The staff here is very, very well yearned in the art of MAKING ice cream. This isnt a dig it out of barrel ice cream shop. It is fully customizable and absolutely delicious!!! 10 out of 10 would be back a million times!

First time here and I will definitely be back soon. I had the chocolate conductor with the waffle cone and hot fudge on top and my sister had a peanut butter/fudge mix and both were fabulous. It’s really fun to watch them make it. This store was oh so clean and the staff was helpful and well mannered.

Different bases to cater to various dietary needs as well. The only thing better than the ice cream is the service.Our son always loves the show.

Great place to get Ice Cream! They have the normal flavors like any ice cream shop but what makes them stand out from the rest. You can make your own flavor(many add in and mixes) which is awesome, but thats not all. The way that they make their ice cream is the cool factor LIQUID NITROGEN! To watch a liquid go to a solid in a matter of seconds and become this delicious, creamy, melt in your mouth creation that you thought up is amazing! My first time eating ice cream created by nitrogen! It was great and recommend it to young, old, and families! I love that they offer vegan, lactose free, original cream, custard, and yogurt as choices for the base of the ice cream, this is pretty rare in the ice cream shop world! Great environment and service!

I loved going to Subzero with friends. Raved about it, but the last time we went was a huge let down. We both had the vanilla ice cream. Mine had white chocolate chips. Both of us agreed there was zero flavor. We were overcharged, and it tasted like we were eating frozen milk. Since we were already away from the store and during covid, it wasnt worth going back in. Sadly, I wont risk that happening again.

This place had a line or the door and theres no question why! The ice cream is to die for....The staff never got flustered, stayed super friendly and worked as quickly as possible to get everyone their dessert even though there seemed to be a never ending cue of people wanting more, more, more! Well done subzero!

I think this is the best place for ice cream hands down. I love going in and trying all the different flavors and mix different treats with it. Watching them make it, is an added bonus. Amaretto and marshmallows are among my favorites. Definitely recommend.

Love coming to SubZero here in Beaumont. My family and I always come here every Saturday after lunch to have our sweet dessert. Emily always makes it perfect and the taste is the best compared to anyone else.

Absolutely fantastic! So glad they brought the Agave back...I stopped coming for a while because they stopped using it. However, they also have coconut milk as an option as well now which makes it more creamy than almond milk if you need a dairy free option. Customer service is phenomenal.

They offer keto alternatives!! God Bless them!!! 💜💜💜 Staff is super helpful and they have 32 sugar free flavors! I recommend the pina colada with chunks of strawberry!

Today July 23, 2019 was my husband and my first time eating Sub-Zero ice cream and I must say I am impressed. Id never heard of the establishment before today and since my boss said it was good we decided to try it out. The two young ladies that waited on us were extremely nice and they worked well together. One took our orders while the other made them. Overall, wonderful experience. Great job Sub Zero.

Amazingly delish custom, mixed and flash frozen right in front of you ice cream, yogurt, custard... Ice cream pies, shakes and smoothies too. Pick from 39 flavors and looks like 28 mix-ins... Cant buy this flavor at the supermarket. Great experience. Me and my daughter (15) really enjoyed ourselves. Staff is great, very engaging and they seemed to really enjoy what they do. And the ice cream is so cold when it is finished freezing, it doesnt melt down before you are finished eating it. Worth coming out to the shop for the experience and taste. Bathrooms very clean too!

Kids (and the wife and I) love it. Better than any other ice cream place weve been to. Tons of flavor options, mix ins, and dairy free and light options. Ice cream is very smooth and ultra creamy. Plus seeing everything being made from cream to flash frozen via liquid nitrogen is pretty cool.

We absolutely loved the experience! My 4 year old son loved watching them make his very own ice cream he chose! The best way to explain it is, its like a Subway for ice cream- you choose the flavors & everything you want in it. Its a great place to take the kids if you want a little more fun & to see some science in action! We will definitely be making many trips back!

Cant say enough good things about Sub-Zero. Once I find a product I enjoy I tend to stick with it and Im stuck on their Banana Pie Bismuth flavor. It is my guilty pleasure. The staff is friendly and seem to enjoy their entertaining job. My only critique, coming from a waffle cone connoisseur, I was less than elated with the chocolate they dip the waffle cones in. It was waxy and flavorless. I know that hardly justifies a complaint but other than that it was perfection!

Its ok, nothing special. If you have young children they will most likely enjoy watching them make the ice cream. But other than that. I really didnt think the ice cream was that good.

Delicious ice cream. I got the key lime. It was tart and creamy. The place was clean (not sticky like most ice cream shops) My (5yo) niece loved the color changing spoons and cold smoke from the nitrogen they use to freeze the ice cream. Its a little loud, but that didnt bother us. I would definitely go again.

Always such a great experience, especially for the little ones. I had them cater my wedding, instead of having a grooms cake, I had Sub Zero. They did a great job.

Its pretty cool how they make the ice cream,but I prefer the taste of regular ice cream,but I believe their version is healthier and for some people thats reason enough to go to them.Theres a very pretty server with glasses there,she was able to make the unique ice cream with such grace despite the fact I was watching her every move lol.

I love the selection and the flavors and the fact that they take my food allergies seriously and that they have dairy free and vegan and pretty much anything you can think of. The nitrogen freezing aspect is pretty cool too. But it always takes soo long and the staff never seems to understand which ones are together and whos not together. Easily sorted out but always confusing for the staff. Could maybe use a technique to understand which party is together like a number system 1/4 Cou for 1 of 4 desserts for Courtneys party etc. Or a color sharpie for each family and rotate 3 or 4 colors.

I was told this would be a really neat Nerdy expierence. It wasnt really nerdy at all. However, I believe it is a really interesting place for kids or anyone who likes ice cream! The use of liquid nitrogen is especially unique, the staff is super sweet, and the creamy frozen treats are too!
