Went to get a fuel filter for a quadra jet carb the guy held it up behind the counter and said AWW YES BRIGGS AND STRATTON.......yup knowledge isnt needed to look up a part number thank goodness

I was luck to stop at AutoZone Auto parts after having some issues with my car in a trip passing through Beatrice. I didnt know anyone in Beatrice that could help me and Benjamin and Troy were amazing with their service. They were able to put me back on the road in less than 10 min. I am extremely thankful for that.

Had my order ready all I needed to do was pay and go.

Had to talk loudly to get some assistance. After that, customer service was great. Borrowed tools to get the job done.

They have a few positive staff there but not all. I literally had one guy telling me I should just look online for someplace cheaper about a few things I asked about.

Store is fine if you know what you want and what it looks like. If not good chance your going back. All autozones not just this one.

Poor customer service and no record of all the parts I have purchased under warranty . Store has completely gone downhill in Beatrice NE. Now do ALL my business at OReillys. 3strikes and they are out. Even called customer service and never got a call back. They care absolutely nothing about service.

---update 07/8/2021Around about March I went into the store sans mask as there was no mask ordinance in the store and due to personal reasons I cant wear one anyways.I said all of this as one of the assisstant managers stopped me at the door and wouldnt let me travel into the empty store.He told me it was company policy that everyone wear a mask.Then he proceeded to tell me that if I couldnt wear one I could order online and pickup.I told him what if I dont have internet?He had no answer for me and kept refusing me access to walk around and shop at the store I have spent thousands of dollars at.I told him i wanted to talk to the manager that has always treated me well and he told me the manager was busy but I could wait.No matter what I said to him he refused to work with me or expedite me talking to someone that was actually in charge.For those reasons auto zone which I have shopped at for more than 20 years and spent thousands and thousands of dollars at will never get another dime from me.I went down the street to oriellys and they helped me immediately with no mask nonsense or questions just good old fashioned neighborly help.

Everyone was cool and somewhat knowledgeable.Bought a battery saw it had a $20 rebate, thought great! Went home tried to find said rebate with no luck.. came back to the store and found it had expired 2/2018 and he said (supervisor) sometimes a stray gets left behind.. from two months ago???This is why I usually shop elsewhere, that and they try to oversell when you come in for something small.I wont be buying from here for a long time, again.

Being a woman I get intimidated having to go to the auto parts store, but these guys here in beatrice are very helpful, I had a check engine light on, they will hook your car up to a computer and tell you whats wrong, for free, give you the print out to take to mechanic if needed, they look up prices for you and always offer the lowest price first, they will explain warranties on parts to you, and offer suggestions, they were very patient with me and attentive to my needs.

They plugged computer into my vehicle and did diagnostic test without hesitation

Very bad customer service as soon as I walked in both employees were on the phone so there was no way I could ask a question about a product,then when one finally gets off the phone and I ask him if the product on sale is really on sale he says yes so I tell him that Ill purchase it and when he rings me up the price is not close to the marked sale,so he asks the other employee about the sale and shes all I hate that sign you have to read it, that item is not on sale youll be getting a discount in the mail..to which the guy employee says these folks cant read English they are Spanish speaking,when he was the one who confirmed the price to me..So very bad customer service rude employees and racist, I walked out with no purchase and ofended..

I wish there was an option for 0 stars I was buying exhaust piping one day and a guy came around the corner and tried accusing me of stealing stuff and that just made me want to leave right there then I called and asked if they sold hub-centric wheel spacers and they didn’t even know what they were then I went in and bought new rotors and pads and they gave me the ones for the AWD-Turbo version of my car then I come in again and I asked for oil change deal for my car and asked what kind of manual transmission fluid my car takes my car takes 5w-30 and they gave me 10w-30 then they tried selling me a transmission fluid filter for my car like are u for real right now manual transmissions don’t even use filters the only thing they got right so far was the kind of transmission fluid and the oil filter
