat out said she can’t make promises but a resizing will probably always have “flaws” so to speak (definitely not what I was told when I voiced our concern about getting the ring from the display case due to wear and tare of cleaning and trying on over however long it had been there). She also said this time it will be done by our mater craftsman which you can request anytime you have any repairs... my fiancé then told me that was who was supposed to have done it the first time at least that’s what they told him when purchasing the ring. At the end of our conversation I sat back and thought about the dates again and we realized technically it was brought back before that date and by any means was not it this condition it came back in. We walked over to the manager and my fiancé asked for the dates again and she told us followed by silence, my fiancé said isn’t that technically with in the time because we have only had the ring for a total of MAYBE 3 days and they pretty much ruined it after that date to get resized ... she then went on to say it’s whatever y’all are happy with we can totally do that. So we weren’t sure why that was displayed as our only option.After leaving my fiancé and I were pretty upset. I’m a very sentimental person so to let go of the ring he proposed to me with was really hard on me. This experience almost ruined the moment that’s is supposed to be such a special time in our life. So we have decided to take our special moment elsewhere with another company. Anyone looking into buying here I would really be careful or look elsewhere.

It was my favorite jewelry.But every time they have errors or delays in their service, they have been very arrogant and inefficient.If you plant to buy a product it seems like a good option.But if you requiere a non-immediate order or service, perhaps you can save yourself frustration and annoyance by looking for another option.

Per my friend..Im sharing for her b/c she was sooo impressed that everyone should know.Amazing experience..they were closing but Amber made extra time to help her in trying to select a wedding ring. Couldnt find one. Amber suggested looking for one online ..and coming back next day to help her keep looking. Although she couldnt find the perfect ring... Amber displayed what true compassion customer service should be.. the want to help not just a job..

Horrible Customer Experience. Within 3 years, my ring has been sent for repairs 4 times. Repairs take at least a month if not more. One of my diamonds cracked and needed to be replaced. They did not match the replacement to the rest of the diamond. The cut of the new diamond is different. It looks smaller and was set in lower than the other diamonds. The sales consultants did not treat me with value. I had my ring resize. When I got it back, the engraving on the interior was worn out. I expressed my concerns and was told it is covered by your warranty. we have to make money somehow. Repairs sent from this location takes longer to return than the Fairmont Parkway location.

Very unprofessional, employees do not know products and have been poorly trained. My 1,800.00 ring broke at shank 1st day I had it! I was promised a replacement piece would be in yesterday. It is not there yet today and no one can tell me when to expect it! I am going to get a refund and mark this place off as a BAD experience! Super lazy manager would not come to front counter when she knew she had a customer complaint

I am extremely displeased with this place. Dropped my ring off over a month ago to be sized and was given a date of the 18th of this month. I called the morning of and was notified that it was lost in transit with 17 other repairs and that luckily they had the same ring in store so they sent that one off to be sized. They called Friday to tell me it was ready. I went to pick it up today and the employee claimed it was nowhere to be found and basically said Id have to return tomorrow when the manager is there because my ring couldve been put elsewhere. This is ridiculous. The only apology Ive received is from glena, a few weeks ago when I calledto check on it. We will not return here ever again. Would give zero stars if possible

Had the same bad experience as some of the people on here. They told me they lost our ring and that it would be another 2 weeks until we get it back from there jeweler in Florida. 2 weeks went by I called and was told it was going to be another 2 weeks. This went on for about 3 month from time of purchase to the day I got my ring back. No apologies where made.

Do yourself a favor since zales is going under anyway, go to a real jewelry store, Robsons on Baker Rd . Free lifetime warranty and real diamonds. Everything done in store as opposed to GOD knows where!
