I went in on Monday and it was in on Thursday. Evan and John helped me pick out the carpet, gave me a good price, and were very knowledgeable. Jay at Southern Carpet Wholesale helped me pick out a great carpet by Mohawk that had an attached pad and is hypo-allergenic; he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Jay was able to come out in a timely manner to get the measurements and provided a great price for the carpet and install. Approximately a week later Don and Nate came out and installed the carpet and it really transformed the bedroom! Don and Nate were professional, kept their working area clean, and did a beautiful job installing the new carpet. Evan and Southern Carpet Wholesale are absolute live savers! My carpet in my rental property was absolutely obliterated by a tenant and desperately needed to be replaced. We needed carpet and laminate put down in a renovated garage apartment. The team at Southern Carpet Wholesale was incredibly knowledgeable, and they answered our many questions patiently. THE BEST! Southern Carpet put down wall-to-wall sea grass carpet in my beach front home which no other local carpet dealers would touch. They did a wonderful job and the place looks amazing (every single person who visits compliments it). Then when I had a huge water leak and the carpet shrank away from the wall, they came in with their uber-professional installers and stretched it back to almost new. Super friendly, super responsive service. Could not be happier!

Darren was very helpful to me from the very beginning of the process in choosing a flooring style for finishing of our basement area. Final selection was excellent. He even knew what my final choice was going to be before I did and actually had the quantity of boxes needed for the area set aside with my name on them to reserve! I was a walk-in that was in desperation mode. Unforeseen circumstances put us in a position that we needed carpet installed by the next day.
