Ive been to numerous Ace Hardware stores in my life and this one is the best. The staff is always courteous and helpful, but I cant commend Dakota at the register enough. He exemplifies quality customer service by remembering my name, always being upbeat, and quick with a solution. Each store in our community should try to clone this young man or just watch him for a day as genuine training to see how to treat customers. Thanks Dakota!

They lied to me twice. Free Assembly and Delivery on grills over $399. Not assembled. Then delivery driver said in my home he can get me a discount. Nope. Not that either. Never shopping there again.

Bought several of the same item to give out as Christmas gifts and returned today to buy one for myself. Everything was in the same place and still available.Also found an item I was hoping to find not only did I find it it was on clearance

Always had a good experience until yesterday. Went to other stores to see if they could cut a camper key for us. The others couldn’t do 2 sided keys or they would have. Ace was suggested. We stopped there and they said they could but they refused to do it since we did not buy the key from them. Most places will cut your key for a charge, but apparently not the Ace hardware in Beatrice.

Walked in the door noticed a long line at check out, guy was having trouble with his credit card i thought i would take my time get what i needed then it would be cleared up i was right only one guy checking out that guy got done i walk up to put my items down and they tell me to wait. The guy with the bad card was still there just off to the side they tried his card again while i wait instead of checking me out quick they make me wait 15min trying to get his card to work. I threw my items on the floor and walked out. Very stupid lost my business forever
