Being Hr away he made me feel as if I was there in person the whole time. Literally got there and was finished in 20 minutes. Everyone there made me feel absolutely welcome. All questions was answered before I arrived and was confident about the purchase I was making. Trace, hands down couldve sold me a more expensive mower or a line down. Super satisfied with my purchase and because the hospitality, Trace and the team gave me. I will look nowhere else. Looking forward to growing with WOWCO Equipment Company for our company needs. I called this morning to get a part for our L35 tractor. The young lady who answered the phone was having trouble with the Internet and said she would call back. It was really nice to have Rudy from the service department call me back. He took the time to be sure he had the right model number of the tractor and the part that I needed. I really appreciate that somebody actually called me back and took care of my question and concern. Rudy provided excellent customer service. I own a BX2200, series tractor with less than 300 hours on it. The steering cylinder began to leak and upon doing some research I found that the part is defective from the manufacturer and should have a recall issued, but doesn’t. I bought a replacement from Wowco, to fix the issue but was not able install the part then due to work, school starting, sick kids, etc., just life in general. I finally after a little over a month was able to find the time to get out in the heat, on my first day off in weeks, and change the part. The whole job took a couple hours, and upon completion of burping the air from the hydraulics, was bolting on the flywheel cover and looked down to see a large gouge on the cylinder rod. I called Wowco and spoke with a lady in the parts department who informed me that they had three in stock and to bring it up and she would swap it out. The fact that she was able to help me was plenty enough to offset the fact that I completed the job just to have to redo it due to a defective part. I was shortly called back by the same lady who then informed me that her supervisor had instructed her to contact me and let me know that they would not be exchanging the part, but instead would sell me a replacement at a reduced rate! Mind blowing. I will not be doing business with Wowco, Landsdowne Moody is a short distance west on I-10, and for the same parts their customer service is miles above Wowco. I recommend anyone reading this review do the same and avoid the hassle.
I was sent an email stating that the Manager of WOWCO would not sell me a Kubota tractor, Orangeline trailer, LaneShark attachment and Land Pride implement because of where I lived. I searched for a Kubota dealer that had the right tractor for my needs only to be turned away due to geographical discrimination!
Good selection of equipment onsite. Johnathan did a great job with running the numbers and explaining the Kubota tractor we purchased. He followed up after a few days to see if I was liking the tractor which I do. Fits our needs perfectly. There is always room for improvement and I would say the paperwork part of the deal could go faster and some parts purchased were missing upon delivery. They were very willing to drive them back out. Overall very happy with using WOWCO.
Excellent service! Rudy the service manager helped diagnose my fuel system problem over the phone! Hell of a guy! Lot of headache and a lot of phone calls.... he never complained once! Guy needs a raise! Appreciate you Rudy!
My Kubota insurance had expired just over 30 days. I called KTAC and they informed me I had to take my tractor to a Kubota dealer, have it inspected and pictures taken and sent back to KTAC just to see if I MAY get approved. I’ve had insurance on this tractor since it was new.WOWCO service manager, Rudy, hadn’t done this before so he called KTAC and got the details. WOWCO took a lot of pictures and did the inspection per KTAC and Rudy emailed KTAC back all the info. The next morning I got a call from KTAC that I was approved and the tractor looked really good.
Mr.Trace was very helpful and knowledgeable pointing us to are dream tracter we had a great experience with them they made it super easy and are very friendly.

This is our 4th kubota product to purchase. 2 mowers a tractor and now a side kick. 1st purchase with Wowco and was very pleased with it. Paperwork was put together before I arrived. All I had to do was sign it, and load it up. Look forward doing business with them again.

Bought a new zero turn mower, entire process was super easy! Sales and financing was super easy loved the staff and facilities were very clean!
They picked up my dads Kubota tractor for repairs but first had to disconnect the bush hog to load it on the trailer. A week later, after doing a great job on the repairs, they delivered the tractor back to the house and reconnected the bush hog. They didnt have to do that, but it shows what a class act they are.
I heard about wowco and decided to take my zero turn to them for a full service followed by a few repairs. I was introduced to RUDY and his service time right away. Rudy and his team was honest with me about the volume of work they had at the time and gave me an estimated time of when they could have my machine ready for pickup. I agreed to leave it and was only expecting a call when it was ready for pickup. Rudy went out of his way to call me and discuss this issues prior to doing the work which I really appreciated. On top of that, Rudy and his team had my machine ready 2 days prior to the estimated time that they was supposed to finish. This weekend I will be dropping off other equipment for them to work on and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and honest work.
This weekend my husband was 6 hrs away and had an issue with his RTV120. He called the office and the service department was very helpful and walked him through the steps on how to complete his repair. Thanks to the service department, would highly recommend to anyone for service and equipment.On a side note the Uvalde location is pointless, not helpful at all.

I highly recommend Wowco. I had a great experience! I purchased a Landpride Ranger 2 Series 12 batwing mower to reduce mowing time on my property in Lumberton, TX. I knew i needed/wanted one. After a few million youtube videos later I decided to make my purchase. Coy in sales and Rudy in service were very helpful. They took the time to show me how to connect and operate this implement with ease. I also had Wowco plumb my tractor to operate a LaneShark cutter. I will be back after hunting season to purchase this implement! Thanks guys for all the hard work!
