Great experience. First time I ever had a crack in my windshield. Guy was friendly, explained the process, told me up front that theres always a risk with repairing cracks because the windshield is broken and the repair might not work which means I might have to replace the windshield, also told me its a repair so it will leave a blemish I can see, but it will be fixed. I waited in a decent waiting room that had some free Keurig coffee and a tv. He said it would take about 20 minutes. 10 minutes later he popped in and said everything was looking good and it would be done soon. 10 minutes later he came in and said it was all done. Took me out and showed me the spot, told me everything was fixed, said theres a lifetime warranty on the repair. I drove away 20 minutes after arriving, fixed up, cost free because my insurance covered everything. Real friendly fellow, great service, communicated the process perfectly. Highly recommend.

I went and got my windshield replaced here, and they did an amazing job!🤘🤘 Their customer service is impeccable. Also, there was a small drop of glue that had landed inside of my coffee mug😩😩When I tell you that Josh went above and beyond to replace it, and make it right it is simply an understatement.☺☺ Im so impressed with this kind of customer service, I doubt anyone could top it! I was cleaning house and did not hear my phone. He showed up and left WITHOUTKNOCKING on my door!!! When I I called he refused to come back said it might rain. I had an earlier appt. and took the day off to get this done. Definitely not giving them my business again!!

Very friendly and great experience! I usually dont write reviews but I was impressed with how nice everyone was. I needed my windshield replaced and got it done quickly without any issues. they even vacuumed by front seats so it was nice leaving in a car with a nice new windshield and clean interior.

Fast and Friendly

This was my fourth visit with them over many years but they have done a great job and have a little coffee and drink stand and tv which they always point out to make you feel comfortable. They do fast work and Ive yet to have a problem with leaks, seal, anything. I will always go back. I just obviously have bad luck with windows.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! Terrible customer service. The tech lost the cowl for our windshield and claims he left it on the car. Spoke with quality managers in Phoenix twice and was told a check for $100 was coming. Now they say they never said that. Will never use this company again and will email insurance company as well urging them to reconsider recommending this horrible company.

Terrible and unprofessional! The technician told me he couldnt get the wiper bolts off and that I needed to take my car to a garage to do so because the bolts were corroded. My husband got them off in a matter of minutes--no trouble at all--and the bolts were in excellent condition! We called the technician back after a half hour he left our house, and he didnt answer. When I called to reschedule for the next day, nothing was available because of overbooking. Well, that wouldnt have been a problem if the experienced and well-trained technician would have done his job in the first place. I had to reschedule another appointment for my car I had due to this, too. To make matters worse, I also got hung up on! Three Rivers Auto Glass was extremely professional, courteous, and cheaper!!!

Had them set up to come to me then they say I gotta come to them. Day before they call its gonna rain and they call me to cancel saying my truck it to tall. I told them from the get go it needed to be 12 6 thats why I wanted them to come to me

Safelite Autoglass is the absolute worst company to replace your windshield. I cracked my windshield on my brand new 2017 RAV4 and I have had a terrible experience. I called on a Friday to have it replaced and was told they could do it on that Saturday. I went to the Beaver Falls, PA location to find that the person I talked to never told them what specific windshield I needed. I waited and was told I would have my windshield on that Tuesday and it would be replaced by the Safelite near Warren, OH. They called and had to reschedule again because they didnt have my windshield. That Thursday they came out and replaced my windshield and ended up putting the WRONG windshield in. And while they tried to force the cover under my rearview mirror back on they cracked the plastic hooks it latches on to. So now with damage to my vehicle, Im STILL WAITING for the correct windshield after 2 weeks from the initial call to have it replaced. Im highly disappointed with my service and will not be recommending this company to anyone.
