Good store. Friendly service. But coffee is not always hot, more lukewarm.

I have never had a good experience at this store. There is always a long wait with staff spending more time talking on their cell phones rather than attending to customers. I almost made a complaint two years ago when I asked an employee to not over pack the bag. Sure enough she still over packed the bag and the contents spilled all over the gas station floor. I tried to replace the food that was ruined and she yelled that I would have to pay for it again. I vowed I would not come back to this gas station. However, today I had a flat tire and that was the closest gas station. I waited in line for 15 min while the employee talked on her cell phone and was rude to other customers. It’s not just this employee, it’s most of the employees. When it was finally my turn, I explained that the credit card machine was not working for the air machine and I needed quarters and cigarettes. They did not have cigarettes in stock (rarely do) and she said she didn’t have quarters. When I explained I had a flat tire, she responded, “good luck then.” I will never visit this store again until it changes management or has better customer service. It’s sad that I travel 10 minutes to go to another gas station when this one is less than a minute from me. I have never had a good experience and looks like that isn’t changing. I would love to speak to a regional manager regarding this. If I could give less stars than 1 I would.

This gas station has the rudest, most unprofessional employees in my hometown! Theyre are maybe one or two employees there that are pleasant... But the other employees make me dread going to the closest gas station near my home. I drive out of my way just to avoid the staff there! They have lost my business and many more because they are extremely rude! PLEASE HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES! until I see better service provided there, me and my family will not spend a penny at this store.

Rude..nasty employee name Ty...I have been coming here for years and have never had any problems until now. TY was all I could see on her name tag..she refused to tell me her name or give me the store number! She is very unprofessional...loud and rude! Shes not an asset to your company! I will be calling the Manager...General manager and Corporate iearly in the a.m.!

The soda machine has like crud hanging off the spout. Disgusting never cleaned obviously.

Their icees are off the chain. Especially the candy cane icee.

There is no reason for 1 employee to be working at this store in the mornings. Give Mrs. Stacey some help in the mornings so people are not standing in line for 10 min, just to get a cup a coffee.
