Young Afro American male working the front should be trained on how to be a Professional(note to owner). I Just left this place with my Wife. We both felt completely disrespected by this young mans way of doing business. I certainly would never recommend this location to any of my business partners. We as consumers deserve better treatment, and attention, all due respect, Sir.

On Saturday August 21, 2021; my wife arrived at 7:45 a.m. she was told that Firestone had 28 cars, She would do better to make a Sunday appointment. She scheduled the appointment for today August 22, 2021 at 10 a.m. She dropped vehicle off at 9:30 a.m. This was supposed to be a oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection.If She doesnt call at 4 pm, She doesnt know the status of our vehicle. Not only does Jimmy give her an unsatisfactory report of not having completed our vehicle but he also gives her a horrible attitude. Over the years Firestone is not what they were at one time. Thank you Jimmy for reminding me why I can spend my money where its appreciated and reminding me why I will never refer you to anyone.

Cashier guy was highly unprofessional. I simply asked a question regarding when my vehicle will be completed. He then proceeded to laugh and joke around when clearly I’m asking a valid question. He then proceeded to look at me like he have no clue. I asked if he could check with the person who is actually repairing the vehicle. Ditto 🙄. He then tell me pretty much you go do it. Highly disappointed in how unprofessional he was behaving. My children behave better then this guy. Not to mention when I first drop the vehicle off this same guy and a technician were back and forth arguing about my vehicle. At this point I was ready to speak to a manager. The manager come to the front and seem to be not concerned about the situation. Instead of him initially saying ma’am I do apologize for this behavior he stares like OK. Well you are completely right! I will be taking my money elsewhere!

I called 5 minutes before closing and Jimmy took the time to get my Fleet information in the system. So, when I showed up the next morning they got me right in, and handled the issue with my work truck the same day. Great Srrvice!

Good experience. It could use some improvements. But, no complaints. I had questions about tire size and performance on some tires and Mr. Cu was a great guy. He informed me about it. He also showed me hands on. That was very appreciated. I definitely recommend it. Ask for Mr. Cu. Good customer service.

Edit: Went to location again. They told me 3hr wait time, but there was no body sitting in waiting area and very few cars in shop. Will not go back to location. Reduced to 1 star.Would of gave 4 stars except after showing up with a flat new tire, guy at counter tried to convince us at 6pm they were going to be 1.5 hours before starting (close at 7). He blamed hurricane (from 1 month ago). After not leaving, it took about 45 minutes and they closed the doors before 7. He convinced 2 others to leave. Very tacky and dishonest. 3 stars since Service was efficient. Will use a different location next time.

I had a bad experience with Firestone as a teenager but decided to give them a try all these years later. The guy was not in a good mood when he came to wait on me and informed me that he didnt have time and there was no way it was happening. Cool just leave a lady with a flat tire on a Saturday evening when she has to work in the morning. Its cool Firesfone...I remember now why I quit going ( although Im in a different state) they truly bring NOTHING to the table. Im amazed they are still in business. I ask my Google to take them off of my map. I wont make that mistake again. 👎

Took my truck in to have tires installed and an alignment. Got it back with a big dent in my tailgate. Just unacceptable!!! I would definitely not recommend them.

Brought my truck in because my brakes were making an unusual noise. My truck was there from 9 am until 6 pm. They did a complete car inspection and told me I probably needed to power wash my brakes out, so I did twice. Had to drive my truck for work to Oklahoma. Sound continued until my pad on my left rear brake disconnected and my caliper and rotor were ruined. Long story short what probably was a new set of pads on the rear turned in to a repair job that cost over $600. Will not go back to this store and most likely any Firestone again.

Do not go here if you are wanting a 20 to 30 minute oil change. I scheduled my appointment a day ahead and I waited over 2hr 30 min for a standard oil change. This is the 2nd time they did this to me. No one was in the lobby three cars where there it took me to say something for them to acknowledge that ive been waiting so long.. And usually they do a quick check to see if anything is wrong with your car. Nothing. Looking at the other reviews Im pretty sure it should give you your answer on if you should trust them with your vehicle.

I’ve been to this location 4 different times in the past week. The first two times I walked in, so I understood the long wait time. But the following two times, I called and made an appointment two and three days in advance. Both appointments came, I showed up, and was told it would be two or three hour wait, and the second time I was told 4-5 hour wait. Reason given was not enough man power. What’s the point of making an appointment if the business can’t keep them? Do not recommend.

I arrived early because of a screw in one of my tires and I received prompt service.

Long long long wait, came for oil change and tires change, been waiting for more than 4 hours, they told me that it was only one car in fron of me, my car was up without the tires for more than 2 hours nobody was working on it, never never coming back

Just went to the shop to do a balance, rotation and alignment just for the guy up front told me he is really busy with a empty parking lot and only acouple of cars in the bays. Good way to treat a paying customer. Service at this location is unacceptable.

I was traveling from New Orleans with my family to Houston and started having a Firestone tire getting low on air causing dash light for tire to come on. Stopped at this Firestone location and explained my situation. I was hoping to have it looked at or have the spare put on. It was 1 hour before store closing. Service advisor was more interested in telling me how booked they were and they were not able to help me. As also, spent time pointing out that I stopped at the Tire shop across the parking lot from them before coming to their store. I walked out and will no longer be regular Firestone customer. Sad thing is, my local Firestone dealer in Laplace always gives me excellent service, but I need to be treated better when I am traveling.

Terrible. Can’t do an alignment correctly to save their lives. It always takes a minimum of two trips for them to get it right. Most recently, they tried two different times to align my truck, which cost me 7 hours of my time, and they still couldn’t get it aligned. I own a delivery service. It’s on-call work, and I don’t have this kind of time to waste. What’s more, the last bad alignment ruined my tires and messed up some stuff in the front end, resulting in a $500 bill for tires and front-end work. If I ever return to Firestone, it definitely won’t be to any of the terrible Golden Triangle locations. They’re lazy and don’t know what they’re doing.

Firestone exceeded my expectations by doing what it says. The last time that I had an alignment I paid the extra money to have unlimited alignment for as long as I own this car. Well, I called them as my car needed an alignment and after them getting it done in easily less than two hours, all they had me do is sign an invoice and I wasnt charged one penny. Equally important they never tried to upsell me or tell me my car needed additional services. Thus far, this Firestone sticks to the rule book and delivers what is says. Certainly fresh air when seeing how dishonest doing business has become today.

Poor customer service here in my opinion. The guy seemed very uninformed on anything I ask. My appointment was also delayed due to their over scheduling .. They did finish in a timely manner.

I had a very great experience with Firestone today. I took my car on today to have my oil changed & to get some tires. While after checking my battery the gentleman found that my battery was leaking & further explained that if we were to have real cold weather any time I would be stranded somewhere. The gentleman called & suggested that I get a new battery. I have been a customer with Firestone a long time. All of the men that work there knows me when I walk in. I made an appointment on yesterday so I dropped off my car & they were able to take care of everything I needed but before they did anything to car car they would call & explain what I needed.

I called in need of 6 tires for my husbands truck. They only had 4. Within a few minutes, there was one of their guys making a special trip to get the other 2 tires. This company has awesome customer service. We will continue to do business with them.

I purchased my tires from the Nederland shop,but stopped here to have a screw removed, was told by the on duty manager it would be a 4 hour wait. I said No way would I wait that long so I drove back to Mauriceville and had Bens Tire and Lube fix it. They do good work too. But since I had free tire flat fix at Firestone I was hoping to save the money. I went to Firestone in Nederland yesterday and was very happy with their work

Very very slow work and very expensive!

Friendly staff. Prices are nothing special but theyve always done decent work for me.However, they have a real problem with time management. I always make an appointment weeks in advance and I always have to wait at least half an hour before they even take my car in to start the work clock.Today its been an hour and my car still sits in the parking lot. I even arrived 10 minutes early just in case they had some availability. They always have excuses about why they cant get to it on time.Ive complained to them and their management several times. Nothing has changed. I hope this review helps others set their expectations accordingly.

I had an appointment set at 10am to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I showed up at 945am to drop my truck off. The associate was typing on the computer looking something up then took a phone call while another associate was helping another customer. I waited over 10 minutes for the sales associate to get done on the phone. The associate helping the other customer finished up and we went over my maintenance needs for my truck. After waiting a hour and a half for my truck to be serviced my truck was still sitting in the parking lot and had not been serviced. Granted I had an appointment at 10am. Why schedule appointments of youre not going to keep them? Not just yours but customer service in a whole has gone down. My time is just as important as your time is. Firestone you have lost a long time customer because you dont know what customer service is.

Terrible customer service. Scheduled appt and was flexible with having to reschedule it. Got a phone call to move my appt two days later but when I got there they didnt have time for my car. Didnt receive anther call prior to so time was wasted. Did not get an apology or a logical explanation. Bad service go to another location.

Horrible customer service! I walked in at 6:40 when you close at 7:00 and was told my tires could not be looked at because my tire sensor was on. Then you need to close earlier! Where I work... ANYONE that walks in up until the closing time is taken care of! We turn no one away! Will never by tires or use your location!

Why bother making an appointment when the wait is still over 2 hours? It took an hour just for them to tell us it couldnt be patched and that we needed a new tire. Missed an entire afternoon of work now for something that shouldnt have taken this long.

Super great service

Came in at 11 for a flat tire. Waited almost 3 hours. They had a difficult time changing the run flat. Broke the machine. Took 3 people to change it. Then as they back out the car it becomes evident that they changed the wrong tire leaving the flat on the car. Utterly ridiculous.Just a “ sorry about that” was given.

I was hit by an ambulance, thankfully no one was injured. It damaged my truck pretty good, but my main problem was a flat tire needed to get home. I was towed to firestone with minutes left until close, and they changed my tire. Give these hard working men tips!

Dont come here... literally just got finessed..came in for an alignment did my back wheels and didnt do my front wheels said i needed cam bolts tried to charge me $98 for a $30 cam bolt kit and wanted me to pay $45 to get it aligned even tho they charged me for 4 wheels. Their agenda is to milk you for more and more money stay away

They were so nice amd helped me a lot. I was on my way back to San Antonio and I was scared I had a nail in my tire. They look both of my tires over, told me they were fine, put air in them, and sent me on my way. Discount tire sucked... even though they said they close at 6 their doors were locked at 4:30 and didnt want to help me. Im glad Firestone was open and willing to help me. Wish I had the gentleman names that helped me but I dont. THANK YOU FIRESTONE!!! I MADE IT BACK TO SAN ANTONIO IN ONE PIECE!

I came to the Firestone for a simple tire puncture repair. I waited in line for 15 minutes while another customer was helped. Then when he got to me he told me it would take 2.5 hours to fix my puncture wound. I know from previous experiences that it only physically takes 5-10 minutes to do this repair so I was shocked. I asked the guy what the point of buying tires from Firestone was if I had to wait 2.5 hours for a simple repair. I was not asking for a full tire rotation or anything like that. You cannot expect people to pay $800 for tires and then have wait 2.5 hours whenever they need a simple repair. I went to a nearby car repair shop who did it in literally 5 minutes. Just waiting out for my tire warranty to complete and then I will definitely be buying tires elsewhere

Went to have a flat tire repaired at 9am when they opened and was told it would be 10:30 or 11:00 before they could get to it. They said that there was only 2 of them working and someone else would come in later... someone needs to spend some money and hire some people

My daughter had her van fixed there. I thought 250.00 was a little to much to chatge her spark plugs changed when she paid 36.00 for her spark plugs and had her dad change them for her.

Long waits - hours just for a state inspection. Apparently the guy at the front desk had my ticket at the front desk for a half hour without notifying me, and it took another employee coming in and saying something before he did anything.Shop routinely fails to replace oil sticker and reset oil lights on dash. Managers complain about ‘not being able to find good help,’ ie, they pay substandard wages so talent goes elsewhere. The work environment is so bad that they are constantly understaffed.Outrageous quotes for car repairs. They are open later than most, which is probably why you’re reading this review right now, but for the cost in time and inconvenience you are better off trying somewhere else. When you call, they will tell you that they don’t have a wait. Don’t take the bait.

Googled vehicle inspections close to me and found Firestone. I would have never known they do inspections. Quick and easy too!

Went in Dec 9, 2017 for battery. One lady working customer service was very busy with phone and customers. Two guys working customer service ignoring customers. Talking and not even acknowledging customers. Could not get their attention. Walked out after 5-10 minutes, drove to busier competitor with one lady customer service worker, was acknowledged and order taken within five minutes. Never been to any dealer service or chain auto service as bad as Beaumont Firestone.

They were fast and got the job done...the mechanic was almost done for the day and was going to get to leave early, but agreed to stay and get me down the road that night...more than I wanted to pay, but after speaking with my regular mechanic...he said it is just a lil more than I would charge, but it is in the city and they can take care of you now which I cant...he assured me I was getting a good deal...the staff was friendly...the place was clean...and my car is running again...so Thank you Firestone!

Huge ripoff. Stranded in Beaumont with overheating car. Got towed there. Mgr(?) stated no mechanics working. It was 5pm, they closed at 7pm. What? Said theyd have to run a block test on the car the next day. I explained what had happened and that I hadnt driven it with extremely high overheating. Pulled over immediately. He acted like I was a stupid female and blew me off. I had no choice but to leave the car. Next day they ran test and said it failed, that block was cracked. Refused to give my husband copy of the test but charged us $68+. We towed car back to Baton Rouge. It does NOT have cracked block. Seriously do not recommend this place. The tow truck driver didnt either.

I am editing my initial review of this shop. Although I do believe some things could have been done more professionally, at the end of the day the manager comped the oil change and apologized. Which went a long way with me and earning a second chance at my business. We all have bad days.

So I have my wife bring my truck in for a coolant flush. Technician says I need a new left bearings, tire rod, and some other work. My dad used firestone all his life so I said sure why not seems good enough.Well my wife gets the truck and drives it. Well someone decided to do a 1/2 butt job and not tighten my lug nuts and the truck wheel comes flying off and slams down on the rotor. Luckily my wife was okay and they are thankful my kids weren’t in the vehicle. Ohh but it gets better.....We call, Dwayne the manager is nice and polite and gets it towed, we talk, he says firestone will take care of it and it’ll be fixed like new. He tells me that someone from the claims department in corporate will be in touch same day or the next. So we wait...... 3 days go by and nothing. Finally go back up there and tell Dwayne that I need someone to call me now because I have to use MY vacation days cause they couldn’t do their job 100% and I’m out a vehicle and need a rental.Finally get a rental the same day so I’m out 2 days of 12 hour vacation days, and I just spent 1900 dollars for service to my truck that obviously was not looked at by the shop foreman before the truck left the bay.So someone calls me back from the claims department, Jennifer, and says to tow it to a shop I choose so they can work on estimates. I choose and it is currently sitting at vins paint and body in Beaumont.I have emailed and called the claims department, the manager of Vins has called and emailed estimates for the damage and Miss Jennifer will not return either emails nor phone calls. I have tried to be understanding and calm and polite in this matter but Im a marine corps veteran and the level of incompetence and just the down right lack of caring is undoubtedly disturbing. I will never choose firestone again.So like I said, it has been almost 2 & 1/2, I’m still without an answer with my truck, the manager of vins can’t work on my truck till they get the okay from firestone and it’s just been a ridiculous process.If I could give a negative star I would.

I needed an oil change and not much time. They had a long wait time yet they were kind enough to send me to another oil change spot just down the street. Most would not have done that

Michael was great! He went above and beyond and even scrapped off mud on my tires that was making my car shake.

My 2015 chevy sonic checked for brake problems. Stayed for 2 and a half hour charged 50.00 and nothing was done. Tried to get me to sign some paper saying i charged the service and shall pay it later. I refused, paid cash and left. Very disappointed. Paid for service did not receive, a long wait.

Went to Firestone On Stagg Dr in Beaumont on 10-31-18. I requested an alignment, I already had purchased the lifetime alignment. They told me all my camber bolts needed to be changed at an extreme cost $334 for 4 bolts. I said no and left, brought my 2015 chevy Silverado to modica brothers. They told me all the bolts are in great condition with factory plastic inserts still attached. Firestone flat out lied and tried to scam me out $334. Will not be doing business with these conartist anymore.

Awful customer service. After they didnt honor their roadside warranty in a timely way, I went to Discount tire and got the problem resolved quickly. Dont waste your time stopping at this shop.

Worst experience ever I was just going in for an alignment and it turns out that one of the employees had placed wrong tire size causing all four tires to loose thread . Now I’m being charge to replace the tires definitely a safety hazard and a convenient.

I had a new firestone destination tire blow out on me on I-10 in Orange Tx when I bought 2 knew ones they told me the blow out was a freak of nature. Not very comfortable with leaving theae on my expedition anymore.

If you need tires they are fine but if you need mechanic work go somewhere else. They wanted to charge me $900 to replace my ty rod ends (about a $300 job) on a 2001 Buick, wanted $1458 to replace ty rod end and CV axels ! Double or triple the price of anywhere else .

We made an appointment online to be there at 9am the day before (they open at am) Told them the tires we wanted the day before also. Get there for our scheduled appointment at 9am and they have to leave to go pickup the tires. We wait 4hrs for our tires to be put on. They also gave us the out the door price on line, when we went to checkout and pay, the price went up, saying “the online orders do not include labor”. We will not be back.

Told my buddy that the mechanics wouldnt even look at his vehicle because they feared it would be too complicated. Apparently if a vehicle comes back, it effects their promotions, thats what they told him. So, unreliable.

Charged me 250 per brake pad that 1000$ and trying to change all my rotor for 450 per rotor and 165 service fee twice, and I didn’t even want the rotor done but they insisted that it their policy, i told my friend who a mechanic and we did it for less than 500$
