Jane, at this store is very much a professional with the AT&T phones. She spent time with me on multiple questions, never insisting I hurry or finish my business there. This is the 3rd time I have worked with Jane, and she is most beneficial. I bought a s20fe from this store on a Thursday By the following Wednesday the screen on the phone had been going in-and-out so I went back to the store to only be told wait the 15 days then come back and itll be a Samsung issue So I wouldnt have to be charged some kind of restocking fee of $50 dollars by Saturday the screen has almost stopped completely so I called AT&T personally and told them the issue and they told me that the manager at that store that told me to wait the 15 days was wrong and I should not be charged because it wasnt a preference It was a phone technical issue so I should be swapped out for free of charge so I went back to the store only to deal with the same store manager to cop an attitude and act like I was lying until I gave him the AT&T reps number and the Claim number he gave me to go to look it up on the computer to find in the system that I had spoke to a manager at AT&T If you want AT&T I would personally not go to the Beaver Creek Fairfield mall store because the manager there is very rude and not informing it does not know his job
After about two weeks of calling and visiting brick and mortar locations with unsuccessfully resolving our issue we FINALLY visited this corporate office and Allie/Brad were Outstanding at resolving our issue. They are much appreciated if it wasn’t for them you would’ve lost a valuable customer! Thanks Allie!

Opening a Business Account with ATT is definitely a long process. It took me 2 days a total of 8hrs to get the final results however Catherine B. went above & beyond to ensure my account was confirmed and my business account was active. Catherine B deserves 5 stars but ATT process for business doesn’t so removed one.

Ive been to this store twice to change to upgraded phones. Both times service was excellent. Cherrie B. cloned my old phone to the new one. She had never seen a OnePlus phone before but navigated the data transfer with no issues. She switched my billing credit card to a better one for me and got me an educator discount. All in all, a good experience. I was nervous about problems with the switch and Cherrie did a great job.

We came in wanting to buy ipad minis. We sat and waited for 20 minutes before anyone greeted us. Then the worker proceed to say that we close at 8 you need to come back tomorrow. He was very rude and did not care. If he didn’t want to help us because it was close to closing he needed to say that when we walked in.
We started out at Sams Club. We were going to trade in our two Samsung Galaxy S8+ phones and get two new Samsung Galaxy S21+ phones. With the $800 trade in on each phone. We went to AT&T to trade in the phones and was told we were on the wrong plan. The girl at Sams Club told us the plan we had was OK for trading our phones in for the $800. One phone had a Crack on the back which we didnt see. At the AT&T store we were told the Sams Club sales person should have checked the phones. We had the phone repaired and turned them in. The AT&T store corrected the plan to unlimited. We are now waiting to see if we get the $800 credits.

Awful experience. First had to add authorized user via phone at the store. Store reps had us call customer care. We had to call multiple times because customer care would not tell us why we could not add authorized user to account. Finally after being on a call with customer care for about 1 hr and then being transferring to 3 different people, we were able to resolve issue. Secondly, Sales man in store was not forthcoming and would tell of deals and promotions after paying and after the fact. Very very frustrating experience. I felt the store reps were not interested in helping me have the best experience but were just interested in the sale. I felt I was taken advantage of which is unfortunate since I have been a faithful AT&T user my whole life. No costumer service. Considering cancelling AT&T all together after this experience.

My survey was accurate except for the last entry which asked if my needs were taken care of and I was to say yes or no. My key entry said no. IT SHOULD HAVE SAID YES!!!! It is difficult sometimes with fingers that just dont work correctly or spell checker answers wrong. Sorry. I was completely satisfied except one item that would have made mot visit perfect was not available in the store.
This store is fantastic!! Long story short, Walmart and the AT&T 800-support made a mess of my phone purchase and number porting. The manager Brad, along with associates Cat & Allie came to the rescue and saved the day! Friendly people and very sociable- makes a crummy day much better! Go see them for your phone needs! Next time I buy a phone or need phone help I’ll be going straight to their store (no more Walmart or 800-numbers if I can help it)!

Great customer service
I received a phone but nothing to charge my phone with. We spent 20 minutes on computer call for nothing. The we called spent 25 minutes calling and talking to a person and no answers. We went to the store last night and found out that you guys dont do the cube anymore we have to buy it which is insanely crazy very disappointed about it ready to go to Verizon Wireless and go on Facebook to complain
