First time we went here we had a great time and the staff were very friendly. Went back a couple days ago to take my daughter to try one of the majestic shakes and they told me that they were out of the cups. So We ordered 2 shakes instead and a small ice cream. The lady was very rude and as she made our shakes she didnt really seem to know what she was doing. I could go on but it just went down hill from there. Wont be back to this location.

Fantastic establishment, amazing value for what you get. One of the cleanest places like it Ive visited, fantastic customer service, always a truly friendly face behind the counter. Quality of the ice cream is amazing, nice creaminess that you just cant get elsewhere. Being able to add whatever youd like to your order at no cost, is phenomenal. The novelty of watching them make your tasty creation on said marble slab never seems to wear off. If youre in the market for a tasty treat, and happen to be in the area, definitely give this place a shot!

Ice cream was creamy but not sweet.used to live in Abilene and frequented Marble Slab there. Their sweet Cream was sweet but not as sweet as regular ice cream. This was hardly sweet. Service guys were curtious, funny and fast. Glad I went n will go back if ever that way.

Its been a few years since Ive visited a Marble Slab Creamery. Delicious! All real ingredients and you taste it in every bite. Has a steady crowd in the evening hours. Clean and very polite staff....no complaints here!

My grandkids really enjoyed their cones. The ice cream was created not hard. And they enjoyed any sprinkles they wanted. I had a strawberry chesse cake cup like a Sunday. It was to die for. Great portions given too.

Ice cream was really runny and melted super fast.

A little disorganized. They had just opened and didnt have tables and chairs set up. The ice cream was great though. The server was fast and friendly.

Always friendly and helpful, even though I typically show up 15 minutes before they close. Thanks for being so welcome here, thats why I always tip the employee.

They were extremely backed up they rush you to make your decisions and the staff had an attitude they were just trying to cash me out and get rid of us I couldn’t even gather all of the items I needed in time! But they still maintain they attitude I will not be returning there!!!

Absolutely horrible service never coming here again I asked the lady if she could clean the surface before laying the ice cream and she decided to give me a attitude after all it is her job because the customer is always right. Then she tends to talk to her coworker behind my back and point at me as I walk out disappointed

Pretty cool, never been here before but I gotta say, baskin robbins is a bit better in terms of variety. Not a big fan of the whole mixing schtick. But the service was definitely nice :)

Ordered an ice cream cake and it was not as described on the website: it was supposed to have crushed peanuts on top. Not so bad, maybe they ran out, right? But wait, there’s more. They even left out the actual cake bit in the middle but still put the crust on the bottom... uhhh. I totally understand that things happen and restaurants run out of ingredients and that’s totally fine! But as a customer I wish they would have at least communicated with me instead of sending out an incomplete order. The cake tasted really good, but the lack of communication was disappointing

As we were figuring out our order, the young lady working the counter was playing (scratching) the ice inside the freezer on the serving line and the ice shavings were falling into the ice creme. I watched them both serve five customers and not one hand wash was conducted. But the ice creme was good!

I tried the Blue Cotton Candy cone. It was expensive, could have purchased a gallon of ice cream at the store for the same price, but you dont go to an ice cream parlor to get cheap ice cream.The cone I got was Magical, ask them to try Blue Cotton Candy.

I absolutely love our Marble Slab in Baytown! Its clean, and I havent had a bad experience. I love to take my family to have a special treat, they really enjoy themselves.

Ice cream is great. This location is not. They dont clean the marble between customets and youll get an attitude when you ask them. I am a rare person who absolutely HATES the taste of chocolate. If I pay 8 bucks for icecream I dont want to have that in itAll it takes is using that spatula thing and scraping it. 2 sec. I gave it 2 tries and NEITHER time were they doing what they should, so makes m question what else they are supposed to do but arent.This last time...The young girl that waited on me said what are you allergic, after I asked her. Looked like they hadnt cleaned it on awhile. Not 1 clean spot. I told her to forget my orderWhy she was looking at me. then she still puts the sprinkles-still didnt clean the marble- then she starts picking out the sprinkles instead of throwing out and waiting on next customer.

Takes a while for line to go down but once you realize the individual attenion provided for each customer you appreciate the wait cause once its your turn to order you dont feel rushed. And the ice cream is great
