Unfriendly. Walked in two woman at the counter didn’t say hello .. way too expensive! Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Google shows them as a DHL shipping site (the only one open on Sat). Looks like a lovely store, but they DO NOT do DHL shipping.

They have stamps at The Mailroom.

Needed a certified letter done right before closing. Clerk was fantastic and was coaching another team member. Fast in and out. Thank you!

HOW can you give The Mail Room a bad review?? They have a fantastic, helpful, FRIENDLY staff who are always stepping up to greet and serve customers. The store is always stocked and beautiful (and smells great too!). I love going there to mail packages - it isnt just closer, but a much more pleasant experience than any of the post offices. THANK YOU, Mail Room staff - and just ignore the haters! Everyone else loves you :)

I go into this store often to mail many items, to pick up gifts, etc. Today I went in to return shorts I purchased online. I did not realize I had to print a return label, as I saw a receipt in the bag. I pulled the return label up on my phone and asked for them to print it for me. I was told that printing would be a $5 charge. You lost a long time customer over the $5 printing of a return label. Love ur store, love ur merchandise, love ur ladies who help, but this was out of line in my opinion. I won’t be back.

These guys do everything to help you.. shipping. Shopping, fax, copies, notary, its a one-stop shop with VIP customer service!
