Bryan Randall is an a great guy and runs a good shop. While I know people who complain about his repairs, Ive never had a bad experience with him. I buy all my new equipment from him, because, as a professional landscaper, I wont have anything but Stihl products. Products are great and prices are fair.

This is my go to place for repairs. They are honest and reasonable. Even the pickup and delivery fee for my riding mower was good. Today I picked up my chainsaw, they could have told me anything but just said needed to watch my oil level. HONEST.

Randels hooked me up with a last minute tune-up on my big Stihl so I could leave town next day, was ready 3hours later! They always take care of my mower and saw needs professionally and efficiently, and have ALL the Stihl accessories and parts. highly recommend.

Terrible service. Called and made appointments on three separate occasions to have them come and pick up Snapper for service. Never showed up and never called.... They are awful. I do not see how they can continue to be a Snapper dealer.
