My granddaughter loves this place. They have a lot of items for tweens and teens.

Perfect if your looking for alternative fashions comparatively to other stores. They own many band shirts if thats your taste and other fandom merchandise.

Yeah Im in my late 30s and still frequent this place. A good band shirt stays in style. Always.

The requirement of masks is ridiculous. Cool band shirts other than that i could pass on the experience simply for the leftist control over the chain.

My best friend Bethany worked here from November 2012 till April 2019. She became the manager there Sept. 2016. I first met her November 2017. Sadly she no longer works there. I first started shopping here June 2018, mainly for the music. Im a friend at this store. Great staff!

Great place good products got a cool funko

It was a small store, but they had full merchandise and they took covid precautions seriously. When their store reached occupancy, they closed the doors and didnt let more guests in until the previous shoppers were out.

Havent been in a hot topic in years. Its definitely not what it used to be, but the staff were enthusiastic and helpful. Still have some really cool stuff in there.

Cool stuff....I grab a cool Kansas City Chiefs item I will return for more...

They dont sell their plus sizes in store but they sell them online and they go up to 5xL

Great sales all of the time in this store! They always have great deals on their shirts. Like buy one get one half off or buy one get one for a dollar, sometimes!! They have really cute pins for bags. My kids love to buy the pins and put them on their backpacks. They like them Because they are so cute and different!!

People here are usually friendly and I like the fact that they post new merchandise on their instagram the night before they release it.

Its always clean here and the staff are nice. If you have a question ask and they will answer. Ask about the different discount plans they have! Buy so many get so many free or at a discount.

My sister went here a while back and encountered a young female employee that made her wait 10 mins while she scrolled on the computer and then began to process her order after. My sister had told me about this employee and told me how she frustrated was with how she was treated. I also came here a few months ago and she had done the SAME thing to me and made me wait and didn’t hesitate to run her mouth while I stood there patiently waiting for her to actually process my order. And I wasn’t surprised today when i walked in, grabbed a few shirts I wanted and found myself in the same situation i happened to be in before. There was a man who was ordering his things online on her computer, and they both made us wait there for 10 minutes while they giggled and took their sweet time on looking at things on the computer and saying how much they liked them. I’m especially angry because this is not the first time this has happened. I then proceeded to tell her after waiting that this was terrible customer service and we left without buying what we initially needed. She called out after me in a rude tone “okay?”. I’m honestly so disappointed because she had such a nice demeanor towards the white man she was dealing with but had treated me, my mother, my sister and my brother (us being people of color) with blatant disrespect. I’m ashamed that this store has such racist staff and I’m very hurt and angry. I wish I had gotten her name but she was a young white woman with long blonde hair and glasses. I hope she gets what she deserves and gets fired. No one deserves to have to deal with a person like her.

They really need more space and it is very stuffy. Brightly clad, band loving, cheerfully odd people run the store and are always very nice when I wander in.

Mostly filled with t-shirts (band and anime shirts). Has a few bracelets and cute plushies. They sometimes have pop figures(the very small ones). The main bad thing is that the store is very cramped. If there is even one person in the same isle its hard to browse. But that said its a nice place to find cool shirts, and thats about it.

Supremely salty with this location. Jayson took an order for a gauge-up set, and told me it will be delivered to the store. I called three or four times over the past MONTH asking for an update on my order, Brittney, Jayson, and some other chick all gave me the update that they do not have it. It was Brittney whom answered last and said the item is not ordered unless you pay for it, so for a month, I was fed hopes and lies.I called customer service just now after being given their number by Brittney yesterday. Customer service was frustrating on its own, and reiteratedThanks guys. I was feeling iffy about HT due to pricing vs. cheaply made product, and now I know to just order from reputable, quality retailers online whom are more familiar with their own products and services.

Rude employees and was told not to use my phone camera to scan the barcodes on items. I tried to explain what I was doing and they did not care and continued to watch me as if I was going to steal something.
