Their service was exceptional! I loved their customer service, everyone was super nice and friendly and addressed any concerns i had. They made our event so much easier! The delivery guys were great, their whole setup was super quick!! It was a super easy service. We had a small construction event today that only lasted about couple hours and as soon as we were done they came within an hour to come get everything. Loved how well they took care of us! Ruthie and Miguel are nicest people youll ever meet! If they dont have what you need they will find what you need and not charge you outrageous prices. The custom pinatas are incredible. Their equipment is always clean and in the best possible condition. Ill be renting from them again in the coming months!

I have rented/ordered from Grand Party Rentals a few times this year. Graduation in June, Birthday in July and Baby Shower this past weekend (the balloons were amazing)! This is the first time I’m writing a review, but from the first time they brought white linens, gold runners, tables & chairs. Ruthie was awsome! She is very professional, and patient with explaining everything. They came out and measured the backyard before the function making sure everything would fit. Delivery and pick-up was as promised. Talking about honesty, I received a call from Ruthie saying when the jumper was being cleaned a cellphone was found inside. Sure enough we had been looking for my grandsons phone. Thank you for being honest!!!! I would definitely recommend their company!!!!!

Customer service was great!!! Customer service was amazing across the board. All the way from Ruthie helping me order chairs for my backyard party to the guys who delivered and picked up the chairs. I will definitely be using their services for any events I have in the future!

I would highly recommend Grand Party Rentals. I rented a bounce house, tables, chairs, table cloths and runners, and food warmers. I also bought balloons. Everything arrived on time, in perfect condition, very clean. The linens were spotless and nicely pressed. The bounce house was set up securely. The owners are so very kind, friendly and helpful and provided top notch service. I look forward to using them for my next party.

Best Rental place! Ruthie helped me to find everything that I needed for my backyard wedding. She is very creative so she was able to provide great ideas so my wedding can be even more beautiful. She is very professional by showing on time and responding quickly to calls, I highly recommend her.

Grand has excellent customer service, very nice and friendly. The prices are reasonable. The team set up my canopy tent for Christmas and came to take it down without any problems. I was very happy with the overall service I will definitely use them again!

I just had my daughters 1st birthday party 2 days ago and I could not wait to post a review. I have organized and hosted many parties for my family and I always end up using different party rental companies because Im never satisfied with their services the first time around. This time I had by far the best experience ever!!! I came across Grand Party Rentals on my way to a party supply store and decided to ask about their services and prices, that were great by the way. I took a card and left because I didnt think they would deliver to my home in Cathedral City, when theyre located in Beaumont. However, I called another day and spoke to Ruthy, who was extremely helpful and said they could deliver the equipment to my home with no additional fee. I rented a jumper, tents, round tables, chairs, and linens that Ruthy special ordered for me since they didnt have the color I wanted. Miguel came and set everything up the day before our party and picked everything up the day after. I am so happy with the customer service I recieved and the experience I had. I will definitely be using Grand Party Rentals for my next party, thank you so much Ruthy and Miguel.

The customer service is great BUT MY ONLY feedback is for them to be open as stated over the phone and what is shown online...They show the close at 4pm..Well I came in at 320 PM And it was already closed. I have also come in at 10 AM to return and they were closed.Hopefully they fix the scheduling because I had to now come to Banning to rent. :(
