1st class customer service. Im highly impressed with the entire staff at this location. Every single person I have come in contact with (drivers, phone attendant, and warehouse personnel) have all had the best attitude and all took initiative in helping me. Everyone is well trained, knowledgeable, and answer any questions I have thoroughly. Whoever the manager is at this location is doing a great job in selecting their staff and in their training. As someone with almost no medical knowledge, I greatly appreciate how well prepared this location is. Apria Healthcare will always be my first choice when needing at home medical supplies. :)
This place is a scam! I had a cpap and after not using it enough to qualify for insurance they started billing me which is fine. I then agrees to buy the machine for $1100...after months of paying they said they never took me off the rental agreement and I still owed $600 rental plus would have to pay $1100 to buy it
You can’t go to office . You can’t understand people on the phone billing sucks I want to talk to someone that I can understand or in a person

They NEVER answer the phone at the local office. It is always transferred to some foreigner who barely speaks English and most times they end up hanging up on you. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEY ARE HORID TO DEAL WITH.

They have s contract with my insurance. They have the knee roller scooter that I need but because the contract does not state knee roller scooter they wont provide me with one.
Horrible horrible customer service. I have been trying to get a wheelchair for 2 1/2 weeks. I had major left ankle surgery, requiring total non weight bearing. Everytime I called coustomer service all I received was excuses. I was promised on numerous occasions that a wheelchair would be delivered within 24 to 48 hours . Every time I called Apria HC to check on my order I was told my order was never processed. I was left on hold for over 40 minutes waiting for a supervisor for help. If I could give a less than 1 star rating I would.
This place is absolutely horrible!!!! I hate even giving them 1 star, but I cant mark zero. We have been attempting to get portable oxygen for my mother for 6 weeks and they always have a new excuse or something new that needs to be done. Very unacceptable that my mother is homeboind because of this place and missing her great grandsons dedication service and a trip we were supposed to take. She was even admitted to the hospital this week and had to leave the hospital without oxygen because of them, putting her life at risk. Unfortunately this is the only company Humania deals with. Well Im done and would rather pay out of pocket. You are ruining whats left of my mothers life....Shame on you!!!!
This place is terrible. My husband has been waiting for his CPAP machine for weeks. When they first spoke, he had to give them insurance info and they said it would be 3 to 9 days after that. He has tried to call them numerous times with the only option is to leave a voicemail. It has been almost two weeks now. Finally he gets ahold of someone and they say the same....give me your insurance info...and it will be 3 to 9 days before he hears anything. WHAT?? This is BS!! Horrible service! The phone calls with them are recorded. How can they say they need this info....AGAIN. I am so upset and hubby is so tired he cant keep his eyes open.Who cares!!Thats how we feel.And to think that we have to deal with this incompetent company if something goes wrong with the machine.
Like pulling teeth, even went to canton to store and walked away with know answer just to get a sling for rotated cuff . It’s been over for over an yearsa month today. Never againwell I deal with this company.
