A hearing disability is discouraging and can lead you to become a loner or a recluse. If I ask someone to repeat a word or sentence, they often reply nevermind. So I assume Im not worthy to have something repeated so I can be included in the conversation. Thus, I exclude myself from the conversation. I have been going to Dr Kalady since she opened her doors. She helped me get better hearing aids with bluetooth accesss. Before my warranty was up she sent my hearing aids back to the factory for service. Now I am on a 3 month maintainance plan to keep everything in top working order. It makes a huge difference. I highly recommend Dr Kalady to anyone with a hearing problem. I enjoy my appoints with her.PS Sometimes she give parties with great refreshments too.!!

This is to correct a mistake on the previous review of just a few moments ago. I intended to select five stars and must set the record straight. I suppose it is possible that there is another audiologist somewhere as good as Dr. Kalady, but I am sure there is noontime better.I have seen other audiologists in different cities for the past 15 years. About two years ago I purchased new hearing aids and they have not functioned properly for all this time - u til I met Dr. Kalady. In just two visits she identified and corrected all the problems and changed my life so much it is impossible for me to express.I absolutely could not ask for more competent, courteous and compassionate care and I am and will remain forever grateful.

Meg always checks in via email to let you know you may need a hearing aid recheck. If there is a problem she finds a remedy or will send back to manufacturer’s and give you loaner hearing aids. Excellent service! I love being able to get my phone calls on Bluetooth and listen to podcasts. Having my hearing back again is fabulous.

I needed a new hearing test because it had been some time since I had my last one. I have been wearing hearing aids for years but not completely happy with my aids in a lot of situations I have encountered.I heard about Kalady and decided to try them as they were near me and my original hearing aid company was quite a drive.In short, I received a fantastic hearing test and my hearing aids were tuned like nothing I have ever had done before. While I still have a number of places to test them, my initial two weeks on the new adjustments have vastly improved my hearing.

I want to be begin my review just by saying that I would gladly recommend Kalady Audiology to anyone with hearing loss. Even if you are not sure you have a hearing loss that needs corrected, if you suspect it or if loved ones keep having to repeat themselves to you, do not delay. Spend the small amount of money necessary to have your hearing checked. I am a retired university professor and I could not hear my students questions or comments which to me were gold...they provide wonderful teaching moments and let me know what students are comprehending. My first pair of Oticons changed my life. The most negative thing I can say about Kalady Audiology is that the office number is not well marked. Be sure to get exact directions. Dr. Kalady is the best thing since sliced bread and so is her husband who helps manage the business end of things. I highly recommend Dr. Kalady. She had an excellent deal advertised on Hearing Tracker for the just released Phonak Audèo Paradise hearing aids. The price I paid was exactly what she advertised except for a $40 hearing test since I had no current test. The price included all the items mentioned in the deal including Real Ear Measurment in the fitting process. That is a great deal.Dr. Kalady was great to work with through the fitting. She provides top notch support as well. She answered an email far outside of business hours when I was having an issue with the left hearing aid. She was able to troubleshoot the problem via email and it turned out to be the silicon ear dome that was not properly seated on the speaker part. Once I removed that and reinstalled the dome, all was good.Great prices and unrivaled service after the sale sums up what you can expect from Kalady Audiology. I recommend her to all my friends.

I have been back for my annual tune up and adjustment. I am still impressed with the professionalism and expertise of this office. (Earlier post)I have had diminished hearing for several years, but was unable to get a satisfactory answer about improving it. My GP recommended Kalady Audiology to me. Dr. Kalady did a thorough job of testing my hearing and spent a more than adequate amount of time to explain the various options. I have been using the hearing aids for several months now and I have found that, not only is my hearing better, but I no longer have to drop out of conversations because I dont want to constantly interrupt and ask for someone to repeat everything. I am completely stunned by how well I can hear with my new aids. I never thought I would ever hear this well. I can hear clearly everything that is said on TV [men or women] and at a very low volume.
