Bought a stuffed animal and the tag said 12.99 but the lady said it was 19.99. I showed her where they were and she still said it’s “19.99” even though they clearly said $12.99 on the tag. She said the tag was the wrong tag but there were several more stuffed animals sitting there. Pretty rude to me about it and I still paid because I thought it was a cute stuffed animal but if they are going to stock something incorrectly and still charge a higher price then they advertised that’s pretty wrong. I was nice about it because I’m not gonna be mean but she was pretty rude about the whole thing and acted like I was dumb for even asking.
I only gave one star simply because I was forced too! Not only does my Doctors office ALWAYS have to call 10 times to even get them to look for a prescription that has BEEN submitted. They always want to deny ANY prescription EVEN with a dosage change! My kids take meds..it just happens that her doctor changed her MGs so that she could take it during the day at school also. THEY were RUDE about and almost make you feel as if your being discriminated against. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PHARMACY WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I am surprised based on the other reviews that they are even still functioning! And this isnt my last stop COORPORATE should be notified!
I pulled up to the drive through pharmacy window to pick up a medication. I pushed the call button, and no one even acknowledged my presence!!! I waited for ten minutes, I could see 3 employees through the window. I ended up calling the store manager from my car, complained to her, and drove off without getting my medication. I will be changing pharmacies. There have been other issues at this location as well. I am done with this pharmacy. Iryne.
Went in to do a simple exchange that turned out to be a 53 minute fiasco. I was shuffled between (3) different associates to ultimately end up being serviced by the manager on duty named Kayla who was unable to process a basic transaction. It was an extremely frustrating wait and Kaylas demeanor was unprofessional. You dont fling pens at customers out of frustration. The exchange was never processed and I ended up leaving. Customers would be better served if Kayla was sent back to training to learn the basics of Customer Service.
That one star doesnt actually count. If I could rate them with 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service!! Randy is the worst! I wanted to make a quick trip but only one lane was open and there was too many workers walking around! Its messy and dirty to say the LEAST. Never coming back!!!
The absolute worst!! came in trying to buy a quick snack and one of the workers gave a sour face horrible not only that the lines were so long and only one line was open while the rest of the workers were just walking about ! ruined my last day here in IL
🤠🤗👍A newer store, I believe they opened in 2008, if youre in a pinch they usually have something you need where you can get by. A little out-of-the-way for me but I usually stop through there once a month or so.✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️
