Horrible experience with this United rental. First rented a trencher and the gear fell off so I called and told them the problem. they told me that they could pick it up and switch out for another one early morning. Plans didn’t go as planned they couldn’t come out to drop off. Had to pick up mid day because they didn’t informed till i had to call and ask what was the delay. Second trencher was dead at the yard they jump it right there. Told me it would charge, had it die on me 4 times in the end i had to shovel got frustrated with it dying on me. Didn’t get to finish the job. Google should allow negative ratings. Won’t be renting from this United Rentals.

Picked up a rigid threader. It is a piece of crap. Had to fix the wiring to make it work. Then after I got it to spin. The oil bath was full of water. Drained the water and added oil to find out it has a broken cutting tooth. So yes I am very disappointed

Dont rent here. They lie a lot and over charged me
