Kaylee stands out as going above and beyond to help us find all the little things we need for a boil, or whatnot. Accommodating staff, dog-friendly and a local favorite.

This place has EVERYTHING, staff is super friendly, so glad I found Grayco. Fishing license, Honda generator, weber grill, decoration, leaf springs, lawn stuff, Columbia clothes, yeti junk, all sorts of tools and hardware and much more. Im in heaven.

Jamie in the fishing department spooled my 50W conventional reel. This is the guy to have working here. Well knowledgeable and friendly, helpful on the local waters. What made him so over the top is he called me to ask multiple question on my reel and helped me understand a few things. Will be back and have him spool or service my reels and make future purchases because of him.

Love love love Grayco! They have some of the coolest coastal items! Some things are a little on the pricey side so I dont buy those... unless they are a must have..of course 😉

Graco is our go-to in Beaufort when we need anything for our trip. We do lots of fishing, shrimping and crabbing. We sometimes go twice a day, but usually always once a day for something that we need. Their prices are a bit high in some areas, but theyre the only store of its kind.

Best. Priced. Fishing. Gear. Pretty much in the area! They have as variety of stuff in the store but my got to is Skin so Soft (to make bug spray) and the insulated cups! They have pretty much everything but food! The hardware section has proven to be a fantastic resource for home repair and DIY projects! They have a huge selection of various locally made crafts and furniture that scream LOW COUNTRY LIVING at you when you see them!The staff is friendly an unbelievably helpful with everything! And most of the time you go in, Mr. Gray is there watching over things and making sure his patrons and staff are taken care of!

I own and operate a small local tree care business and initially bought all of my chainsaws and equipment I could from Grayco. The last two visits however, I recieved terrible service. I came in to buy a blower and a chainsaw. Would have been over $1000. Instead of receiving attentive service, 2 separate employees vaguely instructed me to talk to the guys up towards the front which guys? Ill never know because there are other places nearby that Im sure would be happy to have my business for years to come. A perfect example of why places like Lowes and Home Depot are putting small places like this out of business.

They where very helpful in finding the right size socket for my project on a Husqvarna riding mower. And even had a staff member look up the price for deer corn. And they where pretty busy at the time. Thank you to all the staff members that helped my wife and I.

They charge to much for their stuff. Most of the stuff lows has much cheaper. The only thing grayco has iss Convenience

May be slightly pricey, but the quality and assistance is there. Not only does one person acknowledge you, at least 3 do. Nice place to browse and find unique items.

Great mom and pop hardware store. Theyve got a little bit of everything and a good amount of local/USA made products. Prices arent going to be Walmart low, but expect the products to last significantly longer. Huge selection of grills and equipment, tons of hardware to include custom keys, and lawn care products. Full Husqvarna section with service and parts. Couldnt find a decent hose reel for my backyard though unfortunately. All the employees are very nice and helpful.

I love this hardware store. Great customer service, knowledgeable help and similar to the old hardware stores we had in the 70s. Love it that you can buy bolts, nuts, and washers in single qty. up to however many you need. Lumber yard is also great. Mr. Gray has a very nice store.

We love shopping here but I was disappointed when I asked an employee where the restroom was and if there was a baby changing station there and she said no. Then I asked the cashier just to make sure and she said she didnt know. I had to take my baby out to the car to change her which was very frustrating.

Employees are eager to help.

We ended up here perusing and spending for hours when our realtor gave us a gift certificate at the closing of our new home. its a fascinating store. womens sportswear, hardware, birdseed and feeders, and the place we found our new dining table a chairs. just a great selection of furniture, accessory pieces and coastal inspired art. Just a fun place.

You can find anything you want at Grayco. As you walk in the door there is always a person to ask if you are looking for anything and take you to it. Customer Service is the best I have ever seen at a retail establishment. From nuts and bolts to Beautiful furniture to beach decorations. They really have it all. Everyone should visit.

Weve come here a couple times now and the customer service is wonderful. Today, we bought a chainsaw and weed eater. They gassed and oiled both, then tested them to ensure they work. Theyll even show you how to use your equipment. Skip the big box stores and get treated like you matter. They carry everything from clothes and furniture, to tools, camping gear, fishing tackle and ammo, you name it.

I try to support local businesses whenever possible, including Grayco. They have knowledgeable and helpful staff and although their prices are a bit higher, that would be acceptable if the total experience was positive. Where they need improvement is with returns. With Amazon, Home Depot, and Lowes offering lower prices and hassle free returns, Grayco needs to do better with returns.

If they dont have it, you dont need it. Service and knowledge is like nothing I have ever seen. Comparable to Lowes in price for higher quality items than Lowes carries.

Should just start having all my vacation money go straight here. Cant spend just half an hour here. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean store.

Walk into Grayco and more often than not be greeted by Mr Gray.If not, one of his helpful managers.How many stores that you go to, you can walk in the door and tell the owner what you need?You will not be told to go to isle 12 and look in bin 64. You wont wonder around for 10 minutes looking for what you want and finally pushing a red help button that may or may not work.You will be helped by a knowledgeable person who will find what you need and hand it to you.A store that truly knows what customer service is all about.

I love this store! This is the first time Ive been in a store where the sale associates were helpful! My husband and I was just there to get our propane tank refilled and get few other things. Doug was the first sale associate that had helped us with our propane tank and greeted us with a warm welcome. We spent about 45 mins looking for the items needed on our list and we have encountered 5 sale associates who were very helpful and knowledgeable on their products. Im absolutely impressed with the store and their professional workers. I will be coming here often.

I am not a big hardware store guy but when you walk into this store you are surprised at how nice it is and how well run. They have lots of stuff that a typical hardware store does not like furniture, etc. A great place to get the usual essentials but worth checking out to see if they have other items you might need. The staff were also very nice and helpful.
