Absolutely the worst customer service ever! I would definitely give them zero stars if that were an option. Please do yourself a favor and do not even waste your time going to their service department. I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00am to get an oil change plus diagnostic services. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time only to be told that there were 11 cars ahead of me and that oil changes are on a first come first serve basis. Well what the hell is the point of having people schedule appointments then? I have had oil changes here before and this has been the only place that I felt comfortable bringing my vehicle to since I purchased my Mazda last year. But under no circumstances will I ever bring my vehicle to their service department ever again. I have decided to take my money and my patronage elsewhere!
Be careful this place will charge you and not do all the service. Payed them to do a maintenance oil change and tire rotation also fill up fluids and oil the oil change was done. How do I know... before coming in I marked my tires. Will not be spending my money here any longer.
I can not recommend this dealership. They have very limited stock on hand and only a single salesperson for the entire Mazda division. The buying experience can not be pleasant when the salesperson has to travel building to building in order to get pricing. Wouldnt a phone call between buildings suffice or have they cut those out as well? This local Mazda dealership feels like its about to close its doors, not a comfortable feeling when purchasing a vehicle. We also noted that they were not keen on a trade in as they were thousands off from other local dealers. In the end, too many red flags associated with the process so we bought a Subaru instead.

I went to find a license plate bracket for my car to put plate on the front. They didnt have one but they put my license plate on and didnt charge me. Super nice people here.
Received a letter in the mail that my Mazda has been recalled and to schedule a free repair at a Mazda service center. This was the nearest one as I live in Lake Charles. This was on June 11 and I scheduled for July 3rd because I was off. I drive there and they tell me there’s no one to work on my car on an observed holiday. They can choke on one for all I care

Had a great buying experience with the staff here. I didnt feel any pressure during the process and they were very knowledgeable. Also want to say that I did shop around first before coming here and this place by far took the best care of their vehicles/lot.
Long story short, a sales representative sold a car that he agreed to hold for me knowing that I was making a 2hr drive. No courtesy call was given. Completely wasted my time. They had other vehicles I was interested in, but I decided to take my business elsewhere. Someone asked me why not use that to try to negotiate a better deal, but its not about the money; Its the principles.

WORST SERVICE EVER - Stay away from this place. My car sat there from 7AM - 2PM and all they did was mess up my seats - literally!! They could not fix my GPS, which is why I was there, and the oil change I requested did not get done. My car sat there for 7 hours and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING got done (but of course I still got charged $70.00 for nothing). Ashley and service are WORTHLESS. I wish I could give this place 0 stars or better yet -5.
Do not buy a car from these people. We needed to buy a car for my daughter (we live in another state) so we worked with them over the phone. They guaranteed multiple times that the car had ApplyCar Play, even took pictures to prove to me that it did. After we signed the paperwork via overnight mail my daughter goes to pick up the car. It did not have the guaranteed AppleCar Play, they took photos of a different model. My daughter didnt know what to do so she took the new car and left. They did offer to install the feature for $450!!

The salesman James was busy @ my allocated appointment time so Keith (surly unfriendly) assisted us. There were no notes in the computer about our visit and what we were looking for. he was very rude and basically we were made to feel like we were inconveniencing him and taking up his time. He tried to show us a car that was well overpriced so he could make a bigger profit. it made us feel very uncomfortable we left. I would not recommend this dealership. this was the worst experience I think Id had at any sales establishment in Beaumont Texas. If youre looking for a mazda please go to Houston. dont waste your time with this dealerzship. It was awful we were made to feel terrible and had a horrible experience.I find it interesting that this dealership- has so many 5 star reviews without ANY comments-I bought a new car at JK SUBARU in NederlandEXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE!I honestly wish that other dealerships in Beaumont could go here to see how they should treat their customers. Jacob is AMAZING! Super knowledgeable, he spent time going over all the safety features, and technology that was in the car . The car was sold in a non pushy way. I felt that I was given a great deal for my trade, and they truly listened as evidenced by putting me in a payment that I could afford. On top of everything else the have a free maintenance pan for new car owners. I can not say enough about how great of a car buying experience this was. I LOVE my new Subaru Legacy!!!

Mazda service center is a joke takes them 1 hour when your the first person in line and then your oil light comes on a day later and your oil level shows low and you don’t have any windshield wiper fluid added.....So ask yourself did they do anything????
I dropped my car off at 7:00 A.M. I got back at 12:30 P.M. (I was guaranteed when I made the appointment it would be ready by noon) still wasn’t done, I asked what was taking so long, they LOST my ticket and everyone avoided me for 10 minutes or so... after waiting another 15 minutes they tell me it’ll be another hour until it’s done, they just put it back. Why make an appointment if they don’t honor it, it’s been over 6 hours. I was here for two recalls that take 3 min each.
