Brought my car in for an alignment, they had it done and put two really good used tires on for a very fair price and they had it done the same day. I had other issues with my car that they pointed out but did not try to upsale me what so ever. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

I bought a car off a friend of mine. After having it for about 4 hours the front left ball joints and CV axle failed leaving me stranded on the side of the road. There speedy service has returned my car to me in 3 days. There customer care put me at ease and I know exactly who to call If I ever need work done to my car again.

Was visiting from Pittsburgh and got had flat tire on my camper. The staff was super friendly, took me right in, repaired the tire, switched out the spare and even put the spare back on the rack and covered it. Great price. I recommend to anyone in the Shellpoint, Beaufort or anywhere. Thank you for the great service.

I called and talked to Ed, explained to him we were traveling and that I had a shimmy in the front end when I applied the brakes. Long story short great experience got us going. Reasonably priced too.

Always fast and easy to make appointments with, but the women answering the phones can be a little rude sometimes.

Call ahead and scheduled to have my brake service at 2 PM was running late so I called to let them know and make sure that it was OK to still come in.Sat in there in the office with my two kids for 30 minutes to walk out to the shop and before I got to the tuck the tech was dropping the jacks. When I asked if he was all done he told me they don’t have time to service my breaks that they were behind on other cars. I own a business and I if I don’t have time to do something I tell the costumer. I also have seven trucks and they lost every single one of them I will never bring my truck to be serviced here again and I informed the tech that When I WAS LEAVING!

In a last ditch effort trying to patch my tire that was flat this morning when i went to check my car because my tire has been losing air a couple of day ago, but today was really flat. I called every place but was close due to hurricane Dorian and only vertex tires and brakes was there to patch my tire incase i have to leave. They did a good job and price was reasonable and honest. I never knew this place existed but i would go here in the future to give them my business and would recommend it to my familes friends.

Vertex has the most honesty and best workmanship of any car repair shop Ive ever used.Especially as a woman (though somewhat car savvy), Im always leery of auto shops trying to swindle me into paying for unnecessary repairs, but Vertex actually cares about providing a quality service to their customers for a reasonable price.They wont wow you with frills or flat screen TVs in the waiting area, but everyone from the front desk to the mechanics work like a well-oiled machine. They work hard to get you back on the road quickly-and keep you safe-all while protecting your pocketbook.Vertex is everything an auto repair shop should be: competent mechanics, quality service, and great prices. Found ourselves out of town on vacation with some vibration in the tires when driving at interstate speeds. Had a couple of possible idea as to what the problem could be.Found Vertex by looking for highly rated companies near us. Called them before visiting and when I showed up they were friendly, up front about their queue, and accurate in their estimate on how long it would take to know what the issue was.We ended up needing new tires - had a busted belt in one and two that looked worse for wear. Ordered 4 tires, they arrived the next day, were balanced and installed as expected and without breaking the bank.Thanks for great service! Highly recommend.

Called them at 10:30 AM. Had a leaking tire. They said bring it in. Got there at 10:55. Tire fixed and reinstalled by 11:25. Outstanding service. Reasonably priced. Im told they can fix most anything automotive.Highly recommend!

This auto shop has saved me so much money its crazy. Your car gets inspected but they dont try to use fear or sales tactics to motivate you into spending your whole paycheck on unnecessary maintenance. I wont throw out names but Beaufort has several who will take you for an expensive ride (pun intended). Do yourself a favor and go to this group of honest mechanics. I highly recommend this shop for ladies (and men) unfamiliar with vehicles.

Vertex Tires and Brakes is hands down the best repair shop in Beaufort County. They are knowledgeable, honest, and reliable. You wont find better customer service or quality of work anywhere.

Do not even deserve one star!! The women working at the office is probably the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL person I have ever spoken to, not only to me but also to the towing company who came to pick my car up from them! This woman at vertex was so rude to the point that the first towing company REFUSED to go back and my insurance had to find a SECOND towing company to agree to go get my car! Such a DISQUSTING human being.

Had my tires and oil changed. Was in and out in a hour, with very professional and quality service provided. Would definitely recommend.
