Absolutely amazing location

I first visited this store in April 2017 to transfer my service from Straight Talk. Ashley Stewart was very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me select the best phone for my needs and also made sure I had the proper accessories to protect it against dropping it. While transferring my service she offered to transfer all of my contacts, photos and other information to my new phone. She even made sure everything was set up just the way I wanted it to when it came to my settings for notifications. I couldnt of had a better experience. Ive been a customer of Verizon, Straight Talk, and Cricket. Hands down Ashley is the best sales person Ive dealt with. Shes personable, intelligent and not one of those push sales people who are just looking to get a commission. She makes sure you get exactly what you came into the store for.

I cant seem to find a location thats open right now ? on there websites it says open from 9am to 7pm and every time i go here and to the monoca one and aliqippa one they are not there. idk if its the new owners but we need service in this places . or better employees

Some employees need to go. You cannot run the store and talk with your boyfriend at the same time. This person thought her BF was more important than her customers. Other than that, clean store, good deals on phones.

This place three times now and I also called MetroPCS I dont know multiple multiple times I was probably on the phone for more than 4 hours and no one had a clue on how to help me and it just kind of left it at that and sent me out the door. If I could leave negative Stars it would rank around -3.5 Stars if I would recommend a place it was straight talk its a decent price and its a heck of a lot easier to deal with them

Staff was OK. Of course they want to sell. But. For the area. Beaver falls and surrounding. Metro PCS is horrible for coverage. Cricket is the only way to go for beaver county.
