First off, I love In N Out! I moved out of state years ago so we always have to make a stop when I’m in town. Jaden was so sweet. She greeted us with a big smile and was super fun to talk to! 5 stars!

The best place to eat a freshly made hamburger. We usually order a double-double protein style and a double meat 2 extra patties, which I found out is a 4 by without cheese. The burgers, fries and Coke are always fresh tasting, and refreshing.The staff at this location are extremely helpful and enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service. The interior of the restaurant is kept extremely clean and spotless. The fact that it’s only been open 14 months is noticeable. It has the new building smell and I hope it stays that way for years to come!

The burgers are always fresh, the french fries real potatoes and the shakes cannot be beaten! I love Southern California.

Their hamburgers have a great taste, just wish they were a touch bigger. The french fries are good, and when theyre shake machine is working correctly the shakes are great. Customer service is usually really on point with very cheerful acting employees.

Covid19 does not seem to slow down the demand for burgers here. Long line at the drive through and even st the indoor counter.Bathroom were pleasant; clean and modern.

Stopped to for a charge, and had just enough time for a burger and fries. Everything was clean and tidy and wiped down regularly.

Well designed location with a great sized drive-thru in a large parking lot with multiple driveway access points and a large parking lot of Tesla Superchargers. As always, In-N-Out food is great. The inside area is very clean and well kept. The staff here are outstanding! Very friendly and they are incredibly proficient at getting your burgers to you exactly as you ordered. I’ve been here 10+ times since they opened and every time has been perfect. This is how every fast-food chain should operate. Top-shelf location! Highly recommended.

Fast, friendly, clean.... All you could want from a fast food place. It was made perfect, hot and was a perfect lunch.The wait we were in was well worth and would recommend coming to this location heavily.

Food was the usual In-N-Out options and quality. Tesla charging infrastructure conveniently located adjacent the store, but bicycle racks are disappointing in type and poorly installed, especially for such a new facility.

Walk-in service was quick. The protein wrap burger is my favorite. 👍

This location is a prime example of quality. Regardless of how busy it gets, they prepare and serve the food in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. Consistent with all the other locations I have visited, I would not hesitate to recommend eating here.Staff is a pleasure to interact with, no judgement regardless of how complex your custom order may be. Always serving with enthusiasm and a smile, I happily wait in the drive-thru line for their food and service!

Who needs chicken..#2cheese burger meal economical but also enough to satisfy a big appetite

Richard was patient with taking our large order filled with special requests, and the accuracy was perfect and the food came out pretty quickly. Kym was very kind with giving us placemats and some nice stickers, as well as taking care of our trash for us as we finished our food. These little things go a long way for the overall experience!

Been through the drive thru a few times now, food as expected, its In N Out, however they seem to not get orders correct. Always a minor detail. For instance last order we ordered 6 drinks, 2 were 7up, rest coke, they served all 7up, and 7up was without syrup.

My wife & I love In N Out. Over a long, long time, we just never had a bad experience. This store has managed errors in our last 3 visits-so I called the 1-800 number at the bottom of the receipt. In N Out customer service gets 5 stars! The mistakes were not major-adding lettuce and tomato when I ordered just sauce beef & grilled onions and under cooked fries when I asked for both orders extra well-done. The customer service rep listened, explained why that should not have happened and the specific steps that would be taken to correct the errors. I was not seeking a refund or asking for anything-I just wanted the errors to be corrected. They sent gift cards anyway to make up the errors. We still love In N Out and really hope this store gets it together-it is close to home and easy access. Thanks Customer Service, well done

Absolutely one of the best locations Ive been to. They are open for dining both indoor and outdoor. Their line goes super quick though the drive thru and their staff is very nice. I definitely recommend stopping at this location if you are craving In & Out.

Love this location. Food is excellent, grilled cheese is wonderful (try it with extra lettuce, cheese, tomato, and grilled onions! Phenomenal!) and even when the drive thru is packed, the counter inside is fast! Nice value and you cant beat the quality and taste!

Lines always packed to hell and back. While its not a good thing, it is understandable because JEEZ their burgers are good. Fries are mediocre, but the burgers are where its at. Every bite reminds me of what I believe McDonalds used to taste like.

I love how you can still walk in to the store and order your food. That is really helpful because their drivethru is always a mile long but yet no one wants to get out of their car and go inside to order so it makes things go faster in my opinion. The store is very clean and I believe they are doing a great job at protecting customers and their employees from spreading the virus. They have guards up at the registers and the employees get you everything even your drinks so people arent touching everything. The food was great and the employees I have had contact with have all been very friendly. Seems like they are doing a good job here in Beaumont so far.

Always good food at a reasonable price. Friendly service. In N Out are one of the only fast food restaurants with their bathrooms available for customers. They are my go to place when more than 2 hours from home. Their shake are yummy too.

Food was great, but I ordered a Dr.Pepper and they gave me rootbeer. I didnt want to get off the car and into the cold air just to correct what they did wrong. Check your drinks before you leave the drive-thru.

Love the freshness of their burgers & fries. I have a friend that doesnt think this place is so great... doesnt like their fries. They arent like McDonalds fries. So I had to educate him on the research and development that McDonalds went through to get the perfect tasting fried potatoes. In n Outs French fries are raw potatoes, cut and fried for you right there, in front of you... well, right there inside their kitchen (on the other side of the wall if youre in the drive through). McDonalds are processed then FROZEN for a few years (slight exaggeration), then they put them in the fryer. Iyou like fresh hot
