At first this Place seemed Good, until my trailer needed to be welded. The only good thing about this place is the receptionist she is extremely helpful and very nice! The owner / manager (not sure what they are) are not so nice, very rude.I called to check if I had any warranty. It took them over 2 months to get back to me. Every time I called they didn’t answer or an employee (not the receptionist) answered and told me they were low staff, to text him pictures and he will get back to me. Never heard from them. I called back after some time and they told me they will get back to me with a date to come in… never got called back. So I drive up there and the owner or the manager, was EXTREMELY RUDE to us. Started yelling and telling me that it was my fault I missed the appointment when I NEVER got contacted back.Months and months later…… I finally get to have my trailer fixed and when I go up there… the owner CONTINUES to harass me about the situation.Please don’t come here .

Went to big tex next door where I originally bought my trailer after being told they had a spare for my 14lx. I drove over an hour to get there and guess what the didnt have in stock. Went here instead and they helped me out at a discounted rate due to the day I was having. Great people friendly service and willing to help a guy in a tight spot. Thanks again guys.

These guys are great. Had a U bolt on my car hauler break, they were the only ones with U-bolts for square axle in stock. They also helped me find the the other parts I needed that they did not have. Very professional.

I bought a trailer here a little over a month ago, and everything is all good. This is actually the second trailer I have bought from these guys in the last 5 years. Customer service is good. Trailer works great. If I needed to buy another trailer I would go here again.

Paul was very friendly and helpful. Weve been looking for a particular size and well built strong trailer to haul heavy wine barrels. Of all the places we called, he was one of 3 that had it in stock. He also gave us the best price. Lots of inventory. I would definitely recommend him.

Great Prices on Trailers, Just bought a 16ft Open Deck Trailer with ramp and cant be any happier with it. Drives super smooth and all the options on it are very well built and solid. Also very quiet when driving. Price was negotiable so do negotiate on it as they will work with you!

If I could leave more than five stars I totally would!! Paul has been excellent with his service his timing and the overall experience has been amazing. We drove 2 hours to another dealer in Ridgecrest CA and man was that a waste of time! If you are looking to purchase any style trailer come down and talk with Paul and his team you will not be disappointed!!!

I had just come from two other trailer locations down the road. Trailer Factory Outlet is definitely going to get my business. They were kind, caring, and paid attention to the details I would need in a trailer. The trailer I want will take 2 months approximately to get in. I will update my review after having the trailer!

I have a wide assortment of trailers as well as can custom-build anything that you actually need or want I went in today to pick up a trailer that was custom built as we begin looking at the trailer we found a nut that had not been tightened and springs that had not been put on the rear gate properly they fixed it for more than 30 minutes would definitely return here when Im looking for another trailer
