Called a gear box manufacturer and I was given part numbers and told that Dragon Products in Beaumont was a vendor and I had to go trough them to purchase. When I called Dragon I was told the part numbers I had were not correct and that I would have to call the manufacturer back, when I called the manufacturer back they told me I have to have Dragon parts call them and they couldnt give me any more information (Totally understandable, they are their distributor). I called Dragon parts back 4 times and was on hold for several minutes and no one would answer my call so I left a message with my info. No one called me back. I called the following day and spoke to a very rude woman and explained the situation and her response was Well I didnt help you yesterday okay..... So I gave her the information and the parts I needed and she proceeded to tell me that she cannot sell to us because we are not a customer. WOW. I called the manufacturer back and they were in shock. These people dont want your business and any manufacturer that has them as a distributor or vendor should go elsewhere OR maybe the two women I spoke to need more customer service training.

WOW, this place is incredibly unprofessional. I called, spoke with a guys in parts dept. He transferred me to Xavier. He then hung up on me once I explained what I do. I called back, the person transferred me again and once again Xavier hung up on me. Tried a 3rd time and he didnt even speak, he just hung up. I then got to speak with the receptionist and she gave me his bosss info. Spoke with his boss and he answered my questions. He said he would talk to Xavier about his lack of professionalism. I should rate them 1 star but Xaviers boss handled it correctly by apologizing and telling me that he would talk to him. I feel like people should be aware of this interaction. PLEASE BE TACTFUL AND RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS.

Great Company to work for highly recommend. People are very communicative and the company will not take advantage of you, great place to work for.
