I was able to find a pair of casual, comfortable shoes at a good price. They have a decent selection from which to choose. There were a few boxes that didnt include both shoes from the athletic section. The other shoe wasnt on display, but may have been put up for security purposes due to it being brand name.

I enjoyed my visit.the employees was nice and friendly they help me find want I was looking for.

This Beaumont location offers curbside pick up on website. Even give you a 2 page instructions on how to curbside pick up. Pulled up to the store, even have 4 designated spots for : store, or curbside pick up. Called the store to pick up me product, someone says on the phone that they dont do curbside pickups. Smh WELL CHANGE THE WEB, TAKE THE SIGNS DOWN, AND STOP CONTRIBUTING TO OUR JUNKQIL AND SAVE THE LITIATURE.!

The employees are polite, selection is improving since the virus shut down..

We had a couple of things on our want list for my wife, when we stopped through here --- a dressing pair for an upcoming event and some walking shoes. The sales lady was very knowledgeable on both. Especially on the walking shoes, she gave her some options and in the end recommended to her the brand she has always liked because of the fit and features. There was plenty of stock to choose from though.

Im just going to say that there is a reason that people are starting to shop online instead of in a store. When me and my daughter went shopping for sandals for her upcoming cruise there was about 6 employees in a pretty busy store just standing around in the front by the registers having a good ole time visiting and laughing amongst each other instead of checking on customers and seeing if anyone needed any help. Mind you we where there at least a hour and they stayed right there just talking. Mean while I had to help a elderly lady who needed a box on the upper shelves. I will not shop at this store again I would rather buy my shoes online. No Customer Service.

Great knowledgeable and personable staff. You are greeted at the front door and helped through your entire shopping experience. Sales are great too. Now I do have an issue finding shoes in my size (it always a hit or a miss) but thats my problem. But note Ive purchased more of my shoes here than anywhere else. Great store!

Wow! All types of shoes, sandals, and tennis shoes. My granddaughter purchased some Nike sandals and Nike tennis shoes from there. She was so happy about buying them. I purchased two pairs of boots from there for Christmas. Cost me $40.00.

I went here on a Tuesday morning and was looking for solid work shoes but I needed some help. When I went to the front of the store there were two sales associates standing at the registers and despite there being no line I was met with an annoyed response of what we have on display is all we have. I can understand that we all have our off days but being rude especially when I was one of three customers in an otherwise empty store is not necessary. I wouldnt recommend this place to a friend simply because of the rude customer service. I do hope that changes in the future.

I go to Shoe Carnival has often as I can I enjoy the experience when I ask for help theres somebody to help me and that only put my shoes I end up winning $100 gift certificate from there I enjoy the store and the people that work there they do need a raise

This store is so unorganized shoes are everywhere and not in the correct location its hard to even know if the advertised prices are correct and the reaction from employees is that the customer moved shoes in a sneaky way to get better prices instead of apologizing for the disarray staff and management needs a little more video customer relations training
