I went in to have two of my tires looked at an an oil change done. I was first greeted and helped by Ryan who did a great job in going through my options with me as far as my tires and oil change options go. Once the tires had been repaired/ replaced Carl took the time to show me where my tires had been damaged and educate me on why one of them had to be replaced instead of just fixed. I appreciated them taking the time to show me exactly what was going on with my car. All in all, really great customer service, really easy experience!

They told me I needed a new flux capicitor just kidding they topped my air for free! Thanks guys!

To whom it may concern,On April 21st I experienced a blowout from a pothole on I-10 on the east side of Beaumont. Luckily I have run flat tires on my corvette so I didn’t experience damage to my rim and could still travel approximately 50 miles on the tire. I called multiple locations around the immediate area including Chevy dealerships, but none of those places had my size tire in stock. When I called The Goodyear store at 4130 Dowlen Rd, Beaumont, I was lucky enough to speak with Jarred. I told Jarred about the tire and the situation I was in with being unable to locate one in the area. I also explained the need for it since I was heading out of town and had reservations for that evening. Jarred took time to listen and said he would try to locate a tire for me but since it was close to closing time, he wasn’t sure if he could get it on this date but would definitely have it by morning. Given that other places said it would take 2 to 3 days to get the tire for me, Jarred’s option was the best and only plan for me since the Goodyear store was just under 40 miles from my location.I drove to the Goodyear store and met with Jarred upon arrival. He took a look at the tire and then offered options to save me money on another brand since a tire match would be very expensive. I appreciated his help to save me money but I opted for the matching tire instead. When I asked what time it would be ready in the morning, Jarred told me that he was getting the tire right then and there even though it was approximately 4:30pm, 30 minutes from closing. Obviously I was extremely happy to know that I would be back on the road shortly and I offered to buy a dinner for him and the employees who would be working on my car. Jarred simply replied “No thank you, that’s our job”. Before I knew it, the job was completed and I was paying for the amazing service. I offered dinner to the guys one more time as a thank you however I was told the same thing. So the least I could do was to take the business cards and write a thank you email to describe my experience.I truly believe that most places would not have gone the extra mile and stayed late to get someone back on the road so quickly. The great service and experience I encountered there changed the grim outlook of my long weekend back to positive. Now I am confident that in the rare case of another mishap going out of town, I know I can rest assured that I’ll have all the help I need with just a phone call to your store.Thank you,D. White

After a cold front caused battery issues, I came in to price a replacement. Jarred and Carl worked with me to get a good battery at an affordable price and had my car ready swiftly. They were very informative throughout the entire process. I’ve never had a negative experience at Goodyear so I had high expectations coming into this location for the first time. They not only met them but exceeded them tremendously. Thank you guys!

I stopped by to mount a tire on the rim this afternoon. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. I got my tire mounted within 10 minutes! The price was VERY reasonable too. :-)

Great place to stop when you need maintenance on your vehicle! Im from out of town and needed an oil change while visiting my dad for Fathers Day and they were happy to squeeze me in and got me taken care of. The guys were all very polite and I also mentioned to the guy at the front desk that I was due for an inspection and he let me know that I had a headlight out and took care of it before I went to get my inspection (They dont do inspections).I come through town every so often to visit, so I will definitely be back here! 5 stars for customer service!

Outstanding service. I got a nail in my tire during the beginning of a long trip. I parked at their shop before they opened as they opened earliest out of the local shops, and was seen immediately. They patched my tire for free allowing me to continue my day. They have outstanding customer service, and made this hassle free. I recommend them to anyone living or passing through Beaumont.

Waste of time. After making appointment guy asks me what size engine and what kind of oil the expedition takes. Wow and to top it off he tells me he will not complete the work. Go somewhere else you’ll be happy you did

My family and I were traveling to San Antonio picked up a nail along the wayIn left rear tire. These guys pulled it off patched the hole and did not charge one penny and said welcome to Texas.Great bunch of guys.Class A all day .Thanks And God Bless.

Went in on Sunday because I had a low tire pressure light come on when I hit my front right tire very hard on a divider when merging onto the freeway. I had to wait two hours since they had a busy full schedule but I didnt mind since I was a walk-in. They have a new manager named Carl who is great. It turned out that I had bent the rim on the tire but he hammered it back into place and fixed the problem AND DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING AT ALL! I have drove on the freeway since then and have had no problems. I am amazed to have the tire fixed free,of charge and highly reccomend them based on my experience.

The service was fantastic especially since the staff was clearly short handed.

My son brought our vehicle in because it was smoking a little and this was the only place who could see him immediately. They seriously took advantage of him. Said he had an oil leak, because of a valve cover gasket, but it wasnt very serious. They diagnosed, repaired and charged him accordingly. A few days later, called him to come get his vehicle, as it was ready to go. They told him to drive under 55 mph cause all the oil under the vehicle could get hot and catch fire. They didnt even bother to clean all the excess oil after they had supposedly fixed the car. (We found out later the vehicle was completely unsafe to be driven). He drove ten minutes down the road at 11 pm at night and the car died ON TOP OF AN OVERPASS. Thankfully, he got safely down the overpass and into the grass. He had to have his vehicle towed back to the shop the next day. They kept the vehicle another few days, clean the excess oil and then told him he had a cracked head, which they couldnt see before, because of all the oil that was underneath the car. To make a long story short and to make my point, our vehicle was driven into their shop because of a little smoke and we had to tow our vehicle out. Its now non-running, non-starting and leaking oil and transmission fluid. Weve been dealing with them about a month now and so far, no one sees any type of problem here. Please DO NOT let these people work on your vehicles or the vehicles of your children. I live 2 hours away from Beaumont and can still remember my son calling me at 11 pm to tell me what had happened to him, knowing what couldve happened to him, trying to coast that vehicle down the overpass with no power. And to think, this shop allowed him to get into that vehicle and drive off, knowing it was unsafe for him to drive, without a second thought for his safety. When my husband asked the Manager if he wouldve allowed one of his own children to get in that car and drive it home, he simply stated no. When asked why he would allow someone elses child to get in that car and drive it home, he had no response.

Went in for alignment and the technician discovered there was a faulty parts install on the vehicle. Rather than charge me to do the work there, they recommended I take it back to the original shop and have them warranty the work. Charged me nothing for the excellent advice, even though I took up half an hour on their lift. There was quite a bit of a wait, but thats to be expected at practically any shop.

I was 30 min late for my apointment, but was still given quick and great service, and the folks were very polite about it.Will be buying more tires from these folks

My tire valve was ripped and I was debating between using my warranty at Walmart or trying other places.I called them and they asked me to bring it in and look at it. We made an appointment for a couple hours later (so I could wait at home instead of waiting 2 hours at Walmart) and they fixed it for free!They were so friendly and the whole procedure took no more than 30 minutes once I walked through the door.I regret buying my tires from Walmart for “convenience.” I love that I can make an appointment and not waste a whole day in a waiting room. Will buy all my tires from here for now on.

Walmart wouldnt patch a tire that was far from irreparable. Goodyear worked with me and fixed it for free. April was fantastic and a pleasant to work with.

If you have a beater and you dont care about nicks and scratches on your rims after replacing your tires, this is the place to go. The staff is friendly and willing to help, but recently I had a bad experience that I will never visit this place again. I replaced two tires on my car and the mechanic scratched and damaged both wheels. They also stained the door handle and interior upholstery with grease. This is very disappointing because after all the effort taking care of my car, a careless mechanic ruins it in a matter of seconds. I would avoid this place if you are a meticulous with your car.

Ive been here 4 times since initial new tire purchase. Each time a rotation and balance was done it caused my vehicle to shake a great deal. I always have to go across the street to get it corrected because they cant seem to get it right even the second time. On top of that it is normal for them to take 2 hours to rotate and balance once they bring it in the garage. The employee at the counter is constantly dealing with disgruntled customers that come back due to poor service. I have lifetime tire service with these tires but I still have to pay for tire maintenance elsewhere because Goodyear is incompetent or just doesnt care. Go elsewhere.

I came at 7 am during opening hours And not one employee showed up. I waited an additional 25 minutes, and they still did not show up. The manager even had an attitude because they did not show up

I will do everything I can to negatively affect this stores business in this city. The management is incompetent and their respect for customers time is nonexistent. Making an appointment is apparently an act of futility with the store having no regard for other peoples schedules. This is my second time to have one of the worst experiences in retail at this store. This is unacceptable on several levels. 3-4 hours to do a simple rotate and balance is part of their everyday routine. Even after changing store managers, the place remains at the same level of complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Avoid at all costs!

Limped in on a nearly flat spare 3 minutes before closing. They repaired the tire FIR FREE, and it was fast, too! Thanks to Steven and the whole team.

SHADY-First of all they put me on hold as soon as I called/ Then they werent sure about the price or the time they could do the air filter change that I needed and they couldnt give me a quote....I did not get a very good feeling and I would not use this place at all..

Good costumer service, slow in response!

This place kept our truck way over the estimated less than 6 days. Broke our air pressure sensors and added some balancing powder instead of putting lead weights. The powder causes the valve stems to leak when the tire pressure is checked. They messed up some other things as well on the rims and lugs. Bunch of ass clowns.

Work van had a blow out in Silsbee. The service company offered me 2 shops, Vidor and this one. I live in Beaumont so I thought it would be in and out. Mark the manager said they had the tire in stock. Turns out marks inventory was wrong or Mark lied. Spent my day off with out a vehicle stuck at home. Thanks Mark! Ill go to Vidor next time I need tires.

Horrible! I scheduled an appointment at 11 for two tires mounted and balanced, dropped truck off at 11 sharp. I leave and come back I can see me truck in the air and my tires sitting on the ground. Apparently I was interfering with the Techs lunch time and he decided to wait and finish my truck when he got back. I finally got my truck at 1:30. Thats 3 1/2 hours for two tires mounted and balanced. Modica Brothers in Silsbee did my last tire in under 20 minutes!!! Go anywhere but this place! If you do decide to go here be prepared to wait a very long time!!!! I will say that the guy at the register was cool, but everyone else horrible.

Poor customer service. Forgot about me while I was waiting for an hour. Manager was friendly but had no support because he was by himself. Six other customers waiting were frustrated. Listened as I heard customers being turned away because they couldnt service them.

I was looking to get a state auto inspection but found out they dont do them anymore. I dont know anything about there service otherwise.

Showed up at 5:45 for wheel installation guy that helped me was rude so he told me to come back the next day which i did and another idiot said well its going to be like yesterday you have to come back tomorrow all we have is one mechanic well guys hire more people your shop is the worst one i seen in years and i will be contacting management you dont treat your customers that way so people discount tire is way better and more professional

Poor quality. Overcharged me like crazy . Tried charging $180 for a $60 part, once I brought that up Ill be damned how they changed their tune ....

They Forgot to change the oil! Only realized I was driving on bad oil after another 3000 miles. And later they added oil to my break fluid.
