Love gamestop....I had to return one game and they didnt give me a hard time about the receipt....and they were very helpful. I am very happy my kids got their games and were happy. I appreciate them helping me.

I forgot to ask what the workers name was but the receipt says Joe so I hope that is right because he did a fantastic job.Joe was extremely helpful from the time I walked in. I was buying a game for my boyfriend as a surprise and Joe was able to answer all of my questions and made me confident I was buying the right games.

These guys and gals are awesome. The one guy took the time to go over the list of games in my sons price range and then show me the ratings for each game my son was interested in. The only thing I didnt care for was being charged for again for a warranty after the controller wed purchased the day before didnt work. The exchange was easy and not a problem but paying 10 for a new warranty sucked.

Okay, but why spend the time?? They are pretty much out of everything (consoles, controllers) because the virus. Plus they dont really offer too many incentives to shop there. There is a buy one get one or something coupon but you have to pay for it. And sometimes you can find the same stuff they sell cheaper at either Walmart or they usually have good online deals for digital copies of games (ubisoft/Uplay App, Origin ect...). Thats basically why they sell almost no PC games anymore.

Bought a PS4 used from here. The controller they gave me with the unit doesnt work correctly, the charging cable that was given to me with the unit was some cheap 5 below cable that broke in two days as well. Called the store up and was informed that I had to track down a replacement controller at other stores. Absolutely horrible customer service, I can see why this company is failing. Gamestop will never receive my business again. NO EFFORT BY STORE ASSOCIATES TO CORRECT THE FACT THEY SOLD NON WORKING EQUIPMENT!

Best GameStop Ive ever been to. The staff are knowledgeable and hilarious. You get more for your money through deals and trade, which the associates are quick to make you aware of. I will always come to this store to get what I need.

It was an Awesome place I take my brother here so he can pick out games for his new Xbox but they didnt have any older games like for a game cube like only because Im young doesnt mean that I cant play an older system like some of us still play I play on a ps2 slim and a game cube and they need to get some games for those consoles

Friendly staff always greet and explain the latest promotion when I walk in. Keeps a clean store and offers great bargains on used games. One of the largest POP Figure collections I have seen in PA. Some interesting game statues and memorabilia to check out here as well.

Be careful when buying single pokemon packs from here, my friend thinks the ones he got were weighed. Boxes are fine.

This place has so many interesting toys and collectables compared to other Game Stops. My favorite was the Eevee Christmas ornaments, each bulb was a different evolution. As with any other Game Stop, a little pricey for games, especially used.

Small store, customer service not the greatest. If u get a barely playable (used) game, or wrong game altogether. Depending on whose working you MAY have NO trouble replacing the item.

This Gamestop is the only one I love to buy from. I have know the manager since I was like 10 years old now and he is very awesome. They have a very well informed and creative staff. For example one of the newer girls recommend me a game for the Vita that I own and collects dust called Dangan Ropa. Lets just say my Vita never got played so much in its life it was a awesome experience that I never would of had otherwise. Also on midnight releases there is a special kind of energy there for example during the fallout 4 event we shot rad roaches with a nerf gun and the winner got a prize I cant remember what it was but it was super creative idea and fun.
