The Office manager Katherine Fobbs and the bald head girl that work there Devenney are 2 of the rudest people in there very very distasteful I will be filing a formal complaint
The young people that work you’re always respectful polite and extremely helpful they never have anyone waiting too long or even if they get an irate customer who’s usually in the wrong they’re still very professional and polite great job team
I usually have a pleasant experience when I go here. Most of the time I order online, and if its a simple order I can get it within an hour or so. Everyone is pretty helpful. Sometimes equipment doesnt work properly but that comes with just about any company.
I still have to pick-up my order, but I placed an order online for printing. Online told me the earliest it could be ready is 3/3/18.I called and asked of it could be done sooner. Got a call tonight (same day order is placed) they were letting me know that they had my order ready!Like I said, I still need to pick it up to see how the prints look,but swriouslky GREAT customer service thus far.
I have recently started using them to help me with printings needs for my business and every time I come in they are always very nice, professional and halpful. When I call and ask them tons of questions they always go above and beyond to answer and help me.
The staff are very nice, printing service always busy I cant be complaint. But everything done right and quick!
Patrick and the rest of the staff are amazing. I only ship stuff from here. I have never had a problem here. the staff has consistentlyg gone overboard to assist me with shipping, faxing and computer questions at their office space.
They are always nice, even if they have a rush of people. They are always willing to help you and walk you through how to do something you dont know.
Outrageous prices! I went to the website to order 20 color documents and it was $30! I was able to order 25 documents from Office Depot in full-color for only $10.
Not the best service. New to the location from Los Angeles and empathy is very much so lacked, highly disappointed being that this small town is so big on service.Management tall gentleman working around 2PM on July 23rd can soften up in the face...I would not mind driving a few miles to find another location, provide suggestions anyoneThe employee Natalie I would suggest she learns what it means to provide service.When a customer is stressed and needs help, it’s very unprofessional for you to walk away.. which is what she did...Thank you Ms Rayonna, another employee that came and assisted me with to use the scanner and understood I was being charged per minute to get the job done.I really hope next time I return here I won’t have to go through the headache of being assisted bypeople that lack training and general home training.Very disappointed first time FedEx self Service user -
Shipping price was to high, but service was great.
Dont answer phone calls
My package was dropped off to the wrong address but my neighbors brung it to my house. If you are unsure of the correct address, take it back to FedEx.
Always helpful and ready to work. A lot of the times though one of the computers or copiers is down, which makes things a bit less efficient.
DO NOT overnight with these folks, since the package DOES NOT get to the destination overnight. Expect at least a two day delay and big loses with client accounts. FedEx is horrible.

Only went in to fax stuff. But wasnt greeted as I walked in which it didnt matter at least I was able to get in and out.
