Waited an hour for a scheduled covid test. Didn’t have parking spot tests so they forced everyone to wait in the drive through
Cvs is always understaff . Mistakes are made when a pharmacy is unsafe. Ill be moving my prescriptions tomorrow. I dont trust cvs no more
We have been regular costumers for 9 years, and they rarely fail us. Today, due to insurance problems, we had to purchase a supply over the counter, and the tech gave us a discount for our troubles. My only nitpick is that the inside is kind of run down, but otherwise a good pharmacy
Can never get through calling as a patient. At least 15-45 min hold time if I do. Frequently have to call in through their provider line to get anyone. Then they answer within 2 minutes. Theyve frequently messed up my prescriptions. Scheduled a covid test for 12pm. Have been waiting in their drive thru for over 2 hrs and still havent got tested yet. When I call the pharmacy, he said he knows about the delay, and theyll get to us as soon as they can. So over this pharmacy!
Every single month they cant get one medication refilled on time. Even though its a monthly refill they cant seem to get it together. This has been occurring now for the past year. Every time its a new excuse. Will be looking for a new pharmacy.
Four times in a row I have been called and told my prescription is ready. It has not been and I have been stuck waiting. I live 20 min away so it’s not like I can just swing by. I have a split prescription which I have explained four times and they still cannot get it right. I spoke directly to the pharmacist last time and to the pharmacy manager this time. Today the manager didn’t even apologize. They also put insurance and debit cards in bags with prescriptions when they hand them back out the window instead of just handing it to you directly. This has caused me to lose an insurance card and a debit card. The store was unable to provide me with the name of the boss of the pharmacy manager. This is silly.
They usually have advertised sale items, such as buy one get one 50% off; if only one item left, they will give 25% off one
Waiting for someone to answer the phone is bad .Hoping they will get better.waiting could be 45 min or longer some days.
We came in several hours after our prescription was sent. We were told to wait 10 minutes in the drive through lane. 30 minutes later we asked them about the progress, and they told us they could not fit it through the drive through tube. We ended up going in to get it, more than 30 minutes after arriving.
Im on a auto-refill, with text alerts. EVERY time my refill should be ready, I have to call and ask them to refill it, and they say do you want this refilled now? and I tell them it SHOULD already be ready, and they say do you want this on auto-refill? YESSSSS!!!!! Also, the last time I went through the drive thru, I waited for 15 minutes for the guy in front of me, THEN it took the lady over 10 minutes to locate my prescription, and then another 5+ minutes to GET IT -AFTER- I signed for it. NEVER have this issue with Walgreens. Too bad my new insurance doesnt work there......
Not good. Daughter had her wisdom teeth removed. We drove straight to CVS. Was told a 45 min wait at the drive thru. 7 people working in the pharmacy! Her pain meds will not help her much after her local wears off.
Nice’a store & pharmacy
Seriously the landscaping around the building looks horrible! If that’s any indication of how the store is run. Do not go in.
The online hours are listed as open at 8:00 AM. WRONG! They don’t open until 9:00 AM.
Always very patient, knowledge, and ready to help.
They always call and say You prescription is ready for pick up- then you drive up there and it isnt, or they dont have it in, or their computers are down and they cant find it.
Waiting to long
