I purchased a Cub Cadet 33 inch mower online and had it delivered to this vendor. I fully expected to just pick it up and take it back home and assembly it. When I arrived it was already assembled, full tank of gas, and tested. I got a full breifing on PM and how to operate it. I am very impressed with the customer service I received. The employees are friendly as heck and when I realized I need ramps for this mower, they gave me a great deal on a pair and without missing a beat, put them together and showed me how they work. I would definitely patron this vendor again. Its hard to find good customer service.

My mower was taken in to this shop for a service repair and the had it for a couple of days shy of a whole month, it was supposed to be done within a14 day period. I sent it in with a full tank of gas, ir had less than a quarter of a tank of gas when I picked it up. I keep my mower inside my shop and I keep it clean and out of the sun and rain. When I picked it up, it was sitting out in their yard and had apparently been sitting out in the weather for almost an entire month, it had no rust or oxidation on it when they got it and now it has rust and oxidation all over it. I had them come pick it up and they were supposed to do the work and return it within a14 day period. I had a service warranty that covers the pickup and return costs. After speaking with them about the repairs that were needed,they told me that it had sat for 16 days and it started right up. I got the call from them notifying me of this and that it needed new blades 22 days after they picked it up. Needless to say I went and picked my mower up myself after it being at their facility for 27 days. So long story short I was without my mower for 27 days and I had to pay them $65.00 for the diagnostic fee in order to pick it up after I sitting in their yard for almost a month and them apparently running 3/4 of a tank of gas out of it. I do not recommend anyone to use them .
Receptionist is extremely rude!! Do NOT waste your hard earned money here. They do not care about customer service.
The front desk ladies treated an older Hispanic man poorly for not being able to speak proper English. They were being disrespectful and rude for no reason! Is this the type of people you want greeting your customers?

After searching for a part for my pressure washer all over Houston and internet, I found a small engine repair shop with people as friendly as our Texas motto, I called them looking for the part and told the guy what I needed and he new exactly the part, he told me yea Ive got one laying around here, Ill search it out it was late and I was not gonna make it in time being it is a forty minute drive from my home to Baytown, so I went the following day and was greeted with a smile and a howdy, I showed the part to the sales associate and when she ask the mechanic he said be right back, he came back and handed it to me and said Merry Christmas no charge and I was like in aww and he was like, its been here a while it needed a new home and smiled, what a wonderful experience to run across people that are simply just amazing, thank you to all the staff at C & M Equipment Co. In Baytown, I will definitely be a repeat customer

I brought in my lawnmower for repairs and on the phone the woman told me 2 weeks just to look at it and tell me what was wrong. I agreed and left it.Three weeks past and not even a phone call to explain why there is such a delay. I called a little frustrated given I think Ive been pretty patient but not disrespectful. Tells me its going to be 4 weeks I tell her I need a firm date she said she cant. Rude did not let me talk and than hangs up the phone on me. Extremely unprofessional business you dont hang up on customers.I DONT Recommend this place at all THREE WEEKS WASTED AND I STILL DONT KNOW WHATS WRONG WITH MY MOWER. 👎👎
They are veryyyyyy slow to do warranty work & or communication is little on progress of work. They almost find a way to charge you at least $200 saying warranty doesnt cover xyz.....

Brought a riding mower in long time ago that had starting issue and the employee accused me of using a screwdriver to start the mower and causing the damage even though I had a key in the switch and another new one at home. He had zero proof and just made this conclusion on his own. It was a warranty issue and made it hard dealing with the manufacturer .One of the most ignorant dealings with any business ever.
They were nice and speedy, had exactly what i wanted. They are a husqvarna dealer so they have a lot of their stuff.
Absolutely Excellent! Took my Husqvarna blower here after it was giving me fits, they couldnt have been nicer- took the time and trouble to adjust it, got it running great-surprisingly no charge! They are a Husqvarna dealer whose prices are the same or even lower than the big box stores, will be my go-to for my small engine needs in the future. Great folks.

I loaded my Husquarna RZ246i Zero turn mower on my trailer and towed it from Galveston to Baytown to get the push button start switch replaced. The switch was defective and not alowing the engine to start. I was not looking forward to leaving my mower there for the two weeks to get the switch diagnosised and replaced and drive another 60 mile round trip. When I arrived and asked to speak to the service tech. I was waiting for about 5 min. when I looked out the window and the service tech had already diagnosed the switch and had it replaced by the time I walked out to meet him. Wow! Great service! The part was covered under my warranty and I was in and out in less than ten min. What a great experience. FIVE STARSJohnny

Very poor service. They dont even know how the extended warranty works. I had to file it through tractor supply. They could care less. Als gives false charges like a oil charge and all they did was change the belt.
